Hola buenas tardes, quiero contarles que tuve un caso donde fui injustamente detenida y acusada por violencia doméstica, fue una situación demasiado estresante, hasta que conocí al doctor George Terezaki que literalmente llegó a salvarme de esa situación, fueron 3 citas e hizo que mi caso fuera desestimado cerrado y también me quitaron una orden de restricción, me pusieron una orden de protección a mi ,adicional me pusieron un gps en el pie cuando fui detenida fue una situación tan humillante, el doctor fue muy empático e hizo que me lo quitarán en la segunda cita, lo recomiendo totalmente, sabe lo que hace, van a estar en buenas manos !

Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. After talking with Steven Raiser, and working with Harry Gill who was absolutely brilliant in working with me and preparing the case, they were able to recall the case to the SBA. Took excellent care of my situation following a severe crash. After an unfortunate biking accident involving several cyclists versus a car, Dan and Cathy were fantastic in guiding me through the whole legal and insurance process. From helping me understand my rights, my insurance coverage, the no-fault process, to even dealing with many medical insurance issues, I always felt I was in expert and friendly hands from the beginning to the end of my complex situation. In addition to Dan and Cathy being an absolute pleasure to deal with, their staff (Rina, Debbie and Pat) are also very friendly, professional, capable members of their team. Their offices are easy to get to in Mineola with no problem finding parking, as they have their own private parking lot. I am not sure what I would have done without the support, expertise and experience I received from Flanzig & Flanzig. I highly recommend them if you want to be well taken care of and deal with an attentive, responsive, well-organized team, having them handle all your legal matters while you focus on your injuries and seeing the appropriate doctors for your care.

One day, my life changed while I was driving on the expressway and I was hit by an unlicensed driver at a high rate of speed. Immediately I felt pain and after the shock wore off I was lucky enough to find a lawyer named Mr. Gennarelli (Scott) that very same day. He held my hand from the beginning and really guided me through a scary experience. Scott is more than a lawyer, he truly cares about me as a person and not just another case. He is someone I could always speak to when I had a question and his staff is very kind and always sent whatever paperwork needed to be submitted immediately to the insurance companies. Scott was able to settle my case extremely quickly and for the maximum amount (which is practically unheard of in auto accident cases I have heard of in the past). I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismissed!!
