This lawyer and his firm spent 6 years defending me after I had a slip and fall and brain injury. The team never relented despite fierce push back from the defense. The team always had my wellbeing first and foremost in mind, above and beyond monetary remuneration. The team was very detailed oriented, the lawyers and their staff were all very empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the positive outcome of this case. The team followed up with me until the very last moment by e mail, text and phone to ensure I received my disbursement. The disbursement was fair, detailed and accurate. I would recommend this firm to anyone who have a personal injury.

My car was totaled on the 405 with my brakes knocked out. Terrifying! I am beyond grateful to Jacoby and Meyers for their expertise following this event. They were A1 in facilitating my physical and mental health rehab; and they dealt with the insurance companies (the other’s insurance company was horrid…), the 3rd party billing companies, and even the IRS. I knew that my bankruptcy proceeding was going to be more complicated than most, so I wanted to make sure that I found an attorney who was a fully versed expert in the law and who was also a consummate professional. By my definition, a true “professional” not only has the requisite specialized skills; they also have a passion for their work and a compassion for their clients, which allows them to listen and understand.
I had been personally referred to several other well regarded bankruptcy attorneys, none of whom had the interpersonal skills which Attorney Lim possesses. And they were all more expensive, and they all predicted a rather lengthy process.

Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. At no point did Seth lose sight of our goals, and he made me feel like I had a voice in my own case - not only that but going up against a global brand felt easy with him at my side. I highly recommend this lawyer to all my family and close friends. I had to higher Richard another lawyer because my previous one completely miss informed me on my case which made everything worse even leading up to me having a warrant! I needed someone ASAP!! Luckily I found Richard Wynn through a recommendation from another friend. He set everything right and even got rid of my warrant. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases.
I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time.

I had an ex-girlfriend who was stalking me and making my life miserable. One day, she was banging on my door for hours. When I tried to leave, she chased me in her car and ended up rear ending me. I got out of my car and was trying to pull her keys out of her ignition and some witnesses saw that and called the police. They arrested me for felony domestic violence. I hired attorney Joel Hoffman and he immediately called the court and had it reduced to a misdemeanor. At the hearing, he was able to have the charges further reduced to misdemeanor trespass with minimal fines and no jail time which I was very happy to accept, considering what it could have been. This was a very stressful time for me since I had never been arrested before in my life but Mr. Hoffman really helped me through the whole nerve racking process. His fees were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Attorney Joel Hoffman.
