Bill is AMAZING at what he does. I was involved in a t-bone car crash that left me with a fractured leg. He fought with the other driver's insurance company and got me highest pay out they offered for my bodily injury. He also diligently negotiated a fair price to take care of the pending medical bills, which were lowered by 60%. He always kepted me updated on the status of the case and made himself available if I had questions or concerns. Bill is down to earth, and knows how to make someone smile in there time of need! We've had the misfortune of being on the wrong end of two fairly significant car crashes in the course of a year or so. I had a great experience with Mr. Sinowski. I previously had a different lawyer who was doing nothing to help me so I found C&S. They promptly sent me paperwork to sign to begin working on my case. They made sure to communicate with me regularly to update me. Whenever I had questions they would take the time to explain it in terms I understood. Tommy was very accommodating when he had papers for me to sign. I was unable to make it to his office so he would fax things to me. He was always very polite and professional. In April of 2014, my wife and daughter were involved in a serious car collision. We hired Jay Nohr to handle our case. There were several insurance companies involved so it ended up taking a little over four years to settle. Jay guided us through this long process, never giving up and was so prepared for our trial that the other insurance company settled the night before our trial was to begin. He had witnesses lined up, doctors ready to testify, big charts and photos blown up on poster boards. We were ready and the other side knew he was prepared. Over the years he kept us well informed, was very realistic with our case and is a very honorable man. He is not your typical lawyer, very caring and a wonderful family man. We were very pleased with him and the settlement he was able to get for us. Thanks Jay for taking such good care of us.

In June of 2017 my husband and I found ourselves engulfed in our worst nightmare. My 6 month old son had been throwing up for a week and after 4 ER visits it was determined that he had a subdural hematoma…AKA bleeding in the brain. With this diagnosis we were scared, worried, confused – we wanted to know how, why, what do we do??? And that is how our own personal hell began – with this diagnosis we were also being accused of harming our sweet boy and he was ripped from our arms. As a mother I felt like my heart had been ripped from my chest. I couldn’t understand why this was happening. The only information I had to go on is what the doctors filled my head with – these types of injuries only happen from abuse and that my son was lucky to be alive. I was in shock and absolutely devastated. With this knowledge I knew that they would never release him to go home from the hospital with us. In a panic I called our families and my father-in-law immediately sprang into action – and for that I am forever grateful – his quick action and with a little help from Google we found Jay.
From our very first meeting with Jay I felt some relief. He explained what we were up against, what we could expect to happen – and most importantly that these types of cases happen all too often – and that despite what these doctors had led me to believe, there is in fact many different causes for my son’s diagnosis. I won’t bore you with all the gritty medical details, but finding Jay, who was extremely knowledgeable about these types of issues, was what saved our family. Throughout the 4 months that we endured this hell every step Jay took was exactly the right one. I trusted him 100% to do everything in his power to get our baby back home to us….and he did. I hate to imagine what could’ve happened to us if we had hired anyone other than Jay. He was extremely educated and informed on everything surrounding our case. He was also patient with me (a distraught mom) – which couldn’t have been an easy task. I know he must’ve been very busy – but he always made time for me and made me feel like our case was his top priority. He was everything we could’ve hoped to find in an attorney – plus more. I wish that I could give him 100 stars - a five star rating just doesn’t do him justice.

John was extremely beneficial to have on my side when I was facing my 2nd DUI charge. Not only did I feel complete confidence in John from our initial meeting, I also felt well informed of all possible scenarios that we faced as a team. In the end, John got my sentence reduced to a reckless driving. As someone that had to plead guilty for my first DUI offense I knew what a bad lawyer experience looked like and I'm thankful that I was told to hire John from one of his previous clients. He was everything I could hope for this second time around. The judge even stared me in the face and said, "Your lawyer could not have arranged a better deal for you." Having met with many DUI lawyers the one defining character I was looking to avoid this time was a smooth talking, no action attorney. During that initial process it can feel like you're in a sales meeting and other times like you're being chastised. I never felt either of those things with John. I felt at ease every step of the way and win or lose that was important to me. My only regret is that I didn't have John representing my first case.
I'd definitely recommend John to any of my friends or family if they found themselves in need.
