Syfrett. Dykes and Furr Law Firm in my opinion is a first class, highly professional, goal oriented law firm. I was referred to them by a very good friend of mine, who had dealt with the firm in the past. I was initially hesitant about using them because their office was a couple of hours away from where I live, but I decided to go with them and I'm very grateful that I did. I initially corresponded with Dawn, and then Alicia. These two ladies, along with my attorney, Mr Furr, worked diligently to prepare me for my case, and I went in to my initial hearing with the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) feeling well prepared. Unfortunately, I was wrongly denied benefits by the ALJ, and my attorney, Mr Furr knew it. To be honest, I was ready to give up my pursuit of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance claim, because it had been almost 2 years since I started this benefits, and I was just tired of the fight. But, Mr Furr. said that he felt that he felt that I had a strong case, and he thought that I should continue the fight. I reluctantly agreed to continue pursuing my benefits, so Mr Furr sent my case through the federal judge appeal process, and the federal judge agreed that I was wrongly denied benefits, and ordered that my case be sent back to the Social Security Administration, ALJ, to be re-heard. Again, Mr Furr, Dawn and Alicia worked diligently to prepare me for my second hearing, and to make a longer story short, I won my second appeal. 😀 😊🙏🏽. What can I say about Jenna and her team? Nothing but the best. We had a very long and exhausting adoption case and we were losing hope that our adoption would fail.
Florida adoption laws were very confusing. The adoption entity was extremely pushy and rude and flat out unprofessional. Having reviewed his strategies and personally evaluated his actions in front of judges, it was easy to conclude that this man and his practice is about capitalizing on the absolute misery of others. In his bottom feeding business Carole chooses divorce over reconciliation every time. There’s something wrong with someone who enjoys destroying families and Carole is that guy. I would hate look back on my life’s accomplishments and claim “I personally helped break up xxx number of families.”

Mr. McCauley and his staff worked very hard for me to come to a fair settlement between my ex wife and I. He focused on what was best for the both of us and worked hard on getting the divorce finalized without running up a large bill in legal fees on both sides and tying up the court system with a long drawn out divorce. Took my money to handle a probate. He did not complete the probate and would not return my emails, texts or calls. I had to hire another attorney and the new attorney had trouble locating Batton to have him sign a release to transfer the probate to the new attorney. I probably should have reported him for this. He is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him for anything.
