Was a client of Rob Roe - "Champion Of The Injured" & "Super Lawyer" as displayed & advertised of over 25 years established & experienced.
Throughout the interim, unfortunately, to say in the VERY least, minimal could be done, as the case sat complacent, initially was to be wrapped up at the damage package of 2018.
Over time, following up & patiently awaiting for answers & explanations with full clarity in documentation, I could not be fully accommodated & assisted with this fully by email as a frontline healthcare worker in surgery in dire need & having a disability in need since Rob Roe referred to my emails & form of communication to be the single greatest barrier.
Nearing almost a year, we patiently awaited, following up, left wondering, since the same stories, now had 21 days left in July 2019 before we had to move out of our home, since initially the case was to be wrapped up of 2018.
We were informed between June/July 2019 that the
medical records were still waiting to be received
since the retainer & release of medical records signed in October 2018 with 30 days for medical records to be received, however nothing more could still be done, which was all very confusing to us, not really knowing what was happening.
With the outcome & case wrapped up between February/March 2022, I was left with an amount far below a years worth of wages, then initially assured recovering from the accident itself & overall, etc.
After representation, we finally were able to receive the case file of June/July 2022, that initially was needed numerous times asked for throughout the years.

My son Fahlym, hired Rob Roe for personal injury representation in 2018. A lot of concerning issues kept happening with Rob Roe until the end of the case in 2022. During representation, Rob Roe mailed an unsecured flash drive with my son’s entire file on it that had very sensitive information, as well some of our private family information. Rob Roe initially mailed the unsecured flash drive to the wrong address, then it was remailed to my son’s correct address but lost in mail transit, and never found to this day, only receiving an empty torn regular envelope. Being my son’s advocate, I addressed many valid concerns to Rob Roe about his representation that weren’t aligning. Rob Roe then cut me off, heavily burdening my injured son, who needed my help. I cannot express how devastating the entire negative experience was from Rob Roe’s representation of over 3 years.

Dealing with custody matters are tough enough to go through, time is of the essence and you need your hired team to represent swiftly and aggressively so that life can move forward and you can rest with your family again. You add trusting and spending your hard earned money only to end up picking the wrong lawyer to represent this sensitive matter is a total setback for the children first as well as the parents. Katelyn was very unprofessional, lazy and very inexperienced in the compassion department to say the least. I simply asked her to get the ball rolling & keep us updated after we paid the retainer fees and submitted her requested paperwork because we hadn't heard back. She quickly responded with a few lame excuses followed by "We can just refund your deposit ". My gut feeling was not to work with her from the start it felt like we were just a number on the pile and that she was very green and not aggressive driven to help get the job done, turns out by her response above, I was correct. We had the pleasure of working with Joseph Flanders. My husband recently has been diagnosed with PTSD. He had not worked in almost a year. We were trying to get me on my husbands IRA account so I could get money out of his IRA He was not able to answer simple security questions to take money out to pay off some bills. His Financial Institution said we needed to make me his guardian. Which he did not need. I reached out to Joe to see if he could help us. He agreed and we are so glad he did. He was very compassionate about our situation and bothered that they were not allowing this. He said a Judge would not sign off on a Conservertorship because my husband did not need one. He suggested making me his POA. That didnt work. He kept at them. He kept telling us I am not giving up! His hard work and determination paid off. I have legal insurance through work and this lawyer was on my list to call. I called about a case that is very intense and I have no idea how to navigate it. I was upset at the other paryties' actions and was trying to explain what happened. I was trying to learn what to do and if he could help. He told me these cases can get messy and implied he didn't want to deal with it. Then he told me like others above, " I don't think I want to work with you". I WAS SHOCKED!!! Why? What did I do! Was I intense, YES. Was it directed at him, NO. We are talking about my son, of course I was worked up, anyone would be!!! I don't think I would ever want to work with a lawyer like that, or recommend anyone waste their time even calling Joe. No I never used him or was never a client of his. Thank goodness, I'd be worried about my case with a lawyer that can't even handle listening to the details of the case. How would he deal with court and the judge or other attorney coming at him?

Around mid July of 2023, I had met with Gene Adkins from Hitchcock Law PLLC to formally sign the appropriate papers to be filed with the courts to establish my deceased grandmothers estate. Up until this point, all interactions with Gene and Hitchcock Law were timely and professional with no cause for concern. Approximately one week later 6/26/2023 Hitchcock Law deposited the $2,000 retainer check as requested and discussed during our initial in person meeting. Since sending payment to Hitchcock Law, the estate papers were filed with the court but quickly rejected due to an oversight from Gene which took place on 7/12/2023. It was not until 8/12/2023 that I had reached out for an update to be informed that there was an issue and new papers needed to be submitted; no communication on behalf of Gene or Hitchcock Law. Since then, I was told new e-sign documents would be sent over to make the requested corrections, and two months have since passed and there has been absolutely no progress. ZERO communication has been initiated by Hitchcock Law in regards to these concerns. $2,000 dollars and almost 6 moths later I am still at ground zero; a complete waste of time.

My lawyer Jersey 2,5 years ago asked me to write my story, and he let me write in Russian by pan on notebook. I spent about two months to write my stories. And he didn’t read my story at all. He didn’t know my story until in one week before my court. He didn’t announce me about my court date, after than he didn’t answer my call. Secretary was so neglected, and arrogant. He also took 410$ for work permit and made a mistake several times so I had gotten the permit in 1,5 years.
