My family & I were involved in a car accident that was not our fault. We learned the at fault driver was underinsured, which was very stressful. As the medical bills began pouring in we decided to hire Brian G Miller Law to assist us in navigating the medical bills and out of pocket expenses. We worked with Adam Slone and could not have asked for a better experience.
Once we asked the firm for help, Adam and Stacey immediately took the burden off our hands. They immediately began communicating with both parties auto insurance companies as well as our medical insurance. Having someone to take this burden off your shoulders as you are trying to recover from surgery was a huge relief.
The communication I received from this firm was excellent. I was constantly receiving text, email or phone call updates regarding my case and the next steps. They worked extremely fast and efficiently.
Having never been in a situation like this before it was extremely overwhelming to navigate the all of the medical bills, rental car bills, lost wages, etc. on my own. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation such as this, I would highly recommend hiring Adam to help you navigate. Adam is clearly experienced in this area & excels at representing you!

My son was injured in a car accident in 2023 that required brief hospitalization. Having never been in that position before, our only focus was on his health and recovery. Thankfully, a family acquaintance recommended we consult an attorney and provided us with Brian Miller's information. In all honesty, it was overwhelming as bills started to roll in.
After a couple brief conversations and a more formal face-to-face review, it was determined that Brian's Team would take the case. In hindsight, and at the risk of being a little dramatic, that initial referral to Brian is one of the best things that could have come from an unfortunate event. From the very start, the team was patient, personable and transparent.
Once the case was underway, we primarily worked with Adam and Stacey. They were both fantastic and made us, my son most importantly, feel like he was almost family. There was never a moment where anything felt forced or that they were going through the motions. My son genuinely felt cared for and has since said that he can't imagine having gone through this with anyone else. When we left their office for the last time, it was bittersweet. These are those people. The ones who truly care about others and enjoy their work, the ones you wish there were more of and the ones who lift your mood simply by being around them.
As the case progressed, the team was thorough, always keeping us informed of what was happening, and made sure we understood the information being provided to us.
After all was said and done, the team reached a very positive agreement; all of our medical expenses were covered, and, more importantly, my son and his friends fully recovered.
I'll close by saying that this group took my son in and fought for him. There were unique challenges they faced and they overcame them all. We felt valued, heard and cared for the entire time. If I ever have a need for any sort of legal advice, Brian's office will be my first call. No question, no hesitation. I can't recommend this group enough and would be happy to speak with anyone about our experience.

John was my saving grace in filing and managing a workers comp. case for me. I was overwhelmed and clueless about how the system worked, and he took the time to sit with me, explain everything and made sure the process went as smoothly as it could. I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. He is a good man and I consider him my friend. I would highly recommend Mr. Peller. He will guide you through a very difficult situation and always give the best advice and protect your interests.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this attorney, and I would strongly advise against hiring them. Not only did they fail to communicate effectively, but they also showed a complete lack of professionalism that put the case—and safety—at serious risk.
This attorney missed deadlines and failed to file critical documents on time, which severely damaged the case. We were left in the dark about the status of the matter, with no updates or clear communication despite repeated requests. This lack of attention to detail and poor organizational skills resulted in missed opportunities and created unnecessary complications.
What is most concerning, however, is the level of risk this attorney put us in. Due to their negligence in filing paperwork and missing key deadlines, we were found in a vulnerable position with legal and personal consequences that could have been avoided. It felt as if they were more focused on their own convenience than on the well-being of their clients.
In short, this lawyer’s incompetence and disregard for client safety are unforgivable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value timely, reliable, and responsible legal representation.

