I worked with Jonathan Crannell regarding a car accident I was in. He was so professional when I sat in his office as I was complete mess. He made me feel comfortable and I knew he was going to help me with everything. I could now breathe. Even though my case was small, he treated me as if it wasn't. He treated me with absolute respect. Jonathan was always there for me when I needed him. I also spoke to his assistant Ashley many times. I either spoke to Jonathan or Ashley, that's it, you won't be passed around from person to person each time you call like you would be in a huge practice. You are NOT a number. Both Jon and Ashley stay in constant connection with each other. They both know what is happening with your case at all times. Ashley was an absolute delight to work with. If you have to leave a voice mail, one of them will call you back in a short and reasonable time. I could always count on them. I have to give extra props to Jonathan as my case was sensitive even though it was small. I could confide in him and felt safe to. He also made special arrangements so that I didn't have to be on camera as I have a phobia of live cameras on my face. It sounds funny when we live in a world of cameras, but it's only when I'm in the spotlight. He took my silly phobia seriously. I can't speak enough wonderful words about him and his firm. They got me through a very difficult time and I'm so incredibly grateful they were there for me! Hands down 5/5 stars! Can I give 6 stars?!

I hired Mark Bishop LLC after consultation with 2 other firms and I am very happy I did. My case was a relatively small personal injury case and in the initial consultation both Mark and Andrew took the time to explain many details and answer all my questions. During the process I mostly consulted with Andrew who was in frequent contact with me to explain legal maneuvers and advise on strategy regarding settlement/trial. I highly recommend George Mueller. I went to him back in 1993 or 94 for legal advice. I am still working with Mr Fabbri in the case against a nursing home, and I couldn't not at this point be more pleased with his performance of moving forward TO bring justice to what happened to my mother (who lost her life) as the end result of being a resident in a nursing home facility. Those folk at that nursing home did not care about my mother; and has proven historically not to care about any resident that is entrusted to care for those who can not care for themselves. I am so impressed with Mr Fabbri because he shows that he does not let any grass grow under his feet. By that I mean, he works diligently to prepare the case in a timely manner and exudes passion for his job as a Lawyer. Even though the case is still in progress, I am confident that I will soon hear Mr Fabbri say that the case has been won and my mother will be vindicated (at least I, her daughter, who is left behind to just hold on to the precious memories of her will be).
