8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

Christopher Dai helped me close on my first home in April of this year. I switched my services to Chris at the recommendation of Martino Realty after having a poor experience with another attorney. I couldn't have received a better recommendation or worked with a better attorney for my first home transaction.
When I chose to hire Chris, I was mid transaction on a home that would not have met my needs. Prior to hiring him, he spent a full 30 minutes, free of charge, talking me through the problems with the prospective property, clearly explaining violations, street widening, and other issues. He ultimately helped me understand that the initial home would have been a poor investment for me.
When I found another home, I hired Chris. He kept me well-informed through the whole, which I appreciated as a first-time buyer. He helped me understand the purchase contract, some potential concerns with the home, and helped me devise a strategy to negotiate those concerns with the seller.
When it was time to close, Chris made several accommodations to help me close on a speedy timeline. I felt well-informed and confident through the closing. We closed in just over 40 days from contract signing.

Mr. Gallivan represented my sisters and I in the wrongful death case of my mother as a result of medical negligence at a major hospital in the Bronx. George is a very dedicating that will do all his best to put you at the most favor condition as possible. When I had a couple of condition give in probation rules. There are couple of rules that he would like to get rid of for my sake as he knows I would be reliable to do no such things harmful. This was my first time getting into this area of criminal. My head was expecting nothing. I'm totally clueless about myself, what do I do, what I have to do or what do i need to do. For all my life I have been living good, I never thought I would be in such scenario like I did today. Thanks to George, he really takes your times to give you a lot of insight and did his best make the best result out of your case. He is very patience and communicate.
