I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I was under the impression that shock occurred when something very bad happened to you, such being rear-ended by an inattentive driver who took out my trunk and backseat and could very well have taken out me. Did I deserve a settlement? No question. Circumstances, pictures, and an eye witness made that clear. None-the-less, a medical complication could have obscured the facts and made a just settlement tricky- and it was. I wasn't very hopeful.
