I inquired about Robert's free 30 minute consultation for my DUI, in which, he responded immediately. He called me the following day and after explaining my situation he provided all the information I needed to begin my process for my license reinstatement. Unbelievable attorney and after this experience I can say an incredible friend as well. Justin saved my life literally from a felony charge that I knew from the bottom of my heart I was innocent for and should not have been arrested for. He was professional, kept me in the loop, explained everything he was doing and kept me up to date with the progression of my case, and in a matter of days was able to get the state to drop the charges against me. I wanted to articulate my experience with Christopher Lombardo who has literally been my savior thanks to his skill sets which are second to none. I first hired a female attorney who I believed would be able to relate to me as another woman and exude compassion and empathy with respect to my situation which was as bad as it gets. As I was going through the divorce, I discovered that she did not have the requisite financial skills to protect me financially. Her discovery was inadequate and hurt me significantly for my financial future. I was being harassed by my ex and my attorney advised me to do nothing about it. I made the decision to leave the first attorney because I felt that she was not adequately representing me. I then secured another female attorney with the primary charge of selling my home and ensuring that I be reimbursed for my legal fees as per a court stipulation. My ex refused to reimburse the legal fees. The second attorney was working on going back to court to get my legal fees and in the process, my ex filed a Motion for a Special Magistrate to sell the marital home. Her legal representation was so inferior that she ended up getting sued personally. She was incompetent and had a chip on her shoulder in regards to me. And to make matters worse, she made derogatory comments to me. In addition, the legal fees she charged me were excessive. I knew that I had to change course because nothing positive was being accomplished. So, I had a friend help me research other attorneys. Our selection made was Christopher Lombardo. I am pleased to say that Mr. Lombardo competently, and rigorously took on my matters with a sense of urgency. The marital house was finally sold after he was able to talk sense to my ex's attorney. Chris is as savvy as they come, has many years of experience and knows how to negotiate with other attorneys without running up huge bills. He has always treated me with the utmost of kindness and respect. Without his expertise, I know that I would still be trying to navigate a deal and would have been forced to frivolously spend another $40,000. Quite simply, he is the best attorney I have ever used. In addition his team members including Rebecca Wade and Scott Pauzer were extremely helpful and prompt when dealing with my issues.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Lombardo to anyone who is dealing with divorce matters.

Darrin Phillips is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and well experienced. He will listen carefully, ask the right questions and craft a strategy that works. He will clearly answer the questions you have without setting false expectations and also does an excellent job of preparation for each stage of the case as well as preparing the client for what's next. I found him to be easy to work with, exceptionally quick with responses and follow-up, very tough when needed but also willing to find the better path to resolution. Fair rates and practices. I got a ticket in Naples, FL, Collier County, and was looking for a lawyer to get my ticket dismissed. Talked to about half dozen lawyers, from ones that were sarcastic to ones that just wanted your money, to do what I could myself. I finally got in touch with the law office of Michael R. Gorman, who was truly a good person and a knowledgeable lawyer. He explained to me that it is a waste of money to hire a lawyer because in Collier County the chances of dismissing a ticket are extremely slim. Furthermore he walked me step by step to what I need to do to avoid points and insurance price increase. Mr. Gorman could have taken my money and did all of that but he did not, instead he looked out for me. I highly recommend the law office of Michael R. Gorman.

I would like to thank the members of the new BVF Law Firm for the exceptional handling of a recent law suit filed against me. The plaintiff in the case filed a complex shareholder's derivative lawsuit most of which was totally false, however, due to the defendants being my company and my personal position as the past president of a condo association, the case required extensive understanding of both business and condominium law. BVF had the expertise to immediately get in the middle of this case for me and dealt with the plaintiff in a manner that one would not expect from a new firm. My case was headed by Jason Vishio as lead attorney and supported by Brett Fisher. The combination of that team managed to put together an excellent response to the plaintiff's claims, but also a counterclaim against the plaintiff which set the opposing attorney back on his heels. The Plaintiff's attorney immediately knew he was in competition with a very knowledgeable and professional law firm. During my 35 year of business dealing with multiple lawsuits in the million dollar range, I have never experienced the professional handling of a relatively smaller case on the basis that the combined team at BVF fielded in my defense. Their response to the case was solid and could not have been better and the professional level of the counterclaim could not have been more complete. So the ultimate settlement in my favor, while it took a while due to normal court delays, was very positive for me. I would and have already recommended the BVF Law firm to anyone looking for a highly-talented and professional young law firm in SW Florida. The partners are very aggressive and will deliver 150% effort in representing their client in the court system. This up and coming firm will set a new high to other firms in SW Florida to match and increase the professional level to match large city top flight law firms. This firm is top notch and far different from most SW Florida Law firms.

Sharon Hanlon recently represented my wife in a motor vehicle accident. Upon our first meeting, we were put at ease with our choice of attorney. She was very knowledgeable; immediately answering all of our questions and answering questions we didn't even know we had. Ms Hanlon took control of what I had attempted to do prior to hiring her, thus I no longer had to deal with insurance adjusters and my wife could concentrate on healing from her injuries. Her office staff was always friendly and professional. Ms Hanlon and her staff were always available to either of us whenever we called.
