I had a consultation with Clarence and he seemed to have nice and calm demeanor I could appreciate, after giving him the run down of my case he said I had long case history. Not sure what that means as there were only 2 Orders issued previously, I guess that was too much for him. He declined to take the case citing his other caseloads besides that he was nice.

It's been really great working with Pat and Robbin. Individual cases are likely all pretty complicated (even the "simple" ones) and mine was no exception. I know Robbin spent quite a bit of time working to gather information, make calls to various interested parties (many multiples of times) to move the process forward, and communicated with me whenever needed. Was a client of Rob Roe - "Champion Of The Injured" & "Super Lawyer" as displayed & advertised of over 25 years established & experienced.
Throughout the interim, unfortunately, to say in the VERY least, minimal could be done, as the case sat complacent, initially was to be wrapped up at the damage package of 2018.
Over time, following up & patiently awaiting for answers & explanations with full clarity in documentation, I could not be fully accommodated & assisted with this fully by email as a frontline healthcare worker in surgery in dire need & having a disability in need since Rob Roe referred to my emails & form of communication to be the single greatest barrier.
Nearing almost a year, we patiently awaited, following up, left wondering, since the same stories, now had 21 days left in July 2019 before we had to move out of our home, since initially the case was to be wrapped up of 2018.
We were informed between June/July 2019 that the
medical records were still waiting to be received
since the retainer & release of medical records signed in October 2018 with 30 days for medical records to be received, however nothing more could still be done, which was all very confusing to us, not really knowing what was happening.
With the outcome & case wrapped up between February/March 2022, I was left with an amount far below a years worth of wages, then initially assured recovering from the accident itself & overall, etc.
After representation, we finally were able to receive the case file of June/July 2022, that initially was needed numerous times asked for throughout the years.

John did not represent me correctly or thoroughly in an HRO case (I filed against 2 individuals). I didn't find out until 2 weeks later when I got the court transcript John missed major important agreements opposing party was to make in order for me to cease the HRO hearing and drop the HRO against the two individuals. John REFUSED to revise the out-of-court agreement the Judge ordered us to make and sign or to MAKE RIGHT WHAT ERRORS HE MADE in my case. This will now cause more damages for me, as I will likely need to return back to court and hire another attorney. This also caused me emotional and mental anguish as I trusted John to represent me to the fullest extent and he failed miserably, affecting my performance at my job from the added stress. John ignored my (client) instructions, failed to ensure all my agreements were included in court, and failed to communicate agreements of the out-of-court settlement with me first for my review and get my consent. John's actions are a breach of duty which caused me harm, suffering, and financial loss.

We had the pleasure of working with Joseph Flanders. My husband recently has been diagnosed with PTSD. He had not worked in almost a year. We were trying to get me on my husbands IRA account so I could get money out of his IRA He was not able to answer simple security questions to take money out to pay off some bills. His Financial Institution said we needed to make me his guardian. Which he did not need. I reached out to Joe to see if he could help us. He agreed and we are so glad he did. Around mid July of 2023, I had met with Gene Adkins from Hitchcock Law PLLC to formally sign the appropriate papers to be filed with the courts to establish my deceased grandmothers estate. Up until this point, all interactions with Gene and Hitchcock Law were timely and professional with no cause for concern. Approximately one week later 6/26/2023 Hitchcock Law deposited the $2,000 retainer check as requested and discussed during our initial in person meeting. Since sending payment to Hitchcock Law, the estate papers were filed with the court but quickly rejected due to an oversight from Gene which took place on 7/12/2023. It was not until 8/12/2023 that I had reached out for an update to be informed that there was an issue and new papers needed to be submitted; no communication on behalf of Gene or Hitchcock Law. Since then, I was told new e-sign documents would be sent over to make the requested corrections, and two months have since passed and there has been absolutely no progress. ZERO communication has been initiated by Hitchcock Law in regards to these concerns. $2,000 dollars and almost 6 moths later I am still at ground zero; a complete waste of time.
