Several years ago, while an investor in medical marijuana, our facilities were raided and several associates were indicted, facing up to a decade in prison. When the Judge kindly gave our "drug cartel conspiracy" no prison time, the US Attorney decided to challenge that by indicting me for fraud in my own personal telecommunications business, a career and industry I had successfully pursued since the 1980's. My family was traumatized. The Government was seeking 30 years to life in prison.
Peter and his firm worked diligently with the prosecutor, holding several meetings in a valiant attempt to drop the charges. Peter left no stone unturned. In the end, he was able to mitigate the damages and find an acceptable compromise with the government, for less than 2 years.

I was in a car accident and like an idiot didn’t go to the hospital because I thought I was fine. A couple months later I started experiencing symptoms which my chiropractor called dormant injury and said was common. I recently contacted John for a commercial lease dispute that was very time sensitive as the tenant was in the process of moving out. Even though it was late afternoon/after hours, John was able to provide me with important information, and by early the next morning had reviewed my lease and provided me with specific advice on how to proceed. My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. I ran the car off the road so I wouldn't hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. When my agent told me I was not covered for a rental car and would have to pay almost $1000 for the car rental I couldn't believe it. I called Bulman Law for help. Thomas Bulman asked me to bring the policy down to his office so he could read it. He read it, called the insurance company and pointed out the coverage was paid for and that he would file a complaint with the Montana State Insurance Commissioner if they didn't immediately give me my rental car. I had my rental car by the end of the day. There was no charge for his consultation and help. Thanks so much!

I called Bulman Law. I was connected to Thomas Bulman about my legal question. I gave some info of why I was calling. He immediately became annoyed saying it wasn't worth pursing; it did not pay out enough. Instead of saying he wasn't interested and ending the call, he proceeded to insult, demean and personally attack me making inappropriate and unprofessional comments. I complained to his partners. One apologized but Bulman sent a email response proving he's unprofessional. Call log of my call to him at his office "disappeared" but I have the call record on my phone.

I needed to get advice on doing an affidavit for an informal probate. I was charged $500 which I thought was a decent price. When I took the paper with me to show a different state that I had the authority of personal representation for this will I was told that court wouldn’t accept it unless signed by a court in Montana. When I got he from the court ordeal in the conflicting state I called the office to verify if I was supposed to take the paper they had drawn up for me to the courthouse. I really received no help or substantial advice. I then went to the court house and paid them a little over $100 to accomplish the same thing. I didn’t need what this law office did for me at all. To top things off I received a bill from them for a bit under $70 to call and poss the question about getting the paper they had drawn up taken to the court. Very disgusted with this office. The whole reason was to show the conflicting state I was authorized by a will to take care of the estate. I have to travel back across the country again. The whole thing has cost me into the thousands. And I still owe them for posing a question..../

I had a severe back injury that work comp was fighting me on, causing me to be in prolonged pain and suffering. I was referred to Leslae and within days my surgery was approved. Leslae, Miranda, and Pam are fantastic at what they do. I never had to worry about what was going on behind the scenes and I never had to worry whether things were being taken care of. They kept me updated in timely fashions and never once made me question what was happening. Once they were retained, the entire process was as smooth as I could ask from start to finish. Yes 3 weeks ago I found out my ex wife was screwing me over financially. I was frantic and needed to consult with an attorney right away. I've had bad attorneys before and I wanted a supposedly good one this time. Boy was it a mistake calling ms Chisholm. She has not bothered to return 1 phone call or Email in 3 weeks time. I wound up having to study the laws myself just to see exactly what i needed to do. It sure would have been nice to have some professional help. Guess i called the wrong attorney for that.

Andrea represented me in my divorce a couple years ago. She was professional, easy to work with, and good at both mediation and going to court. We were able to settle the parenting part of the case in mediation, and I felt she did a great job representing my interests there. I met Mr. Snodgrass, in 2006 after being referred to him by a friend. I see some of the other reviews and it makes me scratch my head because, I’ve ALWAYS been treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect by the front office ladies. My experience is NOT only with Mr. Snodgrass, but, two of the other attorneys as well. They have fought EVERY issue I’ve had with motivational, hard working, intelligent, thought processes.
I’ve got a past that’s required represent- ation several times and I’ve ALWAYS been treated professionally and taken care of at a level I could only imagine. I feel that the fees were MORE than fair regardless of the other comments, you get what you pay for and this has been proven on a regular basis. I have NO hard feelings or resentment against this organization. Every attorney, including Mr. Snodgrass, have treated me professionally and politely, no matter the situation.
Take my advice, contact them and LISTEN to what they say, don’t take these negative comments to heart. I promise you this; you will not receive better representation for the issues you have, they’re that much better than you can imagine. You’ll sleep well!

Very encouraging at the outset then doesn't follow through. Expensive but doesn't deliver the service, didn't follow through, the client still trying to bring closure on her own (settlement). When we meant to settle final bill with this attorney neither she or her office help could decipher the bill they presented to us. During the deposition meeting this attorney was completely out lawyered was of no help to her client. Client asked for final papers and was told by law firm to print them off herself, client never received hard copies from law office
