I called Ms. Ekaterina Berman to consult with a case, and she provided excellent consultation even she didn't have time to take my case.
She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
She offered her professional take on the case and on my concerns, even I haven't hired her. She does not just care about money. She said, to save the time and money, what is the good way to proceed instead of forcing me a case to open and hire her.
Although I didn't end up with working with her on my case, I feel only someone who is good at what he/she is doing can do practice and work in the way Ms. Ekaterina Berman does. So I feel this is outstanding from others in the business, and it should be made aware to anyone who seeks for help and service.

I highly recommend Teresa Wilkinson for any estate planning work like creating trusts and wills. She updated our family trust and will documents that were over 20 years old. There was a lot to update in the trust structure and wording and for me the new documents are much easier to understand.

I want a good lawyer watching my back, talking to me straight, and with my best intentions in his heart and mind at all times and not a traitor or a sell out.... i've been through over 25 attorneys in my life and spent over $1.5mil dollars on them .... most of them are bums.... gutless automatons doing the bidding of the District Attorney's Office so they can stay in their good graces and squeak out a living for what is basically a pathetic career...
Paez and a few other of the eagleheart attorneys that I've run across in my 50 years in the criminal justice system.... 15 years of which has been behind bars, doesn't belong to that club .... which means he is a breath of fresh air; a great guy to have on your side ....one who is not gonna sell you out; not gonna okey-doke you ; which means he's an individual who's got a conscience and will do his best for you and when you or I need to be told something, he'll tell it to you straight up .
Blend that righteousness, yeah that's what I said, righteousness with knowledge , which is power, w/communication skills and a friendly.... " get along attitude " and you got a formidable goddamn opponent and a great lawyer representing you and me and that is precisely why I can't say enough good things about Michael Paez who spent extra hours on my stuff resolving two cases to my liking ....do you hear what I'm saying folks? He resolved them both to my liking ....he changed the DA's mind and their position and he got the judge to go along with it also....he's tenacious in a nice way. .....and he's equally vicious in a nice way also........meticulous, thorough well prepared, rested and ready to kick ass ! I'm opening with the statement: INCREDIBLE service, attention to detail, and follow up! I hired Mr. Rohani for my accident. I was very clueless on how the process works. I called couple lawyers and by far Mr. Rohani was the most personable. Me, my friends and some of my family have used Mr. Rohani couple of times for accident cases. Process is very smooth with him. You barely have to call him to follow up. He will call you to follow up to make sure you are up to date on everything. Other lawyers i've worked with in the past were too busy to follow up or to keep me updated on my case. Give him a call and you will see what i'm talking about.

Let me just say, every single person I had the opportunity to speak to and/or meet in this office is absolutely FANTASTIC.
My first interaction was with Stacy. Before I did any kind of explaining regarding my case, she was kind and honest in letting me know she couldn’t guarantee it would be picked up due to the deadline (I came to them with only weeks before my statute of limitations was up) and how busy the office was which I understood. But after I told her what happened, she reassured me if the office had too full of a plate, she would still personally help me find someone to take my case. Even though she was confident they were going to be able to help, I appreciated the additional effort on her part. Once she passed along my info to Louis, he called me back promptly and let me know they could take it.
In the same day of speaking with Stacy and Louis, I was also reached out to by Emily who I spoke to for hours. Now, while most was relevant to my case, she was also just super personable! Each time I got off the phone with someone, I literally wanted to cry from how relieved I was. In just one day, this office took away any stress I had and finally put me at ease. Later on, I was assigned a case manager, Rebecca, who communicated extremely well and checked in on me to make sure I was updated on everything surrounding my case!
After my accident, I didn’t expect to find myself having to scramble for a personal injury lawyer. But I am glad to have met each of these individuals. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about all of the help and hard work they put into my case. Also, shout out to Eben for helping me with the prep for my first scheduled deposition, even though opposing counsel rescheduled day of due to having “no Wi-Fi” :)

I respectfully disagree with the very few negative Yelp reviews of Robert. I think the review gives an unfair, one-sided depiction of Robert's personality.
After speaking with Robert over the phone during a consultation with him, here are some of my honest reflections:

Mr. Robert answered a question I had on Avvo and even though he could not take our legal malpractice case against an attorney that handled over settlement funds to A third party without the consent of the attorneys client we appreciate him calling us in answering and talking and giving advice on what to do for over an hour on the telephone. I was injured in a bike accident. The driver was sitting in his car and opened his car door on me as I rode by. Ended up at the ER with 6 internal and 6 external stitches in my neck, an inch away from my carotid artery, a sore wrist which a MRI revealed to be a slight tendon tear and abrasions on my knee and hand, plus a sore shoulder. The driver's GEICO insurance tried to refute my claim saying I was 50% at fault for not looking to see if a driver was in the car. The police report said he was in violation since I had the right of way. I initially contacted a larger law firm I saw advertised on TV. They referred me to Braid.
Braid was great. He told me these things might take a while, but to be patient. GEICO initially offered to only pay my medical expenses, then a little later expenses plus $7K. Braid advised me to wait because he was sure he could negotiate more.
Eventually he negotiated a significant settlement, much more than I ever expected. The whole process took 7 months. I highly recommend him.
