I went with Schwebel, Goetz, and Sieben for a firm to represent me after my auto accident and I could not be happier with my choice. Cole Dixon was my attorney and from day one he was actively communicating with me and put me at ease. The level of communication, availability, and time they make for you surpasses anything I could have expected. Same with the way Cole represented me every time. They are probably a good firm, but when I reached out to them for a case consultation they came across as very dismissive and rule. I think this could have been resolved if they had taken the time to explain their rationale, but they did not. So bad customer service is the reason for this review.

I called Christensen Sampsel today to schedule a consult, and fully expecting to be directed to a voicemail, Carl promptly picked up the phone and spoke with me right then and there. I was shocked - I thought it was a pre-recorded voicemail! We spoke on the phone for 15 minutes, and Carl gave me "three prongs" of advice for my lawsuit. My case is quite small, so I did not retain Christensen Sampsel as legal counsel, but I was impressed and very appreciative of Carl's knowledge and willingness to help me.

I would like to take this moment to thank Joe Tamburino, Tyler Dahlen and Ashley Heaney(whom first worked with me). I am a person whom usually do not get into trouble as I continue to live my life trying to always do better. But I became a victim to my own actions as I made a choice which changed my life. With the help from this Law firm they helped me be able to see that there is still a future for myself and more to look forward towards. I thought I would be going into this case with lost of hope but with Mr. Tamburino and Mr. Dahlen fighting for me until the settlement agreement, they gave me hope that I wouldn't have to spend a big portion of my life in a facility. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact him directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.

For an attorney with such a good reputation according to just about everyone, it was very disappointing to work with him. He did nothing to help my son. All of the prosecutors witnesses were stretching the truth a lot and he very rarely objected to anything. There was no evidence what-so-ever that my son was guilty. I lost all of my retirement plus some, He did not meet with my son except for a few time before the trial and he never said anything positive. If anyone is thinking about hiring him I would give it second thoughts. All of us thought he would be a good attorney, but my son is now in jail waiting for sentencing and I may be dead by the time he gets out. Most of our friends just thought he was boasting to keep moral up. I would say more about it, but I can't because I can't prove it and that's called speculation if I'm correct just like the prosecutors and their witnesses had.
