I want to leave a review for Evan Stein, who represented me as a bike rider injured when hit and run over by a pickup truck. First, communications were excellent throughout the entire process between myself and Mr. Stein. There were many layers to the negotiations and multiple parties involved and I always felt that I was kept informed at each step of the process. Second, I very much appreciated the open and realistic approach to my case. The potential value of my case, the timing within the process, seeking my input with regard to how to move forward; all of the above were handled with both professional and personal integrity towards myself and my case. I would not recommend using Nancy Shannon. She represented my ex husband in our divorce case, and she did not win the case for him as he was judged to pay me a 32k settlement. I am a disabled veteran due to PTSD and Nancy Shannon openly mocked my disability to my lawyer, in writing, and denied my basic ADA accomodations so that we had to get the judge involved unnecessarily, causing everyone more legal fees. She was so disrespectful in court, there was no reason to be that way. She was very unprofessional all around, rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up in the air, even at her own client. My lawyer told me she's known for being impossible to work with and making things more difficult for all.

I wouldn't recommend another law firm. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout my case. I liked that he responded back to my inquiries right away. When he wasn't available to answer my questions his daughter was very helpful in getting the information I needed. He has a wonderful caring soul. Bob handled my case with professionalism and integrity from day one. When we first met he told me to concentrate on getting the care I needed and he said he would handle everything else. I have had the pleasure of working with John on a project my firm hired him to work on. We have also had discussions over the last ten years on various regulatory issues related to the healthcare industry. John has the ability to take on a project that doesn't have a clear path/steps, and figure out a solution working independently but with high competence using his JD and medical background. As an example, I needed research on trends for which data could only be gathered by hand and franklyu wasn't readily available. John knew where to go, how to get it and how to summarize/analyze for purpose of a bigger project we were working on. It took very little explaining for him to understand the substance of the engagement and big picture goals. In summary, if you need something customized that only an attorney with experience and creativity can handle, John is the attorney you should work with.

I was referred to Dale by a very good family friend, after ending my marriage of 25 years, it was far from easy emotionally, I have heard horror stories from others regarding their lawyers and I was very nervous in the beginning, Dale made me feel very comfortable, I gave him the information he requested and he responded promptly with the final outcome of all situations, he informed me of what our route would be and made that his main priority. My ex was an extremely difficult person that even his own lawyer could not bare to work with him, so having Dale by my side making sure I was protected in every aspect was an amazing and comforting experience.
