Attorney Saikon and her team did a phenomenal job with my case. I had an immigration case where I have been an international student in the US for a while and then I got married so I had to do a change of status. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, to the point where we did not need an interview. My case was approved within 6 months and everything went smoothly. Greg was better than I could have imagined. My case came up just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country and he handled it perfectly. He talked with the judges and prosecutors to move my court dates earlier so I was able to travel, explain my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to continue my plans as if nothing happened. Even while out of country he has been in contact with me for resolutions on all matters. Everything in my power will make sure I never need a lawyer again, but if so, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I will not hesitate to give them Greg’s contact. If more than 5 stars were possible, I’d give 10.

I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020.
I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman.
My case was kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early.
Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. He made sure that in the weeks leading up to the court date he and I were both thoroughly equipped with all the documentation we needed to aid us in emerging victorious.
What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation.
Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much.
The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us. Again, this review is not to guarantee a win should you hire Gregory Hoffman, but my opinion based on my personal experience is; if you do hire Mr. Hoffman, your chances of coming out on top and satisfied with your outcome are pretty high. ;)

Joe Marasco leads a fantastic team of PI attorneys. I have had two auto accidents (one quite serious, neither my fault), and this firm has made recovery from injuries possible for me. My company was hired to repair a home considerably damaged by fire .
The insurance Company was dragging there feet this caused the City of Providence to issue A demolition order to have a house torn down that did not need to .
I spoke to Mr. Almagno and associates over the weekend be late morning Monday ,
Cease-and-assist was put in place . Note that there was a prior Consol involved they could not get this done .
I have been in bussines for 30 yrs , I must say I was impressed and extremely pleased of the action he took to rectify this matter .

Travis has been such a great attorney. I’m not from Rhode Island originally and got myself into a tough situation with a landlord who charged me two months rent for a deposit, and then refused to return any of it 3 years later when I moved and left his home spotless (with proof). I’ve been using Paul Ferns for several years now. Originally I had a different lawyer and he wasn’t on top of my case. I soon after had switched to Paul and haven’t had another attorney since. He has helped in numerous car accident cases and a few driving violation cases as well. He also has given advice on family issues and legalities of different situations I was in need of help with. A couple yrs back I got hit by a car on a bike and I was all screwed up thousands of dollars in debt in hospital bills. I didn't know how I was gonna pay it back was pretty much done for. So when I got home from hospital I was in a lot of pain and stressed out cause my bike was totaled and didn't have money to pay the hospital bills due to not having health ins. Then there was a knock at my door and it was mr Landry my life saver he knew about my accident and said he wanted to help me. He then told me about how it all works how he don't get paid if I don't get paid and I don't have to come out my pocket for nothing. Therefore I signed the paperwork and went threw with it. He then began to fight my case immediately, at the time I was working I was out of work for a while but then went back but he kept in contact for a while, then I didn't hear from him for a while we lost contact and I pretty much gave up on the case I even considered getting another lawyer but that wasn't the case my house phone was acting up and wasn't saving my messages so I bought a new phone immediately I got a message from him and a missed call we then was back in contact. He then told me he was trying to reach me for some time but never could because I was never home and not replying to his messages. Then my phone got shut off and we lost contact again so he couldn't reach me and I lost his phone number. Out of no where he pops up at my door and says man your are a hard man to reach so I came by to make sure you were ok.I thought that was real cool, I have family that don't even come see me and he did. He then told me how he was still working on my case and he has a couple of deals to go over. We went threw the deals and he said we might be able to get better deal but might take a little more time or we can close this right now. So I said see what else you can do and he did. He kept in contact and was telling me the deals and everything going on with case like the hospital bills and what the opposite side was disguising and we went further with the case. A few months down the road we had a solid deal and I was please with the option so we. Closed the deal and before you know it I was free in debt my hospital bills were paid off and I was stress free. He called me a few times and discussed the paper work with me and told me to read it carefully and if I have any questions to contact him ASAP . I then got the paperwork and everything looked good it showed the hospital bills how much I was going to get and his percentage I just had to sign it and send it back to him and in a few weeks I would get a check. A few weeks later I got a check in the mail and it was what it said it was going to be and I was real happy cause I really could use it right then. He kept in contact and made sure I got the check and everything was ok and told me to save his number in case anything ever popped up or know anybody going threw the same problem. So if anybody needs a good lawyer I would recommend Kevin Landry cause he saved me and hunted me down when he couldn't reach me and not sure if any other lawyer does that. September 2016 was badly injurd at work. Not getting anywhere with the insurance company on my own.Went to the law orffice of Audette Cordeiro Violette.
