Hands down, best attorney in the area. I was appointed Mr. Levasseur as my public defender for a felony case. First time meeting with him to discuss my case and I had a bad attitude about the whole situation. Well, he gave the facts to me straight, and took the time to explain things I had misconceptions about. I was always able to get ahold of him and discuss details of my case so I felt confident I had adequate representation. He really knows what he is doing and is well respected in the courthouse. I took the case to trial, and the day before trial he called me to let know he had spoken with the prosecutor and that the case was being dropped. The guy is on top of his game and I got a lot of respect for him after he was willing to go to bat for me like that and I couldnt have had a better outcome!!

Was a client of Rob Roe - "Champion Of The Injured" & "Super Lawyer" as displayed & advertised of over 25 years established & experienced.
Throughout the interim, unfortunately, to say in the VERY least, minimal could be done, as the case sat complacent, initially was to be wrapped up at the damage package of 2018.
Over time, following up & patiently awaiting for answers & explanations with full clarity in documentation, I could not be fully accommodated & assisted with this fully by email as a frontline healthcare worker in surgery in dire need & having a disability in need since Rob Roe referred to my emails & form of communication to be the single greatest barrier.
Nearing almost a year, we patiently awaited, following up, left wondering, since the same stories, now had 21 days left in July 2019 before we had to move out of our home, since initially the case was to be wrapped up of 2018.
We were informed between June/July 2019 that the
medical records were still waiting to be received
since the retainer & release of medical records signed in October 2018 with 30 days for medical records to be received, however nothing more could still be done, which was all very confusing to us, not really knowing what was happening.
With the outcome & case wrapped up between February/March 2022, I was left with an amount far below a years worth of wages, then initially assured recovering from the accident itself & overall, etc.
After representation, we finally were able to receive the case file of June/July 2022, that initially was needed numerous times asked for throughout the years.

My son Fahlym, hired Rob Roe for personal injury representation in 2018. A lot of concerning issues kept happening with Rob Roe until the end of the case in 2022. During representation, Rob Roe mailed an unsecured flash drive with my son’s entire file on it that had very sensitive information, as well some of our private family information. Rob Roe initially mailed the unsecured flash drive to the wrong address, then it was remailed to my son’s correct address but lost in mail transit, and never found to this day, only receiving an empty torn regular envelope. Being my son’s advocate, I addressed many valid concerns to Rob Roe about his representation that weren’t aligning. Rob Roe then cut me off, heavily burdening my injured son, who needed my help. I cannot express how devastating the entire negative experience was from Rob Roe’s representation of over 3 years.

Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. Its always nerve wracking to hire a lawyer. I needed one for a case that was coming up so I talked to several different lawyers some of whom were referrals. Andrew had great reviews and seemed to have a better handle on my situation than the other guys I talked to. On a leap of faith I hired him. I hired Jodi Langhorst See to represent me with my divorce in August 2015. After 2 years, I have not receive one document or filings via US Mail, but only through email which were not always appropriately signed by all parties on the emailed copy. This was a difficult divorce.
As I asked questions and looked to Jodi for advise as to what was in my best interest? I received some answers and options but they were never followed through. Most of my questions were not explained to me so I could make clear choices with understanding. The answers I did receive changed every time we met. A lot of time she did not even remember what she advised me to do and they never were written in a document submitted to myself or the opposing attorney throughout negotiations. She did not write up the stipulation orders, but had opposing attorney write them, which have resulted in my inability to clearly understand what it stated. I would receive emails of the opposing attorney from Jodi with information that was left for me to interpret on my own understanding. When I would ask questions, she would appear frustrated with me and I never felt comfortable knowing what I might be agreeing to.
I filed for the divorce with her, stating clearly my expectations in 2015. She filed one step at a time; first for temporary custody and support; approximately one year later we had our FENE; then followed, what I was told to be a custody evaluation, but ended up being only a parenting assesment, that would not hold up if a trail came to be. All this should have been taken care of at the pre trial, but was not.
She has unfairly charged me over $30,000 in fees and filings over a 2 year period only to withdraw from my case a month before trial. I am receiving far less than a fair settlement based on the fact that I cannot hire an attorney to fairly represent me this close to trial and must represent myself at this point.
Had Jodi filed all the proper motions upon retaininment all the facts and mediations, as well as custody evaluations would have been completed within 6 months from time of filing and we could have been done closer to a year rather 2 years.
If you are looking for someone to be looking out for your best interest in a divorce, I would not recommend this attorney.
