I'm a faculty member at Miami's leading medical school, and was sued by the family of a child who died at our hospital. The university hired a team of lawyers to represent me, but much of what they said seemed to make little sense. I was referred to David by a colleague. He patiently explained everything to me, in non legalese, and then agreed to be a liason with the hired firm. He ended up directing them on how to best defend the case, and we won, on summary judgment. When I asked him to bill me, David refused -- he was happy to help. (He has done very well financially, and really doesn't need the money any more). I made a charitable donation in his honor, and can't thank him enough. Anyone who hires him to represent them joins a privileged club that I am now proud to be a part of.

Mr. Ramey has handled several traffic issues for me in the past - alleged super speeding, school bus passing, and red light violations (among other things) – and my charges have always been dropped or reduced (no points!!). I'm a busy girl with more to do than attend hearings, and I'd rather not admit guilt by paying the fine (and risk upping my insurance), so I always consult Mr. Ramey no matter how minor the ticket. (Rolling stop, fender-bender...I've called up his office at least a half-dozen times over the past ten years and have recommend him just as often.)
A girlfriend of mine recently got into a bit of trouble. Not to get into details, but the charge was more involved than my usual petty ticket, and I (of course) referred her to Mr. Ramey. Mr. Ramey was not able to work on the case directly, but his associate, Gregory Bianco worked magic and got all charges dropped. She could not be happier, and I'm just glad Mr. Bianco was able to provide the same level of service I promised her Mr. Ramey would.

Being my first time having a ticket contested, I called the offices a lot more than necessary and they were 100% helpful and very patient with my questions. Patrick was not only extremely knowledgeable, and realized the obvious case of mistaken identity from the arrest report immediately upon our first in person meeting!!
He was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for us.
From our first meeting, he explained everything in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings.
Needless to say, the case against my husband was closed quickly afterward in his favour!!!

At the time, in 2008, I had been served with divorce documents and I found myself with nowhere else to turn and found myself overwhelmed with the situation and downturn of events. It was then that I was referred to Attorney Patrick McGeehan by an acquaintance. Attorney McGeehan took the adequate time to discuss what I was facing and clearly explained the options that were available to me. Eventually, the matter was confronted and resolved with Attorney McGeehan's expertise and dedication to my case. Attorney McGeehan was always prompt to answer and or return my calls or texts. He also always arrived early to court to defend me before a judge and in front of an aggressive opposing attorney.

He has been my Doctor when needed as I was in a very bad way from a injury and I would travel from my home in Northbrook, Illinois to Kendall Florida to be treated with dignaty and a great deal of comfort when I suffered a serious Lumbo Sacral Injury and could not get proper care in my home city. I contacted Neustein Law with about two weeks notice, prior to a Summary Final Judgement (Foreclosure) and the firm was able to deliver big. Not only did they deliver big, they delivered fast, negotiating an equitable agreement in a very convoluted, albeit difficult relationship with the lender.
I followed their advice and it ended in 100% success! I can't recommend this firm enough.

I want to recommend Attorney Schoepp for guiding me through the process of my injury case. He told me that one day I would see the end of this and it was true. I originally hired some billboard lawyer lady in Miami and she dropped me as a client because they didn't have insurance. I spoke to her once and that’s when she dropped me. Attorney Schoepp looked again and found that they had insurance. The billboard lady was probably too busy on social media. Save yourself with the billboard lawyer or the funny ads online and get a real lawyer. The billboard lady wanted to send me to some doctor who did a poor job with my spine surgery. I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company was non-responsive.
I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected.
