Joe Wiseman is the most disappointing attorney I have ever encountered. He handled a domestic case for me and used various tactics to increase billable hours. I found his approach highly unethical and felt deceived.

Due to my own divorce and family challenges, I have needed to navigate the family court system for the past 12 years. Initially, I worked with multiple lawyers in both collaborative and non-collaborative divorce settings in some of the largest offices in town who were professional and responsive but simply weren’t up to the challenge, leading to painful and very costly setbacks. I needed better legal support quickly and a friend referred me to Joe after he had transformed a challenging situation for her family. Amazing Law Firm! Vickie has been great to us from day one. We're new to the state and needed to update our Estate Planning documents...I called many firms, few replied. Wilcox, Myers and Jones is the only one that got back to us with solutions. Highly recommend.

Horrible service, poor communication and a very rude receptionist. I made an appointment months ago, due to their long wait time, and was never asked if we were married. Today, a day before the appointment, I volunteered that information and was told their office policy is that they will not see a couple jointly unless they are married. We have been together 30 years, how ridiculous. Also if this is such a stong policy, Vanessa should ask this question of all couples when appointments are initially made, especially considering their wait time of months. Now, we have to find someone else and all this time was wasted. Vanessa was also rude, unapologetic and defensive, putting the blame on me instead of her failure to collect critical information like this up front since it is their "office policy." Lastly when I asked to have Ms. Wilcox call me back, Vanessa said, in so many words that Vickie was too busy. Horrible experience with this company.

I used M. Torres several years ago in a child custody case. He was the most incompetent and lazy attorney I have ever met, and since him I have worked with some excellent ones.He did nothing but spend my money on completely useless maneuvers that he never followed through in court.His one time arguments to the Judge was pathetic and usless and he came off as foolish and the Judge told him so. He lost my case due to his negligence in producing any viable material to the court dispite his constant promises and billings.His behavior bordered on inappropriately flirtatious with me, as he thinks he charming with female clients.

During my initial consultation with Clay, I appreciated his honesty and big-picture advice regarding my case. Fawna is an amazing paralegal and I’ve found she is very thorough in her knowledge of the process; her guidance in setting reasonable expectations has been a relief itself. They are a busy office, but both Clay and Fawna always have time to answer a question or give advice. I have appreciated the straight-forwardness of what to expect during the process. I feel like I’m never being heard when it comes to anything dealing with my case right now. They never get back to me when I call them about anything. I’m always having to reach out constantly about my case. Mike never knows anything that’s going on with it. He’s just plain out rude. I noticed the only time they try and do or correct anything is when they’re given a bad review. So maybe they’ll actually do something now. I wouldn’t give any stars if I was allowed that option.

While this attorney may be adequate for straightforward and uncomplicated cases, which could be managed independently (as a Pro Se and for free), his effectiveness notably declined as my case got more complex and challenging. For cases requiring negotiation and detailed attention, seeking alternative representation is advisable. Mr. Grandjean's performance falls short when the case involves any difficulties or ongoing issues. Additionally, he will become rude, defensive and dismissive if you question what is going on or simply his tactics, he then seemed to hold a grudge and stopped fighting all together, not that he “fought” at all to begin with. His connections within the local legal community also raise concerns about impartiality and commitment. In any hearing we had, he pussed down to any attorney or judge. When thinking of an attorney, you generally want someone who doesn’t care about those things and will fight for you since that is what you are paying them to do. Mr. Grandjean seemed to not feel that way in our communications. Rather my communication and his hissy fit. Furthermore, the support staff, specifically the paralegal and receptionist, had no idea that I was a client or what my case entailed, this was over 3 months after I had paid my retainer in full and there had been no action in my case. He had 2 different assistants that seemed to know a little bit of what was going on but it seems that they couldn’t stand him either and left. I have stuck around for over 3 years now and there has still been very little action in my case and any time I called in the last year (2024) they still had no idea as to who I was or what was going on. For a more dedicated and responsive attorney, I recommend considering someone like Cheryl Saavedra, who demonstrates a strong commitment to client advocacy and effective representation. This man failed and disrespected me and my son and I am writing this so it won’t happen to you too. Mr. Grandjean, if you would like to comment a snarky and demeaning response, go ahead and make my day.

