Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. After talking with Steven Raiser, and working with Harry Gill who was absolutely brilliant in working with me and preparing the case, they were able to recall the case to the SBA. One day, my life changed while I was driving on the expressway and I was hit by an unlicensed driver at a high rate of speed. Immediately I felt pain and after the shock wore off I was lucky enough to find a lawyer named Mr. Gennarelli (Scott) that very same day. He held my hand from the beginning and really guided me through a scary experience. Scott is more than a lawyer, he truly cares about me as a person and not just another case. He is someone I could always speak to when I had a question and his staff is very kind and always sent whatever paperwork needed to be submitted immediately to the insurance companies. Scott was able to settle my case extremely quickly and for the maximum amount (which is practically unheard of in auto accident cases I have heard of in the past). I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismissed!! Granted, he only charged me his minimum fee and here I thought I just wasted all my money, but that was not the case at all! I'd recommend Mr. Panetta and his firm any time, any day.
