I must say that The Taylor Firm is… to say the best and efficient in the judicial process of Baltimore City is an absolute understatement!!!! I was arrested held without bail. I’d hired the firm and within less than a month’s time, I was released without any bail review or court proceedings. As GOD as my witness… out of nowhere I was told to pack up!!!! I was rear ended in an accident by a vehicle that had no valid insurance and Mr. Bergman came highly recommended by a friend who was a prior client. I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries. I was recommend to Scott because he has represented my family members and immediately he referred me to the best network of doctors that he works with to take care of me. I ended up having surgery to fix my right knee and if it wasn’t for Mr. Bergman and the doctors advocating for my care and case, I wouldn’t have received the settlement I got. Allstate was putting up a HUGE fight not wanting to settle my case without reviewing all my documents even though I had a case worth greater than the limits of their policy. Mr. Bergman put Allstate in their place and got every penny available that was on the table. The money that I have gained from this experience is blood money and doesn’t begin to cover the pain and suffering that my family and I have suffered but it does help reset for lost time. I want to also share a story about my best friend that died a year and half prior to my accident, who got t-boned, said he was fine, and then the following day died because he had a hemorrhage in his brain. Please, whoever is reading this, if you have been in even the smallest of accidents, GET CHECKED OUT BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, you never know. I got t-boned one morning on my way to work when someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and I found myself being a victim of a car accident for the second time, my first experience I took no action, and I do regret that. The outcome of my case was so favorable it’s almost as if she had scripted it! Attorney Sei-Hee Arii has a 360 degree bird’s eye view of the legal system and the courtroom.I was facing very serious charges with almost certain jail time if convicted. I initially thought of defending myself but my family compelled me to seek council. I reached out to Attorney Arii the day before my 1st trial date (don’t be like me, make contact now) and requested her counsel. She was extremely understanding, honest about the situation and the possible outcomes but above all VERY RESPONSIVE! I immediately knew I was in good hands and could trust her. Best decision I’ve ever made! In court she laid out a multi-point strategy that accounted for every possible scenario the prosecutor or judge could present and sure enough it went as she planned. I had a bad car accident for there first time ever back in December 2023. Kirk Rankin and his wonderful and amazing associate Bach-Yen did so much for me. They were able to help with getting the needed chiropractor treatment, car rental to get to work and home, and full repairs on my damaged car. I hired Malcolm For my case and I couldn't ask for a more personable, professional, and experienced attorney. I contacted Mr Hoffman on behalf of company over a contractual dispute. The opposing party had developed a majority of their financial basis for indemnification on matters not relevant to actual contract law. Additionally, the opposing attorney had made numerous errors in their filing. What I’ve highlighted is just a small portion of what Mr Hoffman was able to point out quickly and change the direction of this discussion toward a mediation and a “reasonable” level to negotiate. I felt Mr Hoffman did what was in my companies best interest to make matters practical and not emotional. As a small business owner trying to get by, the last thing I want is to deal with nuisances of a frivolous lawsuit… having Mr Hoffman on my side certainly brought clarity and confidence how we could handle this matter without creating an unnecessary and complex trial out of this. Another item to highlight is that Mr Hoffman was quick to return calls/emails. When I originally reached out, he answered his phone. Can’t say that about any of the other attorneys I inquired with and I reached to a handful.

The Premier Point HOA Board in Solomons Maryland was exceptionally well represented by Paul Urey during a years long issue with a community property owner. The issue at hand was an owner (one of six) that decided to sue the HOA and the Board members as well as the community builder, because they "didn't have enough water at their dock slip...." They sued for over 10 Million with their actual property value of less than $450,000! Paul was provided by State Farm our insurer and helped us through each step of the process - from an unsuccessful attempt at negotiation through arbitration (the failure the stubbornness of the party suing...) and getting to what would have been a trial that we were more than ready for. He ably and professionally assessed the factors that arose as a part of the suit that would have made for an exceptional movie on how not to sue an HOA - nor who to have in a courtroom as a part of your representation. He worked through professional (ethical) errors on the part of the other attorney, to the final resolution that ensured the HOA and the Board were not financially saddled nor encumbered by future issues that might have affect our property values. Paul helped and was involved with our case through every step and we felt that he was a genuine and critical key element in the effort. Paul worked with the other legal representatives for the other defendants and ensured they were fully informed of our Board actions (and we had thorough documentation for every issue) and how it affected their defendants representation. Towards the end, he also represented related factors to the Judge for the case and then to the new legal representation for the HOA member suing.... That communication helped to get us to an equitable ending. Though this summary is short - it should clearly state that we had full confidence in Paul's representation and the outcome of the case and would change nothing.

I consulted with this attorney, and although I don't think I am the right fit as a client of their firm, I do think I would've came out on top with this gentleman in my corner. We talked for a little over 34 minutes and in that time he shared valuable knowledge about how we could go about this, what the possible outcomes could be, what to expect price wise, and even strategy wise in regards to meeting with his team. He also seemed very upbeat and on the ball with getting all of the relevant information and determining how to utilize it in the most effective ways. I thank you for your time and the service you are providing to our community. He also talked about how their firm is asked by the Bar association to donate and how they attend some government officials yearly parties and such, meaning they are also well connected with these people and work with them regularly. The only reason I couldn't go with this guy (although I wanted to) was the price - and I'm not saying him and his firm aren't worth it, I truly believe they are, but as a ~21 year old (staying vague for privacy) saving up for a car the price he told me was 1/4 of what I received from insurance for my totaled vehicle, and I just couldn't at this time justify that purchase in my head when I am needing other, tangible assets at this time. I was frank with him and more or less told him this, and he tried to assure me it was worth it to not risk losing my freedoms or having this backfire, which I don't disagree with, but again, I can't justify that spending on a single day in court for something I didn't even do... Thanks again to Thomas for teaching out, not only once, but twice after I missed his call and couldn't catch him when I returned it.
