Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

My name is Clyde Manns. On may 5th 2023 I was in one of the worst accidents anyone would ever want to see. I was hit be a vehicle that ran the intersection. The impact of the vehicle colliding with me pushed me into on coming traffic on the other side of the road. I smashed into a barrier and pole and ultimately totaling my vehicle. 3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

This place has no respect for your time. My reservation was updated that was booked couple of weeks before, but the new person supposed to handle it wasn't even there. The receptionist made a few calls and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Not sure how their system works. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time, and my friend had the same issue with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to file bankruptcy and was told I had to pay them $1,500 upfront, that was fine and I paid. I had other things come up that were not so good so I did tell them to hold off on processing papers. At this time nothing was done on their end, all I did was send papers in and they received them. I decided to not file for bankruptcy at this time. I reached out to them and let them know that and the first thing I was told was “no problem we will refund your money back”.. It has been over 4 months and i still have not received anything. I’ve called multiple times, I either cannot get ahold of anyone and nobody calls me back or I do get ahold of someone and they tell me they will find out what is going on but never do. I am disabled and have been waiting for my money back for months I think that is a ridiculous way to run a business you are supposed to have trust in. My advice is if you are going through hardships, and or need to file for bankruptcy please put your trust elsewhere!!!!

My family has tried many of the "big named" lawyers only to get brushed off, ignored, and eventually ...railroaded (we get in trouble from time to time). We were referred to maknoon only to find that he has his click of clients that he takes great care of...and they seem to take great care of him. He is very down to earth, hits the books, and prepares to win. He takes the time to explain everything and seems to care. A little expensive but if you don't jerk him on money, he will fight like a dog for you. He actually seems to fight for himself because he doesn't appear to like the system. He is a little confusing at times but put him oin front of a jury and he dominates.

I was advised to contact this office, and I did. I was told that a lawyer from that office would be calling me back…it’s been exactly 30 calendar days and I have not received any calls from this office. I have left a few messages and decided to stop leaving them to see if they would call me back…still no calls. When I called today, the woman that I spoke with, when I asked if this happens regularly, advised that I must’ve “fallen off the lawyers radar”. Think I need to take my business elsewhere…
UPDATED: today is 2/8/22, after being contacted by this office on 12/27, the lawyer finally calls me after I’ve been served custody paper. He commences to speak to me in a very rude manner and raises his voice. This office has been less than professional in EVERY way. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my enemy!

Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now.
