Super grateful for my experience with Jeff Roberts & Associates. I worked directly with Casey Elrod following an unfortunate car accident I was in. This is a bummer because, as you’ll see, I have not left a negative review in the 15 years of having my account:
I recently worked with Andrew to obtain advice on a silent partnership contract that was very bare bones (a couple hundred words in length).
I was surprised to see that I was charged $438 for Andrew to read this incredibly small document and provide maybe 100 words of feedback. (Will update with screen shots once I have redacted the info)
I ended up going with another lawyer who was able to provide a couple of rounds of feedback on this document for about the same price and sharing me he felt I overpaid greatly for the services provided.
To be fair, Andrew was thorough and fast, which is why it’s an anomaly this did not extend to his charges and the time he stated required almost 2 hours of billing.
I hate to leave a review like this but I communicated this information to Andrew asking to split the difference which would have him still making $250 for the single volley of feedback but he was unwilling to work with me.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Caroline Taylor and Whitfield Bryson. I was injured in a motorcycle accident and lost my job due to my injuries. Caroline helped us through a tremendously difficult time and was always patient and understanding when we had questions. We had no idea how many different variables there were in an injury settlement and she took the reigns and handled business. She was always very professional, courteous, up front and honest with us. She truly cared about my family and helped us as much as she possibly could to come through this OK. I hired Mr.Glanton after a MTA bus ran into the back of the car that my 6 kids was in. Some of them was hurt more so than the others. Mr. Glanton made sure the they was taken care of, in and out of the hospital. He met all of my kids needs, he made sure that my car was faxed in a timely matter, He made sure that my kids had the Dr., and therapy that they needed. Mr. Pence and his assistant, Paige Crumpler, have been incredible. Because of head injury I would forget what was said and they were both so kind to go over things for me, often. I filed for SSD after being medically retired from the military in 2016. I kept getting denied finally called Mr Felts and he helped me prepare for my hearing. He was very thorough. If he asked you to do something, write something do it. My hearing didn’t last long because of everything he sent the judge ahead of time my decision was decided at the hearing and I received a fully favorable decision. I hired Mr. Craft to represent me in a lemon law case against BRP AKA CanAm. I hired an ambulance chaser type attorney before I hired Mr. Craft and let me just say that it has been the wisest choice I have made yet. He has been an excellent communicator and I am pretty sure that BRP knows its only a matter of time until they buy back the POS they sold me in May of 2018. I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
I immediately asked for his name and number to handle my case. He took the time to talk to me without rushing. That's what you call a real go getter, serious about his work and clients.
First impressions is everything. He gave me eye to eye contact, a strong hand shake, and a good luck. Although I haven't got the chance to meet with Will as his client I can give him 5 stars right now. I will be calling him tomorrow.

The time that followed this incident was full of stress and ongoing medical problems. What should have been a simple broken leg has failed to heal, and the march to recovery has seen more pitfalls than progress. It would have been easy to despair if I had not had the support of Mr. Dughman.
The first aspect to his representation was the convenience. My daughter took me to see him in person one time, but that was probably more for me than for him. After that, all of our communication was electronic, phone, or regular mail, which made it much easier for me to navigate.
Secondly, this was not a case in which Mr. Dughman had hopes for a large financial recovery. To the contrary, I was distraught to learn I was grossly underinsured, and it is my understanding the young lady who hit me had minimum coverage as well. It was not my wish to sue her or her family, although I have questioned this decision many times. Mr. Dughman supported me and pressed on.
As the first year passed and I was not healed, I began to learn about subrugation. This is a process by which my health insurance companies demanded refund payments on the benefits they had paid out. They were entitled to this because the accident was not "my fault," and yet they had paid out thousands of dollars. With two weeks in the hospital, two major surgeries, weeks of home health care and physical therapy, the bills were astronomical. If Mr. Dughman had not negotiated on my behalf with these mammoth insurance companies, I would have owed them money in the end. Somehow he got them to accept partial repayment, a feat I would have never been able to do for myself.
The stress of owing that money and my body's unwillingness to heal took an emotional toll on me. I have never heard one word of apology from the young woman who hit me. Long after the Statute of Limitation on a possible lawsuit expired, I asked Mr. Dughman if I could write to her. He assured me it would make no difference in any "legal" sense, but he encouraged me to write her if it would make me feel better. In the end, I wrote to her parents, thinking they could decide it the letter was appropriate. Still, there has been no contact.
Through all of my dealings with Attorney Dughman, I was basically an emotional wreck. He was constant, professional, and very, very skilled in his work. It is my hope to never, never need him again, but if I do, it is my sincere wish that he will represent me again.
