I live in Illinois and Mr. Clark was referred to me by a relative help with the dividing and selling family land. Mr. Clark assured me that everyting could be done through the mail, to keep me from having to travel to Mississippi. He did exactly that!! Help find a surveyer, prepared and overnight all documents that need to be signed. Receieved payment from the buyer and overnight my check. On top of that he charged a fraction of what a Illinois attorney would have charged.

Robert and Robin are a team that treats you as a person and listens and acts upon your legal troubles. Robert was successful in overcoming a denied hearing loss claim with the Federal Government. His and contacts research was instrumental in getting the Governments top appeals staff (Judges, not regular appeals people) to advise that my case was clearly legitimate.
Another time Robert and Robin met me at the nursing home where my Mother was at, to notarize some important papers. They came about 15 miles on their lunch hour and didn't charge me a dime for it. Very likeable and understanding people. Will definitely go back and visit and hire for any legal matters.

My attorney ensured everything that was supposed to be with my child custody case. After being hit by an uninsured motorist, I tried to negotiate my personal injury and property damage claims with my insurance company. Though I'm an attorney, my insurer simply would not negotiate an adequate settlement of those claims with me. That's when I called Mr. Frye. Attorney Wade is a good lawyer. I have used him quite often through the years. About 20 years ago, I was in a bad car accident. I was in a car accident a few years ago. The Police report came back & said both drivers claimed to have the right of way. This was unacceptable on my end because the other driver ran the stop light and he was negligent. Mike took the case head on and pushed forward for decision in my favor. Mr. Braddock handled my divorce and was able to fend off a very greedy spouse. He was able to settle the custody and a reasonable split of our property. He protected my business from being robbed by a gold-digger. She can have the house but going after my main source of income was out of the question. I wasn't about to give her half of my business when she didn't do anything to help it grow. I am pleased with the outcome and his fees were very reasonable considering how much was at stake. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had to be flown by helicopter to Jackson, MS. Mr. Braddock came and visited me during my stay in the hospital. He never once pressured me to sign anything. He helped calm my family down and prayed for me during that time. I went through a terrible contested custody trial during my divorce. The original lower court ruling left me financially ruined and stripped me to limited visitation of my two minor children and no custody. I hired Wes to represent me in appellate court to challenge the original ruling. Wes handled my appeal at the State Court of Appeals, provided oral argument in front of a panel of Justices, prepared briefs on my behalf all the way to the State Supreme Court. At both the Court of Appeals and State Supreme Court, Wes helped me with Reverse Render, Reverse and Remand of the original ruling. In the end, after 4 years of appellate court appearances, oral arguments, and briefs, Wes was able to help me return to financial solvency, and most importantly was able to gain JOINT legal and physical custody of my minor children, with a visitation schedule that provides me with approximately 50/50 physical custody/visitation. I am a licensed CPA, and Wes was able to help me with reversal of the original financial obligations, and provide tax assistance in the final disposition of my custody case. Wes is professional, extremely knowledgeable about case law, taxes, finances and due process. My only regret is not hiring Wes for my original trial. Since my divorce, I have found an attorney that is ethical, intelligent, trustworthy, and compassionate beyond just representing a client in chancery court, but truly understands a parent's desire to be with their children. Wes is a rare find, and I will use him for all future legal matters.