I strongly suggest you refuse to use Jeff Grandjean as your GAL. His is extremely bias. Jeff said there was no evidence, no witnesses to the abuse. He was given a lot of evidence and a list of witnesses over a year ago. I’m a witness. He never even tried to contact me or anyone else on the list. Everything in his report was in favor of the husband/father. It was almost like the abuser wrote the report himself. Now, Jeff will say he doesn’t know me, like he does with everyone who writes a bad review about him, but I introduced myself to him in the courtroom. I told him I was the witness he said didn’t exist. Then he practically ran out of the courthouse. I think he’s an incompetent coward.

Bj Crow is a great lawyer. He is very professional. He goes above and beyond to get you the best outcome. He and his secretary are always available to answer any questions I have had. He is very knowledgeable and helps you to not feel lost in court Proceedings. I would totally recommend him to anyone.

The attorney, Mr. Whorton was very thorough in my divorce process. He was exactly what I needed to understand the process and the law. He was instrumental in us coming to an agreement so we can move on with our lives. He was prompt and thorough. I would definitely recommend using his services. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and tells you what you need to hear in accordance with the law. Certainly help me make the best decisions for me and my family.

By far the worst and most unprofessional lawyer I have unfortunately had the opportunity to know/deal with. I had a slam dunk, easy DUI case to beat. A public defender could and would have gotten the charges dropped. It was Sunday, Father's Day 2007. I had no key to enter my house. So instead of waking everyone at 2am I parked along the driveway of my own house. I talked on the phone to a lady I was seeing and decided to drink some beers since I wasn't going in the house until morning. I put the keys in the trunk and eventually fell asleep. I got arrested, how I don't know, but was assured by Edwards I would be fine

When you go through a tough time with an employer,treated completely unfairly, and then retaliated against throughout employment, then get terminated under false accusations, you feel just beaten. I decided I didn’t want to stay down and perhaps allow it to happen to others. I contacted Legal Solutions of New Mexico LLC. I went through the process so even be considered for consultation to finally be contacted for consultation with Erin Pitcher. We discussed everything and when I was told she would take my case but I had to do more in order to get letter of Right to Sue which I was told would take 3-6 months. This put a fire under my butt and I didn’t feel alone anymore. She said as soon as I get it to let her know and she will file lawsuit. I got one of the letters so called right away to be told her case load is full and might give referrals. Here’s the thing, I was never told maybe, or if she has room. She was definitive when we spoke. I’m waiting for one more letter which am told my previous employer has hired a law firm and requesting more time. Now since I started the process I’m stuck no help no referrals and against a company with hired law firm. I can’t give up and will and I have to take full responsibility for taking someone’s word that I don’t know. I’m here so that nobody goes through this cause it’s a situation I don’t think anyone should be put in. Unfortunately this has no affect on them but this is my life. I just hope this helps someone. I learned a huge lesson for sure.

For starters cant give any stars, Michelle Baca only talked to me 2-3 times over the phone never in person for 5 months after asking her help she calls me on a sunday morning waking me up to tell me she will no longer take my case due to the ups and downs of my work she said it was to hard to keep up with . This is unprofessional i did everything asked and she wasted 5 months of my time sends me a list of lawyers some that are no longer in business and hung up on me. What kind of Disability Lawyer strings you along for 5 months of your life, questioning everything that is wrong with me and not willing to help me saying does not sound right that cant be true but your working, iwas working a part time job tryign to make ends meet and keep a roof over my head always in pain and suffering she did notthing but lie to me and refusal to help never once speaking to me in person it was always her assistant never her. DO NOT hire her she is toxic mean and very very unprofessional in her practice, and i am not the only person that has seen and commented about this.

For starters cant give any stars, Michelle Baca only talked to me 2-3 times over the phone never in person for 5 months after asking her help she calls me on a sunday morning waking me up to tell me she will no longer take my case due to the ups and downs of my work she said it was to hard to keep up with . This is unprofessional i did everything asked and she wasted 5 months of my time sends me a list of lawyers some that are no longer in business and hung up on me. Freeman worked tirelessly to get a good outcome in my case. I don't agree with his politics, but you can't get a better local attorney. If you want somebody to help you with your legal problems you should hire him!

I was incarcerated in Valencia county detention center and I am a type 1diabetic insulin dependent and the medical staff did not give me my insulin for two days or more I was in a diabetic coma before they finally sent me to hospital my family kept telling them to send me to the hospital or that I would die and the staff at the jail kept lieing to my family saying I was ok theirs a lot more to talk about if you can call me at5055466409 my name is Charles chavez thanks
