Barry and his team were referred by my financial advisor. I trusted her recommendation as she had said he is an excellent estate planning lawyer and her clients have given her great feedback about their experience with him. I am very pleased to say that Barry did a wonderful job taking care of my family as well.
Barry is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to share what you need to know when you meet with him. His website features many videos explaining in detail many different concepts and problems that can happen in the future. I found this really helpful to review to educate myself and have a better understanding. We were able to complete all the documents I required to complete my estate plan efficiently. I did many other documents as well to protect assets and create tools to have a better understanding for future generations to come.
My adult children were involved in the planning as well. Barry and his team were very accommodating to all the family members who contributed to the process.
Everything Barry and his team did was carefully done to prevent future problems. They are excellent communicators. We found that Barry is very proactive, letting us know if there are changes in the law communicating via email. I am very relieved that we were able to get this done and have peace of mind.

I first met Loren Gold in 2019 when I hired him as my personal injury attorney for a trip and fall case. With his knowledge, years of experience and excellent negotiation skills I received a much larger settlement then I ever expected. But I’m writing this review for another reason. After my son was arrested just two days before Thanksgiving, I wasn’t sure what to do as I was out of town and have never experienced this before. I decided to reach out to Mr Gold for advice and as soon as I texted him he responded right away to tell me he’d get back to me soon. Later that evening, he began to text me asking questions about the arrest and even called me to talk about it! Not only did he remember me after four years but he took the time to call and spend quite a while with me answering all of my questions and giving me very good advice which we did. I have been trying to find out about a med mal case and attorneys i have contacted really dont answer my questions and its usually not an attorney, just a rep or their paralegal. Mr Loren Gold not only answered my question i posted online, but called me and actually discussed my situation giving me clarity as to what the deal is with med mal in florida! Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. What can i say, Steven, Alla and Rebecca were all amazing from the start to the end. When i first entered the office Alla made it clear they are basically a Boutique law and provide a high level of service. This was not wrong, they were accurate, fast and excellent in what they did from start to finish. They also negotiated really amazingly and i ended up getting more than expected. They not only did great with the negotiating i also felt they had my health interests at the heart of all decisions which sometimes is not the case with lawyers in this field. I had hired Mr. Collier for my slip and fall case. Despite the fact that I didn't have enough evidence of negligence, he tried very hard on my behalf. Two years earlier my husband hired him for a successful case in an airplane incident when he fell and broke his leg in the rear area of the plane. Bringing a lawsuit against a major airline carrier takes a tough attorney. Mr. Collier is smart and aggressive but we were confident that his talents and knowledge would prevail which they did. Last year my family and I experienced a very traumatic event and we needed a lawyer who could help us through a difficult time. My mother has always been skeptical of attorneys in general, because she has always feared that they would only be looking out for their best interests, so she wanted to make sure we met with several different firms before we made a decision..
When we called Ariel, he came to our house and ended up staying for four hours, including dinner. He was able to connect with my mother in a way that others couldn't, and he walked her through the entire process. When it was time to go to court, his performance was flawless and we walked away with a settlement that we could have never dreamed of.
Things are very different for our family now,, but as crazy as it sounds, in some ways for the better. We had a horrible situation that Ariel helped us through and I could not be more grateful. Even after the case was settled, Ariel still calls my mother every week to see how she is doing and her face lights up every time he calls. He genuinely cared about us and has changed our lives in a way that I never thought was possible.

I've never sued anyone before in my entire life; it was completely new to me but my former employer most certainly deserved it. I was in a position where I was receiving a salary based pay and somehow they thought it was morally fine for them to reduce my salary without even asking me. When I got my paycheck and saw the changes I asked why the lower wages, and was basically told that if I don't want the position they have no problem finding someone that does. I couldn't even afford my rent because of this incident. Others have been fired before me for questioning their paychecks. Miami does have plenty of people that can be easily taken advantage of and paid below minimum wage. I essentially was working roughly 90-110 hours each week for less than $300 per week.
I was new to Florida so was unsure what the labor laws in Florida were. Upon searching for them I came across the website of Robert Rubenstein whom Kelly works for. After a brief consultation Kelly agreed to take my case. I provided her pay stubs that proved my salary pay was reduced.
Kelly must have done magnificent work because my former employer agreed to settle outside of court within two months time. I actually had to move because of leaving that job. I had no idea what the process of suing was, how long things took, etc. Kelly was so patient with my questions and always gave me personal attention, even though my case was probably considered minor work in her field.
Even if there was in instance that Kelly didn't know the correct answer to my question, she was up front and told me that she had to find out the answer. I respect the fact that instead of acting like I was some small time chump she did what she said and returned my call or email usually later that day or at the wost the following day with the correct answer.
I know that Kelly was a busy woman because her gatekeepers screen her calls thoroughly. Even though there were times it felt annoying, I suppose they were just doing their jobs. This is the only minor complaint I could possibly come up with. Kelly would actually even apologize on their behalf's which really wasn't necessary.
I'm lucky to have had Kelly Amritt representing me and would recommend anyone having similar issues you give her a call. Another awesome thing was that Kelly was so confident in her abilities that we agreed that I didn't owe her a dime unless she won the case! This woman was a Godsend to not only me, but others that were still being underpaid after I left.
In closing, Kelly not only got me wages that were owed to me from the past, she also was able to get my former employer to pay me my final paycheck which they withheld and refused to mail to me after my employment ended. Anyone that reads this should know that Kelly Amritt is great at what she does, provides excellent customer service, and most importantly gets the job done.
