I have been meaning to leave this review, Scott Kimberly was Heaven Sent. From my very first conversation with him, I knew he had my best interest. He never promised me anything but gave me real expectations. Mr Kimberly is very knowledgeable and takes control in the court room. I also loved Austin Loomis, he was always quick to jump in and my questions and help me also. I trusted both of them fully when it came to my case and they did exactly what they felt was in the best interest of my kids first. Daniel Ames represented me as a defendant. This was something completely foreign to me and some thing I hope no one has to experience. He was reassuring and knew how to explain things on an understandable level to help you feel like you know what’s going on. We lost my sister in August and had do an emergency visit to tn to take care of things. I was coming from nc and my mom was coming from ny. I just happened to come across Mr.Bennett through Google and since then they have been nothing but great. I worked closely with Miss.Karen who was amazing every step of the way. And let me tell you, there were a lot of phone calls and emails. Everytime I had to communicate with them, you could tell they cared. They really make you feel at home and in a way, made it more peaceful with everything else going on. I knew having them, was one less thing I needed to worry about. I was injured in Nashville at a bar on Main Street. It was the middle of the afternoon and my jaw was fractured. Without going into detail, I will be having quite a bit of dental work in my future.

Lisa handled a complicated divorce for me with excellent results. When we initially went to court after being sued Lisa Eischeid was very well prepared, identified the key issues in dispute, the evidence and the weaknesses in the plaintiff's case. In a venue which almost always favors the plaintiff, she was great for the defense and the results were extremely favorable. The plaintiff fired her lawyer finally and her new lawyer apparently knew better than to face Lisa Eischeid in court. Because getting results in the court room, in the end this resulted in a fair and very reasonable settlement for the defense.
It was a very stressful life event that took almost a year to resolve but Lisa Eischeid is all business, she took care of all the details for me. I was very pleased with the results. A very competent attorney. Highly recommended.

I went to there office, met with the gentleman explaining my situation, asked how much to start the process, got the money and hired them within a couple days and the process was on. Haven't had to hire these gentlemen but was served with a papers from an accident my son was involved in. Wasn't sure what I needed to do since I have never had to deal with anything of this sort before so I called these guys.
Although I only called for a Consultation this gentlemen treated me like I was a paying client. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me telling what I needed to do and went over some of the terminology in the summons with. He had absolutely no obligation to spend as much time on yhe phone me as he did but he did and was absolutely professional about it and I never felt like he was rushing me off.
I hope I never have to hire these Gentlemen but if I should I will absolutely be coming to them. And even though my experience was only a 15 minute call I would have to say that I would 100% recommend them simply due to how he treated me on the phone.
