I have had to call upon the services of Mr. Tatlow/Bollwerk & Tatlow twice within the last few years for work related injuries. In both instances, he and his company went to work immediately on my case and took care of every aspect of the case(s) in a straightforward and professional matter. In my first case, my employers' attorney fought against a settlement, but eventually Mr. Tatlow's skills at the negotiating table won out, and I received a much higher settlement than I expected! In the second case, there was a settlement on the table within 6 months. I had servers probation violations and was getting know where in live besides inside jails and prisons. The judge had enough of me a order a fugitive warrant. I ended calling serval lawyers that said to turn yourself in and I couldn’t help you with the case. I thought for sure I would end up back in prison and when I get out return into my old habits. Then I called Will he said he could help me and he 100 percent did. He saved my life I fixed going back to my old ways and he got the warrant taken care of. Mr. Goldstein is one of the best lawyers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. It was the worse situation I could have on my record and would result in termination of my employment. From the beginning of this case (back in May of 2015) I was able to get advice from Jason up to now. I was in a car accident and was not at fault. Once I was able to talk to Jason, he was able to help me out immediately and took action towards my case. Throughout the whole year of paper work, phone calls, signing papers, etc. I was patient enough until the end. Once the case was over, I was able to get my sharing with getting a better car and able to pay for my medical bills. I recommend this attorny to anyone!!

Over the past 20 years, our family has hired Mr. Shalowitz for numerous cases including personal injury, divorce, writing our wills, traffic tickets, and more. He always took our calls right away or returned our calls by the end of the business day. We have always been satisfied with the outcome of our cases. When other lawyers wanted to charge us out the Wazoo so they could line their pockets, Mr. Shalowitz tried to settle the case from the get-go knowing how these cases usually turn out. Only an experienced, ethical, and loyal attorney would do this. It seems that nowadays lawyers just want to continue the litigation so they can make more money. My journey through the judicial system in Illinois was not easy. My husband was attacked and later died from the injuries. The attacker was charged and after 5 plus years of trial postponements the attacker was acquitted. I couldn't find an attorney that would represent me in the civil suit until I found Luke. Luke took the case knowing it was not a slam dunk. When Joe (the attacker) was acquitted I expected Luke to tell me there was no hope for the civil suit and walk away. Instead Luke searched the court transcripts, connected the dots from the criminal trial and negotiated a settlement for me. During the process Luke kept me informed, he explained the difficulties of the case, what I could expect and really understood how difficult this process was for me. He guided me through the process making sure I didn't settle too soon for too little. The settlement can't bring Don back, nothing can. But now my family and I have closure and we can move forward. Honesty and integrity aren't two words that you use too often with lawyers, but Doug Biggs has both qualities. He handled my legal matter with great professionalism and effectiveness. I sent him a check for his services, but he did not receive it as expected. So I dropped off a second check. A few weeks later he received the original check due to a mix up with the postal service. Mitchell, Brown & Associates specializes in estate and probate law but I also needed to retain a law firm that specialized in civil litigation. The legal challenge from my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter took four years to resolve through Probate Court and civil litigation. My Aunt had Alzheimer’s and my Uncle served as her caretaker and caregiver until he fell ill. My Aunt and Uncle’s daughter testified under oath that my Aunt, her Mother, had designated her as Executor of her Mother and Father’s estate, despite the testimony of my Uncle who made it absolutely clear to the judge presiding over the case, that both him and my Aunt—prior to her Alzheimer’s diagnosis—had designated me as the Executor of their estate as stated in their Last Will & Testament and their estate plan.
