Ken worked diligently with understanding and compassion with our grieving family after the wrongful death of our Mother. His heart is in the right place and he always listened to our concerns as he aggressively attacked the nursing home whose negligence took the life of our Mother. I called Tom's office with a weather related slip and fall case two days before Thanksgiving. The office assistant put me through to speak directly with Tom on that same phone call.
After talking through my situation, Tom said he would do some initial research and review with his team. (at no cost to me) Although Tom did not take my case I just wanted to relate that Tom and his office were very honest and straight-forward. The were realistic about what to expect, very responsive (I was always able to speak with someone who could help me), and I felt Tom was very genuine in his concern and interest.
I had never called a contingency lawyer before so did not know what to expect. Tom quickly put my fears of "being sold" something to rest. I would highly recommend Tom and his office for an initial consultation. They are professional and caring.

I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . In 2012, my husband and I were in a bad car accident that landed us in a level-1 trauma center in Minneapolis. John Dornik came highly recommended and has certainly lived up to his reputation. Not only did John prove himself to be a deft negotiator with a masterful grasp of injury law, he is a warm and compassionate human being who never thought twice about making himself available to help us navigate the endless medical and disability forms, or to simply offer a word of encouragement or advice. It is no understatement to say that I'm not sure what we would have done without him!

I formally worked as a young professional in high-level management roles, the most recent being a combined role as a Senior Director of Operations and a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). I had been Involved in a personal injury case that had drug out for about 2 years. I was supposedly being "represented " by a lawyer hired by Liberty Mutual. This other lawyer gave me release to sign that would entitle me to $548 and Liberty Mutual would gain $24,452.
I knew something wasn't right and I started to call a few lawyers to see if they could give me advice or help me determine what to do. After contacting two other lawyers that wouldn't even look at my documents, I came accross Mr. Lavoie.
Ben took the time first to listen, then read through my documents. He eased my anxieties and lowered my stress levels instantly. He assured me he would do absolutely everything he could do for me. I am so very happy that a friend referred Mr. Unke to me. I slipped and fell on oil at one of the stores of a large chain of stores across the country. After a great time of shopping, I was pushing an overloaded cart toward the exit door. Not seeing a light colored oil streak, I went down to the floor doing the splits (not normal for me) and tore rotator cuff muscles and tendons. Mr. Unke was patient with me. The store wanted to settle and called him monthly. For almost 6 years I first went through therapy. Athletic and chiropractic to try to avoid surgery. Multiple providers.
