I love how you get an Attorney to cover your case who has knowledge of your situation. Some things they may not know, however, they seek out all they can to assist their clients. I’ve appreciated the fact that they talk to, and help each other in all cases. I appreciate them seeking out Mental Illness knowledge in both criminal and traffic cases. They will listen and really try to help!!! The Commonwealth has rules of their own; yet Christina, her husband Daeman, and team of lawyers really hit hard!!! I wish they could hit harder when it comes to mental illness in these cases! It is real! Especially with Covid-19 cases; mental illness has increased!!!

I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I did research on lawyers and Christina Pendleton & Associates was by far the best choice. The law firm offered a very reasonable and fair fee for their services with the speed being under 89 mph. Her law firm was in constant contact with me either by phone or email. They always responded to my emails in the same day which I was very pleased about. My reckless driving 85/70 was reduced to a infraction for defective equipment with a fine and no points. I highly recommend Pendleton & Associates if you are from out of town and need a lawyer to represent you.

Mr. Pagano along with the other staff at the firm are extremely professional and courteous. He listens to you and answers every question you may have. He is very straight forward and down to business but very down to Earth at the same time. Mr. McGrath was patient and detailed in explaining what the charge was. He advised me on what to do to mitigate the seriousness of the case before the court date. I did not have to speak in court because Mr. McGrath handled that brilliantly. The judge reduced the charge from reckless driving, a class one misdemeanor to improper driving a traffic infraction which is not a criminal offense.

My friend and I were recently in a car wreck wherein my handicapped equipped van was destroyed, my wheelchair was crushed and glass was strewed everywhere. I feel extremely lucky to have found Keith Marcus after my dog and I were attacked by a huge Dogo Argentino with no owner in sight. Against the odds, and counter to what I was told by all the other lawyers I spoke with beforehand, he was able to obtain compensation for my dog's injuries and his life-saving treatments, which ended up costing thousands of dollars. Joanna and her staff filed my application, my appeals, and Joanna went to a hearing with me. Her staff is very knowledgable about all aspects of Social Security. If I couldn't talk to Joanna, I could talk to K and she would be able to answer most of my questions. I was permenantly disabled during routine knee surgery at a VA hospital. With my sisters help we contacted a local law firm and met Jonathan. I was truelly blessed many years ago to have acquired Mr. Petty as my attorney. Jonathan defies in my book the general consensus of lawyers today. He takes on a case that I believe he first and for most believes in, and takes full charge in doing the most and best for his client! To everyone who is looking for the best lawyer out there, in my opinion, Mr. Jonathan M. Petty is one of the best lawyers that I have worked with.
