I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases.
I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time.
He was prompt to inform me of our rights under work comp. laws and made sure our benefits where in good standing at all time.
He was engaged and sought assitance from other coucil when needed and remained the liaison when ever needed between, the employer, benefits office and any other council involved.

I had an ex-girlfriend who was stalking me and making my life miserable. One day, she was banging on my door for hours. When I tried to leave, she chased me in her car and ended up rear ending me. I got out of my car and was trying to pull her keys out of her ignition and some witnesses saw that and called the police. They arrested me for felony domestic violence. I hired attorney Joel Hoffman and he immediately called the court and had it reduced to a misdemeanor. At the hearing, he was able to have the charges further reduced to misdemeanor trespass with minimal fines and no jail time which I was very happy to accept, considering what it could have been. This was a very stressful time for me since I had never been arrested before in my life but Mr. Hoffman really helped me through the whole nerve racking process. His fees were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Attorney Joel Hoffman.

I had an issue dealing with a very powerful and dangerous defective product that caused me some serious financial harm. The company was a Chinese corporation and was especially impolite to say the least. Well, considering the amount of money this thing had cost me I contacted Mr. Razo based on a referral and explained to him that my real problem was time, and that I really needed their particular machine and I needed it as fast as possible, and that I afford to go buy another one straight away. Understanding my time and financial lists, Mr. Razo made quick work of their corporate scheme and saved me the money and time of a demand letter and lawsuit. Instead of filing some law suit and charging all sorts of money, Mr. Razo used his magic to get a hold of them and hold them accountable on the phone. I have no idea how, but he negotiated me a new product shipped to my door as well as extra parts for free, with no hands lifted on my part. I can't thank Mr. Razo enough for doing exactly what was right for me, and for being mindful of my realistic and practical concerns as well as my legal needs. I recommend him one hundred percent!
