I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . I can’t thank Nichol Kreklau enough .

I had never had an interaction with a lawyer before and had no idea where to begin even finding one for my personal injury claim I wanted to make against a major corporation. I knew I was in way over my head but after reviewing Jeff's profile/resume, I called him for a consolation. I got a call back from him right away and he was very engaged and offered to help. We met right away and I hired him on the spot. He was very proactive in regards to staying on top of all things related to the case and had tremendous communication throughout the process. I wish there was a rating of 1 to 10 because Mr. Keyser deserves a 10 out of 10! The overall experience of going to court can be a very unsettling and stressful process... Mr. Keyser genuinely cares about his clients and the overall outcome of their cases!

Ken worked diligently with understanding and compassion with our grieving family after the wrongful death of our Mother. His heart is in the right place and he always listened to our concerns as he aggressively attacked the nursing home whose negligence took the life of our Mother. Because of his proactive work he forced the nursing home to make changes to protect other elderly residents, and for that we feel our Mother did not die in vain. He is not your typical attorney and we highly recommend him.

I guess, according to the representative I spoke to, that information is false. I wasnt even given a chance to speak to a lawyer despite mentioning them being listed on their website. She was just rude and repeated her statement. If you're looking for a lawyer regarding those damages, don't bother calling these guys. You'll only get frustrated.

She was a court appointed lawyer in my TPR appeal case and that's exactly what i got. We spoke over the phone ONE time and had only contact through email(if she would respond). Her brief had errors within the first page and lacked key point. I lost my appeal and now she doesn't email me back or make good with her word regarding last visit with my son. If i could give her less than one star i would. Hope your experience is better than mine.

I called Tom's office with a weather related slip and fall case two days before Thanksgiving. The office assistant put me through to speak directly with Tom on that same phone call.
After talking through my situation, Tom said he would do some initial research and review with his team. (at no cost to me) Although Tom did not take my case I just wanted to relate that Tom and his office were very honest and straight-forward. The were realistic about what to expect, very responsive (I was always able to speak with someone who could help me), and I felt Tom was very genuine in his concern and interest.
I had never called a contingency lawyer before so did not know what to expect. Tom quickly put my fears of "being sold" something to rest. I would highly recommend Tom and his office for an initial consultation. They are professional and caring.

In 2012, my husband and I were in a bad car accident that landed us in a level-1 trauma center in Minneapolis.
