I actually met Michael by accident. I was a single father trying to get custody of his son after my girlfriend was advised by legal council to leave the state without consent. The way the laws were written, there are nearly no protections afforded single fathers. I was actually using a different lawyer, and due to a very biased judge, I was only allowed to see my son 9 days a month, and I was ordered to pay $693 a month Child support.
Michael worked very hard on our appeal to the state supreme court, and while we were not able to overturn the decision of the original judge (one who is no longer serving as a family judge in the state of Nevada), we were able to get legislation introduced to help cement the rights of unwed fathers in Nevada.
I see the people that gave him low reviews complained that he overcharged them. I can't speak for that, but I can tell you that he did all the work on my case, which would have been well in excess of $100k completely Pro Bono.
While he was unable to get help for me, I do not believe it was due to anything he did wrong, but due to an incorrect decision by the state Supreme Court of the State of Nevada.

I called a well known attorney after seeing his commercials for years back in 2011. I knew I had a case I just needed someone to listen to me and hear my story. That attorney was only interested in taking cases that were a guaranteed win, and as many as possible. He referred me to Phil. I had never heard of Phil or his firm so I was skeptical but had no other option. I left Phil a message and he responded via text to set up a time to talk. Finally someone was willing to hear my story. I was expecting a girl from his office to call in the way that the previous firm had done. Phil called me directly and did not rush me at all. I was a little put off because his personality was different than the charismatic attorneys I had seen on tv, but no one else had given me more than 5 minutes and here he was asking questions and showing empathy and interest for an hour. He believed me. Also he was my only option. He took my case.
What I saw over the year that Phil represented me was a man who was not afraid of or intimidated by anyone. He believed me. He fought for me. It didn’t matter who opposing counsel was or how big the case was going to get. He fought for me and we won. I was awarded a large settlement after three other attorneys told me I had no case.
Phil isn’t going to win best personality or be on a commercial or the cover of those magazines that attorneys pay to be featured in…but I have never seen someone so passionate, determined and unafraid. I hope I have no need, but if I do need an attorney again, I wouldn’t consider anyone BUT Phil.

Philip Trenchak and his Office Staff have helped me immensely with my Separation Agreement from my previous employer. I was new to the area and had no one to speak to when middle management decided to make personnel changes while the CEO was on sabbatical. Basically, my workload was increased and the respect given to me and my support staff decreased. I tried to defend myself by speaking to Corporate directly and give my A/P staff a raise but I was repeatedly ignored. They would not speak to me directly and told me to hire a lawyer.
I used AVVO to find Philip's Stellar Law Office. They were very attentive, gave me specific options with fees on how to move forward, and were very patient with me and diligent with my case. Since my employer would not speak to me, Philip and Cristina were in constant communications with them and kept me updated with any new developments. After 3 months, Philip's office secured my Severance Payment and I can now move on to working for a more ethical not-for-profit company. I highly recommend Philip Trenchak to fight for your employment rights!

I could say so many things about Lee Drizin and his team! When I called him as a scared 22 year old handling her father’s estate, I didn’t know where to start. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Lee and his team have gone above and beyond to help me through every step. Dont belive the great speech that Linda gives you about how honest they are, its all BS .. Awful experience. First of all, nobody ever contacted me about anything, I have to investigate my case by my own. If you call them, they will only answer after they get annoyed, but still, nobody knows anything about my case. They never put a lean on my accounts, so I was sent to collections for several medical bills, and be aware that they not only take 33% they also charge you over $1000 for office fees( event though they do nothing my case was settled by the insurance company)... After the settlement I got less money than they did, I have to pay all my medical bills out my packet. My credit score is so low I can't even get a job. Still waiting for the camera footage that they were supposed to send me, but of course that would never happen.

I cannot say enough great things about how everything was handled. I am really happy with how my case turned out. When I hired an attorney I was sure to ask a lot of questions and this lawyer was the one that could answer them all and tell me straight and was real intelligent and had tons of insight into what was needed. I definitely felt he had been there and done that and it would be no problem in handling my case. I was kept informed and when the case was finished I had a nice fat check in my hand and looking back every single thing I needed was taken care of and I got justice too.
