This attorney has not showed up has not communicated with the client or the family and he's been paid in full for cases that he hasn't entered as his attorney of record and has not done anything he did say. He has been a very bad example of how the attorney clie t relationship should be I do not recommend him I think he has too many irons in the fire. I think he should choose lawyer, judge, or representing oklahomans bc he is not doing anyone a great service. Less is more. Except for court dates he should show up cuz he's been paid in full. Don't hire don't hire don't hire Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice would be better.

Only about $$$$$ with a hand out. Would not recommend any attorney who doesn’t have time to connect with people. They have you fill out a form, they’ll review, if it’s something “worth their time” they’ll get back to you. They have no compassion or care for people. True professional with a solid reputation throughout the legal community. We had been through lengthy divorce proceedings, delay after delay, we dismissed the attorney we initially hired aka fired for no positive results, we had appeared in Court no less than 25-30 times. We made the change and retained Mr. McCraken. At our very first court appearance with Mr. McCraken, the case was resolved in total. If you are in a similar situation I would not hesitate.

Dustin came highly recommended and things started out well and I was pretty confident in how it would go. I feel like after my case wasn’t settled the first go around it was an uphill battle for me. I got passed off to the assistant attorney, who I actually prefer. If I could go back and hire her separately that would be the better option. I felt like I had to fight with them to fight for me. It also wasn’t as quick and easy as expected after our initial meeting. It was almost like they checked out on me. They also tried to settle for much higher, unfair amounts, and I had to do the legwork of proving that. I felt at times I was representing myself instead of who I paid for. I do think they have some good advice and are knowledgeable, but in the end I’m not very happy with the results and would not recommend.

Seth is a sheister , always behind the ball. He never had the information we asked him for and usually got it for us after we got it out selves. His negotiation skills are absolutely trash. He is way over priced, and didn't even realize till after the plea deal that we paid in full up front to go to trial. We paid for a trial and got a plea deal with no refund. 3 of the counts were max term in prison. Seth and his accocuates are all about robbing you for your dollar and not giving you their full attention . When asked about their shear negligence he got a attitude and told us that we was not the only clients that he had. We seen him a total of 3 times and had to make several calls to get those three visits. 100% do not use this guy. He should be turned into the bar association.

I used they service twice and I’m very pleased with both case results. The first one was on 2015 when I had a car accident and the second one was on 2016 when I also have a accident in my work. In September 2016 I had an injury auto accident. I hired Matthew Reinstein with Lawterssociates as my attorney to handle my case. He took over all the hospital bills and paperwork for me. What a burden he and his staff took off my shoulders. They worked dilligently and fast with the insurance companies for me and settled my case. “I regret having to share this review, but my experience with Joel was deeply disappointing. During our initial consultation, he seemed knowledgeable about family law, but that impression quickly changed once the process began. Joel demonstrated a lack of understanding of my needs and concerns. Despite my repeated requests to meet in person, he ignored them and conducted the majority of our communication (about 90%) through email.
Unfortunately, his personal life appeared to interfere with his ability to focus on my case. I found myself doing much of the work I hired him to handle. My livelihood was nearly jeopardized due to errors in paperwork and inaccurate information. He also asked me to provide details he could have easily researched himself.
Ultimately, I felt I had no choice but to terminate Joel as my attorney because I feared for my psychological safety. This experience left me questioning whether my case was being dragged out for financial gain or if the lack of effort stemmed from the fact that I had already paid in full. Either way, I did not feel like Joel was in my corner or had my best interests at heart.
I strongly urge anyone considering working with Joel to do thorough research beforehand. Investing your life savings into a legal representative only to leave feeling frustrated, unsupported, and destitute is a devastating experience.”

I resigned from Oklahoma Natural Gas earlier this year due to 8 years of blatant discrimination for being openingly gay. After filing a complaint with the EEOC and then given a right to sue they also gave me a list of referrals for potential lawyers. The Battle Law Firm was on the list so I contacted Mr. Battle through email. After filling out an intake form Mr. Battle said he was "Very interested" in my case but was currently busy and had some vacation time coming and to circle back to contact him in 3-4 weeks which I did. I explained I had reached out to another firm and one day before the consult after letting Mr. Battle know the previous firm had declined I received an email now stating he was to busy to even meet for 30 min to evaluate my case or not after waiting almost a month.
I would highly recommend that Mr. Battle remove himself from the EEOC ref list as it would be a complete waste of time dealing with him and waiting almost a month just hoping to be heard with no commitment. Complete lack of ethics in my view. Ultimately I think what I have realized is this state just does not want gays in the state at all whatsoever even in 2024. So the low cost of living isn't worth the mental stress of living here any longer. So Oklahoma can continue to be the bottom of the barrel in education and diversity I unfortunately am now going to be forced out of the state so I can truly be competitive in the workplace and survive financially. I was cordial understanding his time was important and even said so in my correspondence with him. Yet lead along by the nose for over a month just hoping to be heard not at all expecting a commitment. I give up this state will continue to discriminate therefore embolding these monopolies like OG&E and ONG to continue to keep the Gays out as long as possible. I would think The Battle group would just have the morals to right up front say no and not waste someone's valuable time. My time is also valuable just as his is. I would def pass on ever using this firm. Hopefully by the end of the year I can move and just forget Oklahoma altogether. This review is exactly what happened not anything more I have the emails to prove it.
RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM FIRM: Your comment about my 8 years im not understanding. I spent those 8 years thinking if I worked hard I would advance. Secondly I paid no other consult fee's and no one would even look at my evidence cause no one wants to take on these large monopolies. I still have about 30 days left in my right to sue so you could have just rescheduled. And as I stated in the original review I will leave because its not going to get better here. Your just upset I called you out for blatantly blowing me off period.
