Completely out of the blue unexpected embarrassing traumatic arrest in OCMD for charge(s) from a 'Karen-in-training' (my words) making a mountain of a molehill. Regardless, Ms. Furbay and Mr. Benvenuto were extremely helpful via phone and email despite me being several states away and my great apprehensiveness about everything. It took a lot of time and extra money but Mr. Benvenuto successfully got me PBJ unsupervised probation without basically nothing on my record going forward. Thank you!! :)

I was rear ended very badly one night on my way home and the injuries that I sustained from this accident changed my body in ways that are permanent. I had a prior experience in a bodily injury claim in the early 2000s so I was a bit familiar with the process, but this experience was next level for me. Mr. Bergman and his team were wonderful in their referrals for the medical help that I desperately needed. Being that I am an older man now, my body does not bounce back as quickly as it did 20 years ago. The person that hit me had a minimum policy and my injuries were greater than that. Thankfully, I have a better policy with my own insurance, and Mr. Bergman was able to get all the money available in both policies to compensate me for my injuries, pain and suffering. I am very confident in Mr. Bergman’s skills in getting the job done and I am very appreciative to him for such wonderful results in my case. I would highly recommend to him to anyone that has been in an accident. Mr. Bergman and his team were always very responsive to my questions and had great communication with me throughout my process and even took my calls outside of business hours. Thank you!

I was in bad MVA where I was hit in an intersection for someone running a red light. The accident changed my life because it caused me to need surgery on my knee and I have never had any issues with my knee. Unfortunately, the policy limit of this person was not enough to cover my surgery so Mr. Bergman recommended me take the policy limit available and get surgery when I have health insurance so it’s not coming out of my pocket or settlement for pain and suffering. Thankfully, Mr. Bergman, with his aggressive attitude and fierce poker face got the insurance company to fold and hand over the entire policy and I am walking away with more than half of the settlement that was given. I am very grateful to Mr. Bergman and his team for getting me all the money on the table and resolving my case in under a years time. They told me cases can take a year or longer but he got mine done in 8 months due to my damages. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his team, they are fantastic

So I called this place to see about getting my record expunged. I had tried earlier this year and was denied but the new act came into affect in October. But he knew what was allowed already. I was told it would be 150 bucks to see if I could. I told him what my charge was. He got the money and in less then a day calls back and says no it's not. Here's the thing. He was reading off Maryland judiciary case search as we talked. That was the research. He knew my charge. The rest didn't matter. He knew it wasn't available to be expunged. But all u got to do is play dumb and make an EASY 150 bucks. If u r calling here about expunging ur record, first off don't unless u know it can be. Google it. If it says ur charge can be go to the court house u went to when charged, pay 30 bucks and do it urself. If it can they will do it. U don't need representation. It's a gimmick. And I was played. So two days of work down the drain so someone with money could just do this. Instead of being honest and from the start saying, no, that charge isn't allowed. Pretty low honestly lol. I should have known better. But I always look for good in ppl and that's on me. So again don't pay 150 for "research" that doesn't happen. They just need to know ur charge, THATS IT. Plus the other 350 to file lmao. It's LITERALLY 30 bucks at the court house. Then u get a letter. Again, SAVE UR MONEY.

I contacted Frank after I was charged with a DWI in the Maryland area based on a recommendation from a friend. Frank accepted my call and immediately provided counseling on the process and what to expect even before I had hired him. It was my first charge of any kind and Frank was able to ease my concerns from the first time we spoke. He gave me suggestions of next steps I should follow to enroll in an alcohol awareness program and voluntarily agree to installing an Interlock device. Because of COVID delays, my trial did not occur for six months after the charge. Frank kept me updated throughout the period before my trial and provided excellent counseling on steps I should take in preparation for my court date. He was able to negotiate a PBJ recommendation with the state attorney and the Judge accepted the agreement. I contacted Frank several times after my trial with questions and he even provided counsel regarding a job situation three years later. I highly recommend Frank for any DUI or legal issues you may have.

Frank from the initial consult held me accountable for my actions that resulted in the DUI charge. Granted for some people it may have truly been a bad decision and a one time mistake. But, for me Frank really helped me realize that I have a drinking problem. I went through the recommended drug and alcohol course, the victim impact, and got sober.
He does not accept all his cases, and I can respect that because he has to believe in the person as well when he looks at the judge and states your plea. Very open and always available for a phone call or an in-person review of your paperwork. Spent hours with me and watched all the police body cam videos.
Knew the prosecution and was able to negotiate a lower incarceration time. Which is always a good thing.
Frank's pricing was a bit on the mid to high range of DUI lawyers, but I am very happy to have chosen him as my lawyer in this matter.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY FIRM THAT EMPLOYS KELLY KILROY! She knew she was going to be disbarred and still took our case. We lost huge amount of money because of missed opportunities. She was too focused on saving herself. She would have lost malpractice lawsuit but "had no assets." (This is our opinion based on the facts we experienced).

The outcome of my case was so favorable it’s almost as if she had scripted it!
Attorney Sei-Hee Arii has a 360 degree bird’s eye view of the legal system and the courtroom.I was facing very serious charges with almost certain jail time if convicted. I initially thought of defending myself but my family compelled me to seek council.
I reached out to Attorney Arii the day before my 1st trial date (don’t be like me, make contact now) and requested her counsel. She was extremely understanding, honest about the situation and the possible outcomes but above all VERY RESPONSIVE! I immediately knew I was in good hands and could trust her. Best decision I’ve ever made! In court she laid out a multi-point strategy that accounted for every possible scenario the prosecutor or judge could present and sure enough it went as she planned.
During court I witnessed someone with an almost identical case as mine (yet with a better driving record) be found guilty and sentenced to jail time, however Miss Arii got ALL of my charges DISMISSED! I went home a free man! I am extremely grateful! Don’t waist your time with these people. All they care about is money, not your case. We went initially asking to help my husband file a petition for me. She automatically said to file for a parole in place knowing it was on hold. Wasting our money. Now that the parole in place is on hold she called to tell us to apply for a permanent card through marriage (which is my we originally went for). When we asked what would happen and that we would loose over $3,000.00 she closed her folder and got up and said thank you for coming and dismissed us. Angry, because she wanted us to pay for money. This morning my mom husband got a bank alert from his bank. He had gotten a withdrawal from this firm that was never authorized. He paid for the consultation and they got his card information from that one time payment. They have my information but decided to charge him instead. They are an absolute FRAUD. Stay away from this so what called law firm.

Lee helped me immensely through a very difficult and new experience. My case was due to negligence on a medical professionals part and I was unsure if I should move forward with this case. Lee did not push me into this suit but listened to my case and simply stated he would take it on. He didn’t leadme to believe it was a fast and easy win yet he definitely made me feel validated.
Lee answered every question within a reasonable amount of time. He stayed in contact with me letting me know next steps throughout this 22 month process. I found him to be personable and explained everything in layman’s terms. He guided me yet let me make my own decisions. He wasn’t pushy and really listened to my concerns. He didn’t hurry me off the phone or out of his office. He honestly took the necessary time to explain things and wasn’t pushy in his advice.
And again, he really listened to my fears and concerns and gave great feedback, even if it was feedback I wasn’t ready to hear. He approached it professionally and honestly.

Carol was the first lawyer I ever hired. She was truly interested in my case and compassionate.
