4 years ago I was referred to RC from
another attorney, who said she thought he could help. Help is an understatement, not only did I receive an extremely responsive team who stood up for me when money was scarce a life got very difficult. Not only did R.C. stoo the state and federal governments from unjust garnishment of my disability, but he went further, he saved my freedom! I AM NOT A FELON thanks the the dedicated team of R.C. Mr. Santos was professional from the start. He handled my case extremely well. My ex husband wanted changes with his child support. Mr. Santos requested documents and followed up with them. I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward.
What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own.
If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

Many thoughts had gone through my mind at the time of my situation which were wreaking havoc on my life and health. I met with Mr. Santos and went through my situation with him with every detail possible. After sitting with him and having him actively listen to me I knew Mr. Santos was going to pull me out of my suffering. He was very thorough with information and very clear on the direction we were going on together till we came to a satisfactory end. Had the pleasure of having Eric dewalt as my attorney. I cannot stress enough how much he helped me through out my case. I was arrested and detained for obstructing creditors from repossession of property. I was facing a felony and time in prison. Eric DeWalt was reviewing my documents and discovery from the prosecutor. Mr. DeWalt pointed out that the amount in controversy was inaccurate and insufficient for the charge. To all who will listen, Mr. DeWalt was a God send. Our son found himself at his lowest most horrible place in life. Drugs had grabbed ahold of him and lead him down a path of destruction. After skirting the law a few time he finally done it. Our son was facing Life in prison. With nowhere to turn and nowhere to hide, we found Mr. DeWalt. Attorney DeWalt never sugar-coated a thing. He told us what we were facing and had a plan for our defense. He knew the law and he creatively worked the system. About a year ago I was in a serious 18 wheeler hit and run. I was scared and had no clue what to do. I had a friend refer me to Serna and Associates to help me try and find the drivers. I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. Immediately after the accident I didn't think anything was wrong. Nothing hurt. It wasn't till after a few weeks that my neck began to ache. I thought of all the attorney names you see on TV and I called a few, but all turned me down. I thought there was no chance of getting any help, I had waited too long according to them. When choosing the right lawyers to represent me only one group stood out as the correct choice and that was David Volk, Frank McElroy and Michael Volk. This was my 1st time needing lawyers and I didn't know exactly what to look for but they won me over from the start because I was really listened to and I never had the feeling of a client being sold on a product. Instead I felt like I was sharing my story with professionals who cared and believed me. I was in a tough situation since I was accused of a felony assault on a peace officer and the possible outcomes really scared me. David, Frank and Michael were realistic about the possibilities but were very confident about being able to help me based on my story. At the end of the trial I walked out of the courtroom more than satisfied after a not guilty verdict. Deliberation took about 30 minutes. It was very quick. They were that good.
