Mr Gray is very pleasant. He listens to concerns completely & focused on the matter at hand with a plan to back it up. When I talked to him, he discussed different view points & tactics. Sean is an intelligent fighter who offered a free consultation. I found him by referall after hitting bottom from numerous other phone calls with other attorneys. I met Matthew Kikta at Julian Grey Associates in 2016 when he put together an Asset Protection Trust and associated documents (POA, Last Will & Testament, etc.) for my elderly parents. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. When my parents passed in 2022, he helped me by submitting the Inheritance Tax return to the state. I hired Salah in fall of 2022 for a complex child custody issue. During our initial consultation Salah was kind, attentive, and took his time to understand the complexities of my situation. After expressing my concerns with my current custody situation and talking through the result I was hoping for,he offered sound advice without making grand proclamations, letting me know I would have an uphill battle in front of me. After hiring him to handle my case Salah continued to impress me with an unmatched level of diligence where other attorneys had fallen short. He rose to the occasion for the uphill battle at every step and came prepared with valuable insights and options. Furthermore, I always felt included in the details of my case and the decisions that were being made, he truly cares about what his clients want and makes sure that they understand how each decision will impact the case. Custody cases are emotionally draining and stressful but Salah made the process bearable and gave me a glimmer of hope that I'd been convinced was gone. Salah is a true gem, he will go into battle for you and fight for you and your family in a way that shows true dedication and skill. This review doesn't do him justice, I would hire him again without hesitation should such an occasion arise. He is a talented lawyer who takes his craft to a refined level by being a down to earth, wonderful person. You may find a different lawyer that is good to hire, but you won't find a better one than Salah.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

His work ethic and knowledge never ceased to impress me. My entire time working with him I always felt that he had my best interest at the forefront of his mind and continued working up till the last minute. I know he spent many nights late in his office working diligently.
I was never out of the loop and he always communicated with me all necessary information. He was able to break down in laymen’s terms the often confusing legal wording so that I was able to understand. He has a good court room presence and is able to think on the fly. He is well organized and was ready to have any information he needed in a moment’s notice. I was informed of all my legal rights and different options that I would be able to pursue, as in depth as I ask for. I never felt that I wasn’t going to get anything shy of his best no matter what decision I made. I had the confidence in his knowledge and ability to give him a lot of control in the case and ultimately my case went in my favor.
Having him on my side helped ease my nerves and kept me relatively low stress due my confidence in his ability. I was always able to talk with him whenever I need it and it greatly helped over the long legal process.
Without Capt. McCormick on my team my whole life could have changed, and I feel because of him I’m able to move on and continue living my life.

The local township filed legal documents to secure a large portion of our families property through eminent domain for a sewage plant. I bet you never thought "decent human being" and lawyer could reside in the same person, but JPI seems to have found them!
I temped for them as a legal assistant in early 1998. I wasn't a regular employee or a client (well, we'll get to that), yet I was always treated like I was one of the gang. I was included in their Friday night outings after work, and spoken to like an equal. Mr. Pass, for being a name partner, is so down-to-earth - I've worked in D.C. law firms with junior associates who treated me with less respect - and I had more seniority than them!
Despite working hard, I had a big drop in income from what I had been used to and needed, so JPI helped me file for bankruptcy and even represented me - and they didn't ask for a dime over the filing fees. All Mr. Pass wanted was to see me get to a better place in life. We stayed in touch as I left Pennsylvania to make that happen.
Nearly 25 years later, as I write this, I can still call and ask his advice and chat with him, if he's not busy. How many people do you meet in a lifetime who are genuinely good people, who are good at what they do? How many of those people are lawyers? I mean, I can tell stories about lawyers I've worked with and how mercenary they are even in their private lives. The profession seems to attract that type. The law firm of JPI turns the idea of the stereotypical lawyer on its head. They're good people out to do good. It's like they never lost the idealism that drove them to go to law school. This should be the ideal boutique law firm.

Patrick handled a nursing home abuse case for our family. He was consistently respectful, sensitive , caring and efficient throughout this entire process. I worked with Goldsmith & Ogrodowski, LLC. for a few years. Even after a few years, I had to go check and make sure I had the name of their Law Firm correct. I know them by their first names, Fred, Rich and Heather. My 5 year nightmare started while working on a towboat as a deckhand, I was severely injured. After surgery and about 6 months, I tried going back to work. I didn't like where things were headed. I just wasn't able to do the same work as before. I still had so many issues. At the time, I had never had to call an attorney. I didn't know which way to go. It took a lot of time and thought before I finally made that decision. I now know that it was the right decision.
