Wanted to share my experience with using Gingras Law Firm Services.
Last month, I received an issue where GoDaddy had suspended our domain name. Nobody was willing to assist us or even communicate with us getting this issue resolved.
I managed to get lucky and contacted Gingras Law Firm. I was a bit skeptical at 1st being that I have never had a great history dealing with lawfirms but he assured me that he has dealt with companies like GoDaddy many times. David drafted and sent out a demand letter to GoDaddy, contacted 2 departments and addressed all my replies with lengthy detailed replies / answered calls right away. Within 4 days, the matter with GoDaddy was resolved and our business is back online.
In the end I have had terrible experience with law firms and companies online essentially bullying and misusing their services to cause harm to my businesses. I am grateful that I found David's Law Firm who actually was able to get the job done and went beyond his normal level of services to get this matter resolved.

Communication is horrible. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns emails. Almost 2 years later, my bankruptcy is still not closed as it should be and no funds have ever been sent to me from the tax return that this office intercepted from the IRS. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!

Mr. Garvey Biggers, was the executor on my father's estate. I was not concated by him at the time of my fathers death . He has my fathers house and all contents inside. I contacted the IRS because I am his only heir and there was a bout 3000.00 dollars to collect, I called Garvey because I have known him for over 40 years. And ask him about the boxes he said he didn't . The next day he went to claim them witch he had no right to. So now this has to go to probate court. I have seen the will it's on note paper. With no witness no notary plus it says I was to get 10.000 dollars.
I asked him for the money he said he didn't have it. Garvey is in my opinion not telling the whole story the report says he died at home his last address is Garvey's. I do not have the money to fight a lawyer in court I am on social security. But has anyone checked just how many probate cases he has had . A lot for not being a probate laywer. Do the right thing Garvey and call me back after 20 messages I left at least do what the so called will says. Pay me the money and take your name off the safe deposit boxes witch you have no right to claim. You have my address & phone
