Mr. Spivak was retained by my family to assist in an extremely complicated case. After interviewing a number of attorneys, we could not get a straight answer as to what our case entailed. We finally came across Mr. Spivak (he was highly recommended by a close friend of the family) and our troubles were over. Even though Mr. Spivak was incredibly busy with other cases, he always found the time to talk to us and assure us with incredible confidence that we had nothing to worry about. We immediately believed him and trusted him and just as he assured us, he went to the hearing and we prevailed. After arguing our case for a number of hours before the judge, I got a text from him which said "VICTORY". I highly recommend Mr. Spivak. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and delivers results!! Most importantly, he is honest and that unfortunately, is lacking in the legal field today. He is definitely a keeper and this comes from a client who has had really bad luck with finding decent, honest attorneys!

Many years ago I got hurt and went to Mr Snyder - the insurance company gave me a run around - Mr Snyder went to jury trial all the way and got me a great verdict that I deserved. Left the insurance company with their mouths opened. Today I need help with another matter and Mr Snyder assisted me without question. I consider Mr Snyder the best attorney I know and family.

I had an head injury last year, and I was so lost on what to do next. I called Mr. Victor Dante on a Thursday and by Monday, I had my first appointment with the chiropractors. Michelle always called throughout the week to make sure I was doing fine and wasn’t in any pain. They both work so well with one another and I never had to worry about anything. Dante handle everything, all I had to do was attend all appointments and make sure I was receiving the treatment I deserve. Mr. Victor was patient, kind, and considerate. I am a senior recieving a B. S. In Animal Science in Tallahassee, and you would’ve thought that he was local! This man is amazing at his craft and he knows what he’s doing. I called a senior advocate company for advice on pursuing a wrongful death claim after my mom died. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Dean who wanted to handle my case. I felt like I was a low priority for them. After a year of providing everything they asked for, a settlement was made and my brother and I each got $16,000 of the $75,000 settlement. They told me initially they would only take 30% of a settlement.

From the initial consultation with Mr. Martin Hoffman, I knew I was in good hands. My attorney was Mr. John Agnetti because it was a divorce case. John is a compassionate and highly competent attorney. He and his staff were very responsive, not just to me as the client, but also to the court with filings. I am a paralegal; I KNOW lawyers. Early on in the case, I was so impressed with John that I asked his office for business cards so I could give them to our clients, or anyone, in need of a family law referral. The divorce took a little over two years, but I could not have asked for a better outcome and I owe all of that to John. I hope I never have to go through another divorce, but if I do, I'm calling John.

Eddy Olivera and his assistant are absolutely terrible. I would advise anyone to stay far away. Eddy was handling a case for me for a year and a half and another case for a year....he got absolutely NOTHING done! Not one hospital bill was paid... He didn't even bother to submit insurance information after they repeatedly requested for it. None of the bills were sent directly to me so I had no knowledge of any collections notices or anything.!Now I have two medical bills on my credit report which shot down my literally perfect credit score 137 points. Simple things, such as submitting insurance. I would call for updates (he never had any) just to find out afterwards he didn't do anything. The only reason he even got one star is because it is required for the review. Absolutely disgusted with this firm! My car was deemed a total loss and he insisted that I still fix the car despite significant frame damage and the insurance company acknowledging that. Of course he sent it to one of his friends, to receive more money. I Hired another lawyer who has cleaned up the mess. I know lawyers are sleazy by profession but this man is just outright dishonest.
