I thank God my mom found Benjamin Decker. I had an attorney prior to Mr. Decker and the difference is immense. I would not go with anyone else. I was looking for a disability lawyer and had called several lawyers to see if they would take my case. Mr. Decker was the only lawyer who called me back, he kept in contact with me and followed up with any questions I had during the time it took for my appeal to reach a court date. His office staff was professional and gave me direction from Ben on what I needed to do for my case. I have had a continuing professional relationship with Mr. Rafkin for the past ten years. At our very first face to face meeting it was apparent that Mr. Rafkin is a cut above. Adam had clearly read all the background information we provided and had formulated a plan of action. I was lucky enough to find David Lutz to represent me through a contentious divorce, which included the custody of my child and the splitting of two businesses among many other assests. He was very resourceful and knowledge about the law as it pertained to very specific concerns and issues regarding the division of assests. What was most helpful and important to me was his role as an empathetic advocate. The divorce process can be very confusing and fraught with emotion, he was able to calm fears and guide me through the process .
