I would like to start by saying I have not dealt with Cam Justice and his firm on a professional level (yet), but I know Cam personally. He is a very nice guy. I was going through a difficult situation, and he gave me some professional advice. He also recommended a colleague of his. They got me out of a big mess, which would have ended up costing me a lot more money, and more important than that, a lot more time. Cam and his family are genuine people, and if ever needed, I would definitely go to him first.

Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

Yay! I believed in people again today! The experience with Ken Walton gave me back that faith in the best again. They counseled me on the phone for an hour for free!!! An hour!!! No annoyance, no delay in answering and most importantly, I understood everything from the first time!!!! I got answers to all my questions. At the beginning they were interested in my case but they weren't contacting me, I was the one trying to connect to them all the time, they were focused on the chiropractor but not on the property damage. They didn't reply my emails not my phone calls, now there is no contact at all. So I had to hire another lawyer. They don't care about your case if they won't get a good compensation. Definitely, don't choose them if you don't have injuries or health problems.

Let me tell my story, I was in a car an auto accident Feb of 2023 I was back ended at a stop light while the other driver was on the phone. A couple days after the accident I Contact Morgan and Morgan. Talked to them about my case they made it seems like a no brainer and that they told me it was their percentage is 33% and an additional 7% if it goes to tail and was told these cases never go to trial. So their representative, (first mistake) gained my trust and I signed. After almost 2 years after being bounced for one attorney to another and multiple paralegals I was told they lost my file and top of that they have never sent me a copy of the contract. Now the fun part, their attorney/paralegal contacted first time end of July of 2024, told me that they were sending over a demand letter now in August of 2024 and it was accepted in September of 2024 but never told about it until end of October of 2024. There was no mediation no need to file a lawsuit (by the way they filed a lawsuit in March of 2024) that way they were guaranty their 7% bonus without going to trail. I feel that I was misrepresent and failed on fiduciary responsibility, basically screwed out of $7000 at settlement. And this is really the fun part is that they gave me 13 minutes to sign the settlement I asked for an hour to review it and was told no and was told that I had to sign it now (I have the text messages). Buy the way they never went over the settlement statement so they wanted to bury it and hope I would not catch, it any ways I got home and reviewed it and immediately called the paralegal and was told to basically told to pound sand and that I signed it, and this was also their attorney stand. I contact a friend who is an attorney and highly suggested to file a complaint with the bar which I in the process of doing now. Moral of the story beware their firm is not what they seem to be it is truly not Morgan and Morgan for the people their tag line should be Morgan and Morgan for Morgan and Morgan. So, my advice is to stay away they are not to be trusted.

THIS LADY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF ALLOWING US TO MEET WITH HER IN PERSON. EVEN NOW WHEN WE WERE TAKEN BY SURPRISE BY THE PLAINTIFFS FILING A MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT THIS ATTORNEY HAD NO STRATEGY OTHER THAN "I CAN BUY YOU SOME TIME IF YOU AGREE TO TURN OVER THE TITLE TO THE MTG. COMPANY" . AND WHEN WE INSISTED TO MEET IN PERSON AT HER BROWAR COUNTY OFFICE SHE AND THE REST OF HER STAFF KEPT COMING UP WITH LAME EXCUSES NOT TO FACE US IN PERSON. AS WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING "COMPENTENT/AGGRESSIVE REPRESENTATION" WE JUST LEARNED THAT THERE WAS NO AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE, EVEN THOUGH ONE WAS PROMISTED. AND SHE NOT EVEN A CHALLENGE THE BANK NOTE POCCESION AND MOST IMPORTANT, DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW OUR LAST REQUEST WHEN FILING THE WITHDRAWL MOTION. I STRONGLY RECOMMENT THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM, TO LOOK REAL HARD FOR OTHER ALTERNATIVES SO YOU DON'T END UP EXPERIENCING WHAT WE DID.

This lawyer did sign a contract and hold me over one week holding my case whom already is in legislation with the excuse that he was not sure about my case.
Than after a week on hold he email me in the next morning telling me he will file in the court his appearance as my lawyer as well that his paralegal told me and 2 hours later send me an email withdraw the representation.
If he was not sure why sign a contract and waste the time of a client whom already is suffering with an injury.
This lawyer is very dishonest liar and unprofessional save your time and your case.

Paid retainer for foreclosure representation for an estate. Then paid him monthly only to answer a complaint of 29 allegations with 5 statements. Which the judge said was no defense! I paid him monthly as well and he lied and said i told him i didnt need him anymore and withdrew from case before summary judgement because i was 2 weeks late on payment. Funny thing is, the documentation from the mortgage company was fraudulent and he never addressed it. Never heard back for refund after months and months of trying to contact. Nor did i receive an accounting of fees i requested.

This man took retainer and monthly payment from my husband and myself for over a year to dispute a second mortgage that did not HE did not have negotiated into the Principle of the intial mortgage (he took care of that case) he told us it was unnecessary. Well he was wrong and we paid him for the year for him not to fight the case. It turns out he agreed with the foreclosure and did not research and told me they were selling my house for an interest mortgage that was less than 20% of my initial mortgage. He lied to us and did not do his job. Run for the hills. He needs to be sued for this type of theft. He does not do his job. He did help us initially, but I feel he has gotten lazy and greedy.
