My wife and I met with AJ in person to discuss our case. He did a wonderful job of setting expectations and answering all of our questions in the initial meeting. He kept in constant contact with us all the time letting us know next steps and any documentation that was required from us. We received an initial settlement offer from the insurance company which was low. Rather than settle for that offer AJ went back to the insurance company and was able to negotiate a larger settlement out of court. Bottom line AJ listens to his clients, is compassionate as our case involved our minor child, helped us keep our emotions in check, and got us results.

I contacted this attorney when I got into a jam with a DUI in the past I have dealt with other attorneys they’ve always been interested in one thing and one thing only money. This guy was fair honest I dealt with the attorney directly and not his office staff, which was amazing., he was always able to communicate directly with me and again, not through a paralegal. I could reach him by cell phone and texting all the time which was very convenient and most of all he was very affordable. I was always treated with respect and never felt that I was "just a number". Because of my circumstances, the car accident left me in a financial hardship. I needed things to happen quickly without settling for less than I deserved.

Recently, I found myself needing to find an attorney. I did not know where to look. I was very frustrated and sad and scared because I could not find anybody. I barely even knew what I was looking for, but I had an opportunity come up for my children and I couldn’t let it pass so after a ton of phone calls and a ton of hopeless answers, I just prayed And somebody that I had called referred me to Mr. Haggerty. I have yet to be disappointed. He has 100% had my back charged me a very fair amount of money when I had other attorneys telling me that I had to pay with a credit card just to talk on the phone , Mr. Haggerty, I hope gets some of the best karma in life because he truly deserves from the moment I called his office, I am immediately was transferred to him. If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.
