Mr. McArdle is a very stand out and stand up motorcycle wreck attorney. When nobody else would even take a look at my case he did. His honesty and goodheartedness is what sets him above all others. He was straightforward about every aspect of my case. And those facts right there were everything I was looking for in an attorney as well as a law firm (honesty, sincerity, kindness and willingness). I have not had the opportunity to have to hire many attorney's in the past. Just one for my divorce & now Mr. Luck for a mistake I made.
The best decision I ever made was retaining Mr. Luck. I never do reviews but I felt it necessary to maybe help save someone's life some day.
Being a 30+ year enforcement officer I have seen nearly every attorney in this area in court room action and there are some dumba%€#@@ out there.
I assure you that the legal disclosure that attorney's have to place with there ad "saying that the legal representation of this attorney in no way constitutes that the legal services performed is better than another attorney (or something in that affect)" is a whole bunch of bull%#£@&!!!
Attorney's are no different than any other professional. There are much better mechanics, doctors, carpenters, and so on.
So there is a vast difference in the quality & the expertise of the attorney that you hire.
And let's face it, if you are hiring an attorney then your very life or way of life is on the line. Do your research & do not hire an idiot.
Mr. Luck has his crap together & I would highly recommend him without question.
Let's face it, usually when we need an attorney you are probably not having a very good day. You are scared, confused & it feels like your life has been turned upside down.
Are you going to put your life in an idiots hands. I thank not.
I was referred to Mr. Luck through a mutual friend & he came highly recommended.
I am very pleased with the work & the time he has spent with me. He has always had the time to sit down with me & explain what is going on with my case. His knowledge in different areas of the law is excellent.
We are still in the middle of my situation but I can tell you this, we have had 2 major & 1 minor issue come up & he has won each of them.
Not only is Mr. Luck a dang good attorney, he is a very nice & humble man that actually cares for his clients.
In my opinion, he is even better than advertised.
So do yourself a favor if you end up needing an attorney from anything involving criminal charges to child custody / divorce and everything in between. This man will be there for you & he will fight for every ounce of your rights & then some.

I am a regular person just like you & don't think it can't happen to you.
We all make mistakes & when your car breaks down are you going to use that Chinese part that cost a few bucks cheaper just to only leave you on the side of the road one day?

Do the same when it comes to your life & hire the best man for the job & give yourself the best chance to survive.
Please take this from a man that has 30+ years of experience in the legal system & knows the best when I see it.
Hopefully you will never need an attorney but if you do, take it from me & call Mr. Luck. You will not be sorry.

Ms. Emmel represented me in a matter reating to damage to some property I owned. I spent numerous hours trying to resolve it with their attorney to no avail. Finally, frustrated, I gave up and called Ms. Emmel. The matter was resolved withi weeks with exactly what I had asked the other party to pay. Attorney La Barron Boone is one of a kind and very seldom to meet a person like him or have him for an attorney. He is a person of integrity ,kind hearted, very intelligent, caring, knowledgeable and very concern for his clients making sure they are treated right. I always like telling this story about Attorney La Barron . One Saturday my husband and I was watching T.V and this advertising came on about a medication that my husband had been taken. So my husband said to me was to call Attorney Jere Beasley firm and talk with him so I did that Monday. So the young lady who answered the phone I asked to speak to Attorney Beasley she asked me the nature of my call and I told her than she transferred me to Attorney La Barron and I told him why I was calling. Attorney La Barron was so nice, pleasant and took the time to listen and talked to me. Attorney La Barron referred me to another attorney in the law firm. Since that day forth if I had any questions or I knew someone that may need some legal advice to call Attorney La Barron and if he could not help he would let you know or tell you some others attorneys names to see if they can or not. Seven years Attorney La Barron, my husband and I kept in touch we would always communicated over the phone we had never met in person. On April 11,2005 my husband was killed in a horrific accident. I had attorneys calling me in town and all of out-of-state. One law firm in Washington sent me a package about their company and information on the trucking company and had a form for me to sign so they could represent me. The funeral home owner even told me attorneys was calling and wanted to pay for the funeral expenses and wanted my phone number. One attorney that has a law firm in the city approach me at my husband repast while mourning the loss of my husband. I told him like I had told other attorneys this is the furthest from my mind. A week and a half after I had laid my husband to rest I called Beasley and Allen law firm to speak to Attorney La Barron at that time attorney La Barron gave me his condolences. I made an appointment with him and on that day was the first time we met one another in person. Once again Attorney La Barron gave his condolences and expressed to me he hated we had to met in person under my circumstances. I told Attorney La Barron I hated my husband never go to meet him. I met Attorney Jere Beasley in person and I told him this story. I told Attorney Beasley that Attorney La Barron was the only attorney that would represent me and no one had referred me to Attorney La Barron this is an attorney/friend my husband and I have known for seven (7) years prior to my husband death and that I regret my husband never got a chance to met such an awesome attorney/friend in person. Attorney La Barron did an outstanding job along with his staff.

After suffering through multiple hip surgeries, I was diagnosed with metallosis, bursitis, bone loss, and muscle loss, in both hips, due to metal on metal hip implants. I am always hesitant to rate a law firm because I imagine it depends so much on who you work with, but the two lawyers I have used from this firm have been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The people from this firm are also very well connected which can come in handy. Most importantly I believe I can trust them, which is a difficult thing to say about some farms.
