Zayed is the most diligent, hardworking, and resilient person I have ever met. He is deeply analytical, brings to the table many perspectives that I have never thought of, compassionate, and communicates very clearly all the options. When I came to Zayed, I had experienced one of the worst times of my life and needed help. I felt that the system was against me, I was alone, extremely scared, and misunderstood. Mr. Garvey Biggers, was the executor on my father's estate. I was not concated by him at the time of my fathers death . He has my fathers house and all contents inside. I contacted the IRS because I am his only heir and there was a bout 3000.00 dollars to collect, I called Garvey because I have known him for over 40 years. And ask him about the boxes he said he didn't . The next day he went to claim them witch he had no right to. So now this has to go to probate court. I have seen the will it's on note paper. With no witness no notary plus it says I was to get 10.000 dollars.
I asked him for the money he said he didn't have it. Garvey is in my opinion not telling the whole story the report says he died at home his last address is Garvey's. I do not have the money to fight a lawyer in court I am on social security. But has anyone checked just how many probate cases he has had . A lot for not being a probate laywer. Do the right thing Garvey and call me back after 20 messages I left at least do what the so called will says. Pay me the money and take your name off the safe deposit boxes witch you have no right to claim. You have my address & phone

Garvey has been our family’s attorney for many many years!!! He is so personable and extremely professional!!! In December, 2016, I was hit by another party and then they fled the scene. I was referred by a friend to Alexander Silkman, The Silkman Law Firm, PLC.
I had never utilized the services of an attorney, but in this instance, I wanted to be diligent since there was no clear-cut direction due to not having the insurance information from the at-fault party.
Alex Silkman was incredibly diligent and personable. I met with him once, and then the rest was handled via phone or email. Alex was responsive and never left me waiting for information or an answer to a question.
He was persistent, attentive to detail, and his follow-up was on-point. Alex always responded to my emails and I was never left waiting or wondering on the status.
Alex wrapped up my case timely and took care of all the details. I believe the settlement was very fair. I would recommend Alex Silkman with 100% confidence to anyone that needed an accident attorney.

I slipped and fell in a grocery store. I interviewed three attorneys before choosing Mr. Silkman. He addressed my questions in detailed yet easy to understand answers and was interested and eager to take on my case. He was honest about possible outcomes or stumbling blocks that could arise. His experience in similar cases and his demeanor gave me confidence.
Mr. Silkman thoroughly researched the events that led to my fall and doggedly pursued the other lawyers to turn over all evidence —despite their delaying tactics. His diligent review of the security tape and sweep log revealed corporate-required periodic inspections of the area weren’t followed. My accident could have been prevented. In addition to his exemplary competence in investigating and tying together the evidence of my case, Mr. Silkman presented himself as a respectful, likable, and confident professional. After my car accident last August I was referred to Mr. Alexander Silkman. I had never worked with an attorney before so this was a new experience for me. My main reservation was how I was going to afford an attorney. After speaking with Mr. Silkman at his office I had very few reservations because he sounded confident and assuring that I had a case worth pursuing. I did not have to pay anything upfront. He also shared past experiences about other client’s successes.
Before committing to Mr. Silkman I consulted with other attorneys. After reviewing all the feedback I received I felt most comfortable and confident selecting Mr. Silkman to handle my case. The process was very seamless. There was a time delay due to all the involving factors. Overall I’m very satisfied with the client service I was provided. He was always in contact and provided insightful information throughout of the process. He answered all my calls and emails in a timely fashion. It’s so hard to get a hold of the “lawyer” “Alec” that was looking at my case . Since feb 13th I spoke to him maybe 3 times & he didn’t get me anywhere and didn’t seem interested in my case at all. Now that I signed the agreement that they poorly worked to get , I still don’t receive my check . They don’t know who to communicate me with . They always tell you to leave a voicemail, they’re truly the worst . May god forbid I get in an accident again, but I would never recommend them . Especially with 35% they take PLUS miscellaneous fees . THE WORST

At the time of hiring Bryan in 2016 I didn't realize how important it was to have a lawyer that didn't over react and would help you reason. It was my first time in a court room and since my case was a divorce with children involved it was of course very emotional. Especially since the custody of the children was in question. Through the entire situation Bryan always made good middle ground recommendations. Informing me that it was in our best interest to shoot for middle ground even though my ex wasn't being reasonable. As the custody battle played out this was a key part of helping the Judge realize we were trying to be reasonable where as the other party wasn't. This made a huge impression on the Judge and the final decision. This wise influence was priceless. I would think all law professionals would behave in reason but seeing the other lawyers in action this was simply not the case. Bryan was very good at keeping expectations realistic and not over pursing unnecessary litigation. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and couldn't have asked for any more.

We were very pleased with the results that Kyle Israel was able to get for us in compensation for the personal injury that my wife suffered. If it were not for his skill and experience, I know that we would not have been so fortunate. I would like to give a brief recommendation if anyone has a need to look for and hire an attorney.
Professional is the key word and during the deposition i first saw his skills shine through and I was happy he was on my side. He clearly understood the case as he asked pointed questions that seamed to clearly, identify or expose the other sides issue's. He stayed on point and made sure he got the answer he was looking for. When i was asked questions he made sure he objected when it was in question and it showed he was following the case and new the issue's. After this was completed I thanked him no matter which way the case goes because i could see he represented me well and i was pleased to have the best chance to win.
Once our case was heard I again witnessed this same clear questioning to the opposing side and I felt good with the direction the case went. YES a week later we won so Im happy but like I said before I was pleased way before I knew the outcome. Don

Guy Roll was our lawyer to represent us in an Insurance case and he failed to honor his part for payment and commitment to this case.
He does not answer his emails or phone calls and he has not yet paid the medical bills that he took responsibility and he has the money in a trust and we are on the hook..
He was recommended by his friend Fred Creasy" Why hire a lawyer" who cannot even get in touch with him.
It its now in collections and he is not responding.
