Thomas is always very prompt and thorough. Which was extremely important to me because my previous attorney did not meet expectations. This was the first time I'd been in a situation as such and I had no idea what to expect. Tommy was detailed about the process and what to expect. He did not "sugar coat" anything. I had a great experience with Mr. Sinowski. I previously had a different lawyer who was doing nothing to help me so I found C&S. They promptly sent me paperwork to sign to begin working on my case. They made sure to communicate with me regularly to update me. Whenever I had questions they would take the time to explain it in terms I understood. Tommy was very accommodating when he had papers for me to sign. I was unable to make it to his office so he would fax things to me. He was always very polite and professional. I appreciated that he worked quickly and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. They are a great team and I would definitely use them again!

In April of 2014, my wife and daughter were involved in a serious car collision. We hired Jay Nohr to handle our case. There were several insurance companies involved so it ended up taking a little over four years to settle. Jay guided us through this long process, never giving up and was so prepared for our trial that the other insurance company settled the night before our trial was to begin. He had witnesses lined up, doctors ready to testify, big charts and photos blown up on poster boards. We were ready and the other side knew he was prepared. Over the years he kept us well informed, was very realistic with our case and is a very honorable man. He is not your typical lawyer, very caring and a wonderful family man. We were very pleased with him and the settlement he was able to get for us. Thanks Jay for taking such good care of us.

In June of 2017 my husband and I found ourselves engulfed in our worst nightmare. My 6 month old son had been throwing up for a week and after 4 ER visits it was determined that he had a subdural hematoma…AKA bleeding in the brain. With this diagnosis we were scared, worried, confused – we wanted to know how, why, what do we do??? And that is how our own personal hell began – with this diagnosis we were also being accused of harming our sweet boy and he was ripped from our arms. As a mother I felt like my heart had been ripped from my chest. I couldn’t understand why this was happening. The only information I had to go on is what the doctors filled my head with – these types of injuries only happen from abuse and that my son was lucky to be alive. I was in shock and absolutely devastated. With this knowledge I knew that they would never release him to go home from the hospital with us. In a panic I called our families and my father-in-law immediately sprang into action – and for that I am forever grateful – his quick action and with a little help from Google we found Jay.
From our very first meeting with Jay I felt some relief. He explained what we were up against, what we could expect to happen – and most importantly that these types of cases happen all too often – and that despite what these doctors had led me to believe, there is in fact many different causes for my son’s diagnosis. I won’t bore you with all the gritty medical details, but finding Jay, who was extremely knowledgeable about these types of issues, was what saved our family. Throughout the 4 months that we endured this hell every step Jay took was exactly the right one. I trusted him 100% to do everything in his power to get our baby back home to us….and he did. I hate to imagine what could’ve happened to us if we had hired anyone other than Jay. He was extremely educated and informed on everything surrounding our case. He was also patient with me (a distraught mom) – which couldn’t have been an easy task. I know he must’ve been very busy – but he always made time for me and made me feel like our case was his top priority. He was everything we could’ve hoped to find in an attorney – plus more. I wish that I could give him 100 stars - a five star rating just doesn’t do him justice.

Not only did I feel complete confidence in John from our initial meeting, I also felt well informed of all possible scenarios that we faced as a team. In the end, John got my sentence reduced to a reckless driving. As someone that had to plead guilty for my first DUI offense I knew what a bad lawyer experience looked like and I'm thankful that I was told to hire John from one of his previous clients. He was everything I could hope for this second time around. The judge even stared me in the face and said, "Your lawyer could not have arranged a better deal for you." Having met with many DUI lawyers the one defining character I was looking to avoid this time was a smooth talking, no action attorney. During that initial process it can feel like you're in a sales meeting and other times like you're being chastised. I never felt either of those things with John. I felt at ease every step of the way and win or lose that was important to me. My only regret is that I didn't have John representing my first case.
I'd definitely recommend John to any of my friends or family if they found themselves in need.

Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. My T.V. attorney was over his head,but by the true Grace of God, he knew Ed. I was summoned to his office to hear the bad news that they were only offering 25k for my case. I was devastated, I had 3 minor children and couldn't return to work. Mr.Tv had referred me to a workman's comp attorney ,who had me sign a broad release, which later endangered my settlement. Now, I needed a contract lawyer. Ed came in, read the contract and reassured me he would get me what I deserved or at least in the ballpark. He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him anytime(he answers his phone ,too). I am Brazilian and was on an exchange program when I unfortunately ended up getting involved in a serious accident that resulted in a lot of hospital expenses. I was going through a difficult time and was at a loss as to how to take all the necessary steps to get everything resolved with the insurance company and the hospital. So I contacted the office based on a friend's recommendation, since there was also a Brazilian woman who worked there and could make the English part that I didn't understand easier. This was the best decision I made after the incident.
They were always very attentive, always ready to answer and clear up my doubts. All our contact was digital, but that didn't change anything. They always kept me updated on everything and Leticia, who is the Brazilian woman who works at the office, was extremely important in making everything much easier. Even after I returned to Brazil, we didn't stop working on the case, so much so that it was concluded while I was already in Brazil.
I can only thank the entire team that took care of my case and helped me so much after a not-so-good experience.

I am Brazilian and was on an exchange program when I unfortunately ended up getting involved in a serious accident that resulted in a lot of hospital expenses. I was going through a difficult time and was at a loss as to how to take all the necessary steps to get everything resolved with the insurance company and the hospital. So I contacted the office based on a friend's recommendation, since there was also a Brazilian woman who worked there and could make the English part that I didn't understand easier. This was the best decision I made after the incident.
They were always very attentive, always ready to answer and clear up my doubts. All our contact was digital, but that didn't change anything. They always kept me updated on everything and Leticia, who is the Brazilian woman who works at the office, was extremely important in making everything much easier. Even after I returned to Brazil, we didn't stop working on the case, so much so that it was concluded while I was already in Brazil.
I can only thank the entire team that took care of my case and helped me so much after a not-so-good experience.

Bobby too time to mention the numerous workers' compensation committees he's part of, which made it clear that he's a specialist by choice.