Jeff has represented us in two different cases, one regarding property damage by movers to our home and one in an employment case involving wrongful termination. I would like to echo what has been said in the other reviews and add that Hans has the rare combination of being an extremely ethical and personable attorney. His legal skills and knowledge are outstanding but even those are overshadowed by his interpersonal skills. He had the ability to deal with opposing counsel's atrocious behavior and prevent my case from going to trial, but still was able to obtain an advantageous settlement for me. Truly, it is amazing to watch him work. He has an incredible memory and a keen sense of how to handle people in a warm and personable manner. He has a reputation in the court system for being an ethical and courteous person, yet not someone who can be taken advantage of. He is an extremely hard worker, and was able to implement my wishes as much as humanly possible based on my initial and subsequent interviews with him. The law firm of Thorson Switala Mondock & Snead LLP is the best - Joe Mondock in particular. He took my son’s case after three other law firms declined – and two of the three chased us down, initially. The end result was that Joe Mondock got my son a decent settlement.
The other law firms were too busy, or not interested, saying the injuries weren’t bad enough, the medical bills weren’t high enough ($7300), etc., even though the case had several rock solid aspects to it.
My son and his girlfriend borrowed my car and stopped at a red light. A drunk driver slammed into the rear of my car and fled the scene. The drunk sped away with his airbag deployed, his trunk bent up and front end smashed. My son called the cops, and he and his girlfriend (she was driving) chased after the drunk in my damaged car ($6000 damage, in the shop for 100 days) and the drunk driver was apprehended after 7 miles of twists and turns. The drunk driver failed the sobriety test and was taken to jail. It was his 3rd DUI.
None of this mattered to the other law firms. For them, it was all about the money, and they said there wasn’t enough money at issue. They told my son to settle it on his own.
Of course, the drunk driver’s insurance company offered up “peanuts” when my son tried to settle with them. It was ridiculous.
After we pondered the situation for a few months, luckily we saw the Thorson Switala Mondock & Snead television ad where they talk about “Walk-In Wednesday”. So, we met with Joe Mondock without an appointment the next Wednesday, and we discussed the potential case, at length. He said my son deserved more than the crap the drunk’s insurance company was offering. In fact, Mondock wrote up the complaint with an additional angle reflecting the drunk fleeing the scene - extra ammunition.
To tell you the truth, at deposition, I don’t think the drunk driver’s attorney quite understood this additional aspect, nor their predicament. Mondock made the case about more than just the money. The defendant’s team understood eventually, when the case was settled for an amount double digits times what they initially offered my son.
Bottom line, I give the law firm of Thorson Switala Mondock & Sneed a solid “A”, especially Joe Mondock. He wasn’t afraid to step up to the plate and take a swing, and fight the good fight.

My family has obtained Joseph Mondock for legal services on 3 different occasions, different family members each time.
Our choice of him originally started when I was in an auto accident and we contacted his offices for legal services. Mr. Mondock came to our home to get my information as I was in pain due to my injuries. He was very professional and caring and took the time to make sure that I understood everything and answered all questions. Throughout my case he was quick to respond to my calls and questions as well as giving updates so that I always knew what was going on. He worked hard to get me the best settlement possible and make sure all of my bills due to my accident were taken care of. There was little to no work needed on my part as Mr. Mondock handled everything with the insurance and medical bills which removed all the stress of the situation from me and made it possible to just heal and deal with my injuries.
My husband ended up in an accident a few years later which was more extensive and time consuming than mine. When we determined that we would need a lawyer, we did not hesitate in contacting Mr. Mondock for his services. He once again provided the same excellent service to the point that he makes you feel as if you are the most important case he has. My husbands recovery and medical care was much longer than mine and Mr. Mondock still took care of all details for this extended time and got us a generous and much appreciated settlement.
Recently my son was in an accident due to an uninsured motorist and we immediately contacted Mr. Mondock to get his help in how to handle such a situation. He gave us the straight truth about how to deal with it and did not try to promise that he could do something that might not be possible just to get business. Mr. Mondock once again handled all of the details and worked with our medical insurance as well as our auto insurance for the uninsured motorist claim in order to get the claim handled the best possible way. He was even able to get the medical insurance to accept a lower amount for their reimbursement in order to provide my son with a larger settlement amount.
Every time that we have obtained Mr. Mondock he has provided excellent service and has never let us down. We have been completely satisfied with his efforts and would highly recommend his services to anyone. Our daughter discovered her chances of surviving the type of cancer she had was diminished to zero due to the malpractice of the surgeon. Knowing she was losing the battle my daughter sought the advice of a lawyer. Mr. Perantinides ultimately acquired her case. Our daughter asked Paul to “please not forget about her.” Our daughter lost her battle with cancer in 2011 at the age of 33. During the 18 months from her diagnosis and first surgery until her death she suffered indescribable, horrific, unrelenting pain. In our first meeting together, it was obvious that Paul was different from the other attorneys I had sought out. My wife passed away under the care of a local hospital, and I was looking for someone to represent me. He asked me all the right questions and engaged himself clearly showing interest in me and my family. In that first meeting it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. If you need a family law attorney, i highly recommend speaking with Damon Halverson before seeing other counsel. I recently had a death in the family and my nephews were unjustly taken out of state to a relative who were formerly known child abusers. Even though i never hired him he spent at least an hour and a half of his time and shared his wisdom with me on what i should do. I felt he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable pertaining to my circumstances. Due to not being able to enforce a custody order out of state, Damon at least referred me to someone that he thought could help with the attorney being licensed out of state as well as ohio.
