Steve DeLuca represented me on a DUI charge in the summer of 2019. Steve looked at my case from every angle and reviewed the police report in meticulous detail. Professional, Caring, and Attentive it was worth saying twice. The title should say it all! About five years ago I was nearly killed in a workplace accident (2016). The accident left me in a scary place to say the least. When I was introduced to Peter my case had been started by another attorney. Long story short, Peter sat patiently while I rambled on about what happened to me. He formulated a general plan to start and presented it to me in a way that I could understand. Peter is a down to earth person that was always attentive and made me feel like I was his only client. I could go on and on about Peter Cerilli, but the bottom line is, read the title again and then make the call and let Peter do what he does best. Joseph Voccola's law office went above and beyond to assist me in my criminal case. They made sure the police followed all procedures and were the police made a mistake Joseph Voccola's team found it right away and even called in personal favors of his friends to assist in retrieving very important info that eventually got my charges dropped. They certainly treat every case like it's there most important and do everything in there power to get you the outcome you are looking for. John Coughlin has handled many of my legal matters since 1981-82. I originally obtained him as my legal counsel when I had problems with one of the law firm partners at a Providence, RI law firm who was handling a car accident injury case. John was fresh from law school (he worked his way through law school) when we met. He got me a good settlement for injuries sustained in a rear end collision despite the fact that I had a previous, serious, neck injury. Throughout the next 30 years John has always been available to me with just a phone call. I have referred dozens of people to him throughout the years and have never had anyone come back and bad mouth the man and his abilities. About 15 months ago he attempted to help me with a banking issue with a major New england bank that mistakenly removed funds from my mother's bank account at the behest of John Hancock. Unfortunately there was no resolution to that case as my sister was supposed to supply John with information and she dropped the ball. He paved the way for me to take it the rest of the way and get my mother's funds replaced, make the bank waive fees, and also to see what actions the Atty. General can take against John Hancock as they told the bank my mother was "deceased" though they had no death certificate. If you need a personal injury attorney that will be there when you need him John Coughlin is that man.

I recommend Tim Lynch without hesitation. He represented me in a complex personal injury case, that was complicated by issues of federal law, workers’ compensation and Rhode Island tort law. Initially, the insurance company completely involved completely denied my claim and refused to compensate me one cent. Attorney Lynch filed a lawsuit and pushed my case through discovery and liligation. He never gave up. When it became clear that the insurance company was going to lose at trial.
