This person purposely defends a mentally ill person who terrorized all of his neighbors with violent threats and has an history of assault with deadly weapons, this is public record. This 29years old male allegedly continues to terrorize his neighbors to this day. Allegedly this lawyer has refused to properly help and place this mental ill person in the correct care that will help him keep safe and the community safe, this lawyer just take the money. Lawyers like him need to be called out, selfish ambitions should not cause the safety of others and their clients.

¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto! Se retiró de mi caso de migración a menos de un mes de la corte con la excusa que no le había pagado todo el dinero cuando se acordó con el de pagar todo antes de la fecha de corte. Se abonaron $3000 de $4500, faltaron $1500 que iban a ser cancelados antes de la fecha de la corte como estaba previsto en el acuerdo.
No obstante le valió al abogado y presentó su retiro ante la corte denunciando que yo no contestaba llamadas para “trabajar en el caso”.
Las únicas llamadas que recibí fui de su asistente Yuri cobrando insistentemente sin importar que tipo de condición esté pasando el cliente.
Incumplió el contrato y se retiró con la suma de $3000 abonados. ¡Impondré acciones legales!
Que a nadie más le pase! Que no le roben su dinero. …
Ah!!! Y y prometen comisiones por clientes referidos lo cual referí una conocida y ni las gracias dieron, por el contrario un trato hostil y poco profesional.

Jeevan was a great lawyer! My case wasn’t too serious; I basically got a speeding ticket. From the moment he took my case he was very attentive, kind, and polite. Our conversations were only over the phone, however, he was always very friendly and clearly was interested in making his clients feel as comfortable and heard as possible while using his service. We even talked a bit about life! All our conversations were great.
In terms of the service itself, he kept me in the loop about everything before and after the trial without having to get me super nervous or involved. I literally just carried on with my life as he figured it out. When I got his call a month after our consultation to let me know my case was dismissed, he was still very polite and super professional. I was severely injured in June 2020 by a fall in a hospital over a bench that was not visible from the turn in the hallway. In addition, three visits to the ED and 2 hospital admissions which included surgery twice
Rubenstein Law upon consultation immediately accepted the case. I was working with their local attorney and was pleased with our discussions The local attorney was to handle the personal injury portion of the incidents and they were to review the medical care as it took 3 ED visits and 2 hospitalizations to handle the injuries suffered in the same facility where I was injured
I had 3 fractured ribs, an 8 inch tear in the intracostal cartilage, a head injury, wrist injury and in the 2 hospitalizations 3 liters of blood surgically extracted from my chest cavity plus a 19cm hematoma that was dissolved. The diagnoses were acute kidney failure and acute respiratory failure due to large effusions in both lungs caused by the fall. Additionally, after 2 months, I’m still on oxygen 24 hours a day.
Last night, a Friday night at 8:30pm, I received a call from an assistant at the headquarters office in Miami. I was advised that the hospital’s insurance had denied the claim for the fall and they had decided not to take the case further and they were closing the case. Hell, they had not even received my medical records yet. Not had the malpractice group reviewed anything regarding the errors made in my care decisions.
I had been told at the onset that the insurer would likely deny the claim and at such time they would have to file the intent to take the case to the next level. Instead, they just dropped the case. Simply because the insurer denied the initial claim
This leads me to wonder who’s pockets have been lined. Why accept my case in the first place?
