Mr. Witherington is an outstanding attorney! He represented me for an automobile accident that happened out of state. My case was quite complicated as four insurance companies were involved, two medical insurance companies and two automobile insurance companies.
Mr. Witherington, and his staff, always had my health and well being at the forefront of my case. I was always consulted and completely informed at all times. I personally believe this was the most effective and efficient representation possible.
My case was complicated and required a lot of work, a lot of work! Mr. Witherington resolved all issues, got all my medical bills paid, full payment for my automobile and a very substantial amount of money for my personal injury compensation.
I most highly recommend Mr. Witherington as your personal attorney! He is amazing and always has your best interest as his top priority!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Caroline Taylor and Whitfield Bryson. I was injured in a motorcycle accident and lost my job due to my injuries. Caroline helped us through a tremendously difficult time and was always patient and understanding when we had questions. We had no idea how many different variables there were in an injury settlement and she took the reigns and handled business. She was always very professional, courteous, up front and honest with us. She truly cared about my family and helped us as much as she possibly could to come through this OK. I don't know what we would have done without her and I can't possibly recommend her, and Whitfield Bryson enough. They helped us to get everything we could to help our family.

Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. What I like most about him is that he kept me informed. There was not period of absence; regularly he would reach out to keep me abreast of where we stood. Casey stood firm and negotiated to his best ability. I feel comfortable and happy with my end result. If I had to do this again or give a Recommendation, I would highly suggest Casey. Attorney Casey Elrod is the absolute best. First off he is so kind and bubbly, every phone call his energy is contagious. He took my case without hesitation and kept me updated at every turn. If I could this law office 100 stars, I would. I found the law office of Mr Steven Grace after I had spoken to 10-15 other law offices, legal advisors, online research, and countless free consultations. I almost just gave up as I was trying to battle a very complex lawsuit against myself and my company in the state of IL, and I live in TX. From my first call with Mr. Steven Grace, I immediately knew he was the one i was going hire! Not only that he was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and clearly knew exactly what to do, but he also listened and genuinely cared about me as a client. Listed to my full story, presented several options, and settled my case with great deal of confidence. While he was clearly very busy, I truly felt that I was the only client that mattered to him. He reached the resolution that I wanted and kept me informed the whole time. I honestly felt that a friend was helping, not a lawyer. More importantly, he charged me less than half of what most other law offices tried to charge me. I would highly recommend this lawyer to friends, family, or anyone that really needs help. I wouldn’t waste time and money and give law offices if you help.

I retained the law firm of Davies, Humphreys, Horton & Reese, PLC in 2010 with Ed Reynolds Davies Jr. serving as the lead attorney. He was responsive, worked hard, and was always well prepared. Mr. Davies was available at all times via email or phone and was able to obtain an excellent settlement for me without having to file a lawsuit.

This is a bummer because, as you’ll see, I have not left a negative review in the 15 years of having my account:
I recently worked with Andrew to obtain advice on a silent partnership contract that was very bare bones (a couple hundred words in length).
I was surprised to see that I was charged $438 for Andrew to read this incredibly small document and provide maybe 100 words of feedback. (Will update with screen shots once I have redacted the info)
I ended up going with another lawyer who was able to provide a couple of rounds of feedback on this document for about the same price and sharing me he felt I overpaid greatly for the services provided.
To be fair, Andrew was thorough and fast, which is why it’s an anomaly this did not extend to his charges and the time he stated required almost 2 hours of billing.
I hate to leave a review like this but I communicated this information to Andrew asking to split the difference which would have him still making $250 for the single volley of feedback but he was unwilling to work with me.

I had a workman comp claim that Bill assisted me with. I was having difficulty getting the needed surgery on my own. I spoke to Pamala and Bill and within a week I was approved for my surgery. Blake took my case to trial when many others told me not to or just did not have trail experience. He got me a not guilty verdict on one charge and appealed the charge I was found guilty on. Which had a similar result. If you are thinking about going to trail I would suggest Blake Kelly. DO NOT HIRE! We hired Mr. Himmelberg to handle a simple case for my boyfriend in April 2023 and aside from reporting himself as the attorney and ONE update to us, (which we had to call and text him several times to get) he has done nothing. He doesn’t answer phone calls, text messages, or emails. He has even hung up on us when we try to call. He is disrespectful and uses language that is incredibly unprofessional; having once said when we were inquiring updates “pump the breaks and let me work the case” . If you’re looking for an attentive and professional lawyer, do not hire this man.

In 2023 I fell in a grocery store in Wilson Co. I immediately called my sister because l wasn't sure If I would need for her to come and take me to E.R.

Mr. Pence and his assistant, Paige Crumpler, have been incredible. Because of head injury I would forget what was said and they were both so kind to go over things for me, often. They kept me informed, never rushed me off the phone, or out of the office. Explained everything so well that I knew exactly what was going on, at all times.
