My experience with The Florida Firm was the best that I could have hoped for considering the difficult time my family was going through at the time. My husband suffered a devastating stroke. Doctors took him off his blood thinner medicine for a procedure, which was not even necessary for that particular procedure. He should never have been taken off and because he was, he suffered a massive stroke that left him paralyzed on the right side, unable to speak intelligibly, and with cognitive damage. He now resides in a nursing home. Our lawyers, Jon and Ron, were able to negotiate with 4 defendants and their lawyers to secure a substantial sum of money for us. They made the whole process as painless as possible, keeping me informed at all stages of the process, preparing me for depositions, checking in with me on a regular basis to keep me informed of our status in the lawsuit. They fought for my husband and our family and were always ethical and professional in all aspects of our case. The paraprofessional, Rachael, was so great at keeping me informed and answering all my questions, clarifying as needed, and always professional and gracious as well.

My son was in ICE waiting for deportation for 15 months. He went before the judge about 3 times and was ordered to be removed each time. The judge ruled that his charges were aggravated felonies. Sasha knew they were not because she knows the law. She appealed the judge ruling and won. A few months later he went before the judge again and this time my son was granted cancellation of removal. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, call Sasha. She will do everything in her power to get you out. Thank you, Sasha for a job well done.

Five stars is an injustice to this review. I wish I could give far more than that. Joshua Andone represented me in a car accident that I was involved in, I was not at fault and from point of accident to settlement was only 10 months. Mr. Andone came highly recommended by a friend whom used him as well and had the same phenomenal experience as myself. The doctors he referred me to also get an outstanding review because they were beyond great as well. When I made my phone call to see about hiring Mr. Andone, what shocked me was he answered the phone. Most attorneys have you go through their secretary, the secretary's secretary and days later you may hear from the actual attorney, if you're lucky. By the next morning I was in his office and signing paperwork to hire him to represent me. Mr. Andone is very knowledgeable, persistent, kind, organized and professional. He was very diligent in answering my every email and every phone call....and trust me, I can be a nag and he never ignored me, not even the slightest, silliest question. I never found myself waiting around for answers or wondering the status of my case, I remained up to date and we'll informed at all times. I know I was not Mr. And one's only client but he definitely always had time to be there for me no matter what problem or speed bump arose. He even called occasionally, just to check on how my doctor appointment went....who does that??!!! Mr. Andone is beyond what any great words can explain. Usually cases of any kind are so stressful that they are not even worth pursuing, but I never experienced that with Mr. Andone. With a caring attorney that poses such wonderful attributes as Mr. Andone, no wonder we settled the case so fast. I almost want to say that I'm glad that lady hit my car, otherwise I would have never had the pleasure to have worked with Mr. Andone. Even after the case he still called to see how I'm doing and if I needed anything. Hugh's the man when it comes to criminal cases! I got a DUI back in July and this was my first time ever in trouble with the law. I decided to go with Hugh immediately after our consultation. He managed to get 2/3 of the charges dropped while reducing my DUI from enhanced to regular. He also kept me cool and level headed during a very stressful few months. Anytime I called he always had answers or results to show how my case was going. He got me the best deal you could ever imagine and I couldn't have been happier with him! If I ever have another problem or know someone who needs a lawyer, I'm calling Hugh ASAP! He knows the system in and out. As long as he's practicing he's my "permanent" attorney!

I was charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine in excess of 400grams that carries a 15years minimum and 50k fine if found guilty. It was an interesting set of circumstances but through everything, Hugh did a wonderful job keeping me informed on what his strategy was and executing his plan just as he said he would. I ended up only getting 2.5yrs probation and adjudication withheld on a lesser* F3 charge. I highly recommend Hugh McDonnell.

If you are looking for a lawyer that has her clients’ best interest at heart, then Elisabeth Hagood is the one you want. You should pick a lawyer who is well respected in the legal community, both Seminole and Orange County. People know HER and that is what is important, especially when it comes to prosecutors and Judges.
During my experience I trusted her completely. I felt like we were truly partners and she never left me hanging. She kept me updated on the case and responded promptly when contacted. Hagood was compassionate and patient, even when I was fed up with the legal system. Every time she walked into the courthouse she was composed, confident, and effective. The case went from possible jail time down to a Judicial warning. They offered a $50 fine. Hagood refused and got it down to the warning. She was worth every penny. Her fees were extremely reasonable, and she did the consultation for free. Give her a call and tell her your situation.
I normally do not write reviews, but I looked at a million before finding Elisbeth Hagood. In the past I have dealt with lawyers who do not really care and just want your money. The only way to know the difference is to hear the experiences of others.

Jesse is the best! I was referred to Jesse the second I found out that I was being improperly sued by my landlord. Jesse took his time and explained all options to me, but also went a step further to inform me of what could possibly happen if I took the different routes. I highly NOT recommend Mrs. Kay-Ann Waite. I hired her in April and at the beginning she told me it wasn’t going to take too long and it seemed she was going to work hard for me. Then, I had to constantly ask for updates since she didn’t provided any without me asking. It is June now and since 2 weeks ago, I have been calling to her office and sending emails and text messages asking for updates but it seems pointless.
