I hired Barry D Weiss as my Lawyer for a very bad car accident that occurred last year August. A case that I thought would take more than 3 years to settle, actually took less than a year. Had an auto accident years ago and had another lawyer who, for lack of better terms, botched up my case. In the end, that lawyer said there was nothing he could do. As you know, I wanted so much to get back at them after their horrible treatment of my late brother while under their care. My story is a long one but ill try to keep it as short as possible. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Basically a lady pretty much hit me at a perpendicular angle, or to better put it she "t-boned" me. I flew off the bike and my right side hit a tree. The impact was severe and left me with literally around 3 pages worth of injuries. The most severe of my injuries is that I have no use of my tight hand any more and i am in constant physical pain. Not the kind of pain you can just think of something else and it would go away.. It's the kind of pain that will cripple you. I've had about 4 spinal surgery and nothing worked.
Words cannot describe what David has been to me. Nevertheless, i will try. First he's been a loyal, trustworthy and honorable friend. Second he's been a great lawyer from the start of my case to the end. He's kept every single promise made to me, kept me updated as things went by, made me feel confident enough to talk to him about anything regarding the case, he even answered phone calls at all kinds of ridiculous hours just to make me feel comfortable.
I couldn't think of a better man, or lawyer for me.
In conclusion, i am more than satisfied with everything he's done for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty with me, for that i must say he's more than a lawyer to me, he's a trusted friend i've gained for life.

Unfortunately for me I have had my share of experiences of attorneys. I can say from personal experience there is nothing worse than an attorney who lacks compassion and understanding. Even the smartest legal minds come up short if they don't have the ability to connect with their client. Finding yourself with a ton of questions combined with your attorney never being available, leaves you feeling alone an unsure. Bianca is the EXACT opposite of all of that. She was always there when I needed her. She was there to answer questions, research, write and represent. She has a true love and respect for the law and of equal importance to her is making sure her clients know they matter. She is extremely intelligent, patient, professional, fair and honest. Bianca was a lighthouse in the darkness. I am a father of 2 boys and was never able to meet my second son for 2 and a half years ... because of her ,and where all other attorneys failed, we are now United and that is just one small piece of the puzzle ....due to her knowledge of the law and compassionate nature, which is a surprise to find within such a complex legal case. He was appointed to me by the court, so at first hand i thought to myself here goes someone who does not care about me I'm just a file he was handed. I can say now I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!!!!!. Chad (and his team, Nick Wooldridge) were amazing!! They helped w/very serious immigration deportation case on AF charges while detained (not drug related). We spoke with dozens of immigration and criminal lawyers and they ALL said forget it, AF charges are too limiting, detention will not release so get ready for deportation. But we found Bukh Law Firm online and just happened to give them a call - they told us to come in so we did. Nothing to lose at that point! Nick welcomed us and gave us his pov that we might have a chance to fight. Anyhow, after several grim/harsh hearings at Varick St, Chad calls us right before the hearing we knew wld be the deport order, and told us inmate would be released!!!!! Happened within 24 hours and we are still in disbelief. Up until Chad and Nick came into the picture, we were told by every other lawyr this whole fight would be a lost battle. We were told over and over again we wld have no shot. We persisted anyway and while Chad and Nick told us this wld be extremely difficult, they can only promise they would try their best...but to prepare for the worst. So at the hearing (shortly after detention release) we learned the case was terminated!!!!! Amazing feeling - we are so grateful for this. We struggled and fought hard, objecting to other lawyers' arguments when they said they wouldn't take the case because there was no winning, but we knew deep down there was a way. And the way was Chad and Nick at Bukh!!! Thank you Chad Kaser and Nick Wooldridge!!!
Important to note that working with Chad was a genuine pleasure - he was pleasant, honest with no fluff, understanding, vigilant, knowledgable, PROACTIVE and RESPONSIVE!! They are very expensive but at the end, so glad we made that phone call. Even when things looked really bad, he handled us and the case with care.
