First, I want to start off by saying that when a person speaks on attorneys not giving their all, not being honest, they are all out for the money, and that they really do not care about their clients.......that is absolutely the most ficticious statement I have ever heard in my life to the ultimate power when it comes to Attorney Jonathan Williams!
This man fought for me and believed within me the whole entire time that he went over and beyond when dealing with my case. He was a God send to my life during my hard times.

I filed for SSD after being medically retired from the military in 2016. I kept getting denied finally called Mr Felts and he helped me prepare for my hearing. He was very thorough. If he asked you to do something, write something do it. My hearing didn’t last long because of everything he sent the judge ahead of time my decision was decided at the hearing and I received a fully favorable decision. I would not have been able to do this without Mr Felts as my attorney. Highly Recommend him.

I hired Mr. Craft to represent me in a lemon law case against BRP AKA CanAm. I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
I immediately asked for his name and number to handle my case. He took the time to talk to me without rushing. That's what you call a real go getter, serious about his work and clients.
First impressions is everything. He gave me eye to eye contact, a strong hand shake, and a good luck. Although I haven't got the chance to meet with Will as his client I can give him 5 stars right now. I will be calling him tomorrow.

I used the law firm of Joe Dughman in my personal injury case. It is rarely a pleasant time in one's life when an attorney is needed, and that was certainly true of my situation. I was injured when a driver, who had celebrated her 16th birthday just two weeks before the accident, hit my car while I was standing behind it to retrieve something from the trunk. It was a freak accident, and it changed my life forever.
The time that followed this incident was full of stress and ongoing medical problems. What should have been a simple broken leg has failed to heal, and the march to recovery has seen more pitfalls than progress. It would have been easy to despair if I had not had the support of Mr. Dughman.
The first aspect to his representation was the convenience. My daughter took me to see him in person one time, but that was probably more for me than for him. After that, all of our communication was electronic, phone, or regular mail, which made it much easier for me to navigate.
Secondly, this was not a case in which Mr. Dughman had hopes for a large financial recovery. To the contrary, I was distraught to learn I was grossly underinsured, and it is my understanding the young lady who hit me had minimum coverage as well. It was not my wish to sue her or her family, although I have questioned this decision many times. Mr. Dughman supported me and pressed on.
As the first year passed and I was not healed, I began to learn about subrugation. This is a process by which my health insurance companies demanded refund payments on the benefits they had paid out. They were entitled to this because the accident was not "my fault," and yet they had paid out thousands of dollars. With two weeks in the hospital, two major surgeries, weeks of home health care and physical therapy, the bills were astronomical. If Mr. Dughman had not negotiated on my behalf with these mammoth insurance companies, I would have owed them money in the end. Somehow he got them to accept partial repayment, a feat I would have never been able to do for myself.
The stress of owing that money and my body's unwillingness to heal took an emotional toll on me. I have never heard one word of apology from the young woman who hit me. Long after the Statute of Limitation on a possible lawsuit expired, I asked Mr. Dughman if I could write to her. He assured me it would make no difference in any "legal" sense, but he encouraged me to write her if it would make me feel better. In the end, I wrote to her parents, thinking they could decide it the letter was appropriate. Still, there has been no contact.
Through all of my dealings with Attorney Dughman, I was basically an emotional wreck. He was constant, professional, and very, very skilled in his work. It is my hope to never, never need him again, but if I do, it is my sincere wish that he will represent me again.

A year and a half prior to finding Mr. Tayip, I had been rearended by an uninsured driver. My insurance company immediately became my enemy. The State of Alabama was entirely unconcerned with upholding laws. I had been treated poorly across the board.
I found Mr. Tayip on 'Thumbtack'. He was the first attorney (I had spoken to many & was repulsed) to explain things in layman's terms without being condescending or hurried. He listened to me, waded through my details, and explained my options & what each would entail.
In the time that we worked together, Mr. Tayip joined with another attorney & moved his office to another location. He never once forgot about me & kept me updated at all times.

Calls are returned, letters are sent, my issues are taken care of. With 4 restaurants in Nashville, the need to have someone of John's calibure is important to handle some of the dealings that I have to go through regarding legal situations. Been working for TDOT for 13 years. I’m a truck driver. It’s all I know. I’m a hard worker, I don’t go around just making work comp claims and trying to get something for nothing. I was at work when a gust of wind came in blew me sideways. A huge piece of equipment fell. I fell back and hit the rock and asphalt ground and was knocked unconscious. Nobody at my work called for EMS, I laid there for 15-20 minutes before anybody did anything. When I finally came to I had blood all over my face and was in so much pain and would you believe they put me in a state truck and drove me to a clinic instead of calling 911 to take me to the hospital! I crushed my ear drum and now have permanent nerve damage and hearing loss in my ear from hitting the ground so hard. My injuries triggered migraines. They get really bad, it broke all the bones in my face on my right side. I have permanent damage, and now have problems seeing out of my right eye. I was doing everything I could to try to heal up and get better as fast as possible but I was afraid that they were going to fire me or send me into early retirement because of my injuries. That’s when my wife and I called Rocky. From day one, dealing with work comp has been a nightmare. They fought us on every treatment and everything that I needed to function. Rocky was Afsoon were great knowledgeable and always kept me informed. The folks at Rocky Law Firm always knew me and all about my case. I didn’t feel like a number. Carmen is a bad to the bone. She and Afsoon fought those adjusters tooth and nail and are still fighting. I didn’t want to make a million dollars out of this, I just wanted to have my medical expenses taken care of. Rocky and his firm got me more than I expected and even though my case is done, they’re still helping me because I’m still having problems with work comp paying for the things they are supposed to pay. I recommend them to anybody who needs them for workcomp, car accidents, whatever. I’ve got no complaints.

I was injured working for a retail company. I called the office, they talked to me a little bit and told me I should come in and discuss my case with them. After meeting with an attorney, they said they'd be more than happy to take my case. After speaking with Carmen, the paralegal, she assured me that RML was going to take good care of me...and boy did they. After two and a half years working with Afsoon and her assistant, Carmen, I learned a lot of things about injuries, insurance companies and workers compensation. If it were not for Afsoon and Carmen, I would have not gotten the medical treatment I needed or the support they gave me during the process. Its amazing to me how insurance companies take advantage of the system so if you do not have the right attorney, you can get frustrated quickly and just give up. I never once thought of giving up because of the constant communication that I received from my attorney's admin, Carmen. She got to know me and explained everything that I needed to know. She fought for me through the whole process. And when I was frustrated and didn't understand, she always had the right answers. I recommend using this firm for anything that life may throw your way. I took my case to them and from day 1 that handled my case like it was fragile (with care).
