When I was seeking out a criminal Attorney and presenting my charges 4 felonies, 3 Attorney's said I will have to do jail time until I met Cory Fuller he assured me he could get charges dropped or reduced and he did just that. No jail time 3 felonies dropped 1 reduced to a misdemeanor 1 year informal probation. I was so relieved. Hire this Attorney don't worry about money worry about your freedom and record. He knew everyone the Judge, the DA and all the other Attorney's they all called him by his first name. The court was full and I was called first it was a great experience this Attorney's got your back.

Nelson helped my son with a sex case he didn't commit. It was the worst, unfounded accusation anyone could face. He ( My Son) was looking at 15- life for a crime we are sure he didn't do. The District Attorney's involved in the case acting unethicallly, and unfairly. Mr. Mcelmurry put his whole effort into the case and ultimately got our son on a plea bargain that was a victory in our eyes. No registration and timed served. although we are still angry at the DA's misconduct. It was something we and our Son could live with. We will now pick up the pieces of our lives after two years of fighting the case. Sent these guys a very detailed email with all the facts regarding my labor law case. They scheduled a zoom call following a few calls. Spoke with a person (not sure if a real attorney or not) named "Frank Zecolla" for an HOUR over zoom and agreed to send him evidence supporting my case. After sending him all the evidence requested they simply GHOSTED ME! Sent several follow up emails, called and left several voicemails and NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO COURTESY CALL...
They Simply GHOSTED a possible client. Glad it didn't go beyond that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and speaks VOLUMES on how this "firm" practices law.

Really? Get over it??? I took a flight from New York to Florida and got Mono that night causing me to get the Ebstein Barr Virus which eventually led me to getting 2 rare diseases Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Small Fiber Peripheral Neuropathy plus regular diseases like MS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Cluster headaches and migraines so bad I was put on a pain pump and have an implanted one now. The comment "Get over it", was not only mean it was uneducated. How would you like to have been just married have a infant and an 8 year and have your life flushed down the toilet because someone was let on a plane that was obviously sick?

I was in a vehicle accident where the defendant drove his vehicle into the back of mine. The attorneys I contacted wouldn’t represent me because my vehicle wasn’t’ crushed in the accident and I wasn’t’ in a body cast. No attorney would take my case. Except for James C. Suits II. James took on my case, represented me and in a partnership like fashion and stayed on with me for three years, till we satisfactorily resolved our case. I was referred to Jacklyn Bentley from the Bar Association. I was injured in a car accident. The defendant was 100% at fault. My car was totaled and my T11 injured. Geico refused to believe I was hurt. My first attorney filed the law suite because Geico would not settle. Unfortunately, he got ill and had to drop off. The second attorney had a heart attack and had to drop off on advice of his doctor. I spent two years trying to find an attorney while Geico beat me up. I contacted many attorneys. They all turned me down, as two attorneys had already been on the case. I went to the bar association for help. They sent me four attorneys to contact for a free consultation. Jacklyn was one of the attorneys. The case was complex. She was honest that her case load was such that she could not take the case but gave me several names to contact and encouraged me not to give up. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. All the other referrals said no and left it at that. However,Jacklyn provided a lot of information about the legal process and gave me names of attorneys to try. She then went one step further and reached out to see how I was doing. She is more than a good attorney she is a compassionate caring human being. In the future if I need an attorney, I would not hesitate to contact Jacklyn.

Stay away from hiring him. He is a vexatious litigant and goes after and sues his clients, neighbours, and acquaintances for meritless reasons only for financial gain, harassment, annoyance, and as a weapon. He rarely gets repeat clients and referrals due to this. Review his court records before contacting him. He has also been disciplined by State Bar.

Richard is not only a experienced Trial Attorney but also a man that has a heart of gold! Rich represented my wife in a case that had so much stinch of police corruption, and got much truth during the Preliminary Hearing by cross examining the witnesses. He had prepared many questions and delivered them so elequently yet brought out the truth and lies of the alleged Victim. Stay away from John Hinkle and Richard Pointer, this law firm will charge you an arm and a leg and you will get screwed HARD in the end. First of all he will fee you for everything on top of the $15K for hiring him. He is hard to get in contact with, I feel like when I see him he just doesn't give a flying crap about you or your case and doesn't even shake your hand. One time I went to court and he was never there! I had to go up to the judge and say "my lawyer isn't here to represent me". He lost my motion to dismiss, he is slow, old, and will confuse you while on the stand. look for someone else.

I had difficult time to connect to him via email, phone call and text. He was very irresponsible as a lawyer. I DO NOT recommend Mr. Huynh for any services, not even filling out paperwork. Steve helped me with my divorce process starting in 2017.
Before I hired Steve as my attorney, I was close to a settlement with my X-spouse. At the 11:59 hr., my X-wife changed to a new lawyer. It was clear that my X-wife new attorney, being an intellectual property lawyer himself, was after my business and patents since he knew me prior to my separation with my X-spouse and knew that I had a start-up company with intellectual properties. CONFLICT OF INTEREST for this attorney by definition here.
At this stage I knew I needed legal representation and decided to go with Steve Huynh after a recommendation from a financial professional. After a very careful review of my case, Steve asked me what outcome do I want and if the settlement that I was close to settling with my X-spouse was acceptable. I told Steve that would be fine. In the next year, we went over various unnecessary discovery processes as demanded by my X-wife’s attorney. Steve was very methodical and extremely careful with all the details. This is why I term Steve highly technical. Furthermore, he never said anything that was unrealistic or overpromising about the case. He never fabricated anything in anyone’s favor. Steve’s integrity and honesty was impeccable.
In the end and after a year of needless waste of my time and money, Steve helped me to settle with my X-wife with very much what we were close to what we have almost agreed on previously. It was a very upsetting process for me and putting my kids through more pains than it needed to be. Steve tried his best to push the process forward quickly.
Without any reservation, I would recommend Steve to anyone as an attorney to help them in legal matters.

Michael is a horrible lawyer to handle the case, He is very aggressive and make you fight hard so that he made the easy case more complicated. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you are looking to waste your money without any results then Travis Whitfield is for you.
I have been dealing with my divorce, child custody, and child support issues for over a year now. Travis and his team got involved and screwed that all up. Everything has been delayed due to him fumbling with the case. He paid little to no attention to the case and passed it along to multiple associates and paralegals to WASTE your money.
Throughout my case, most of the time when they sent over documents for me to review and sign, I always had them correct one thing or another, they were hardly ever accurate. Yet, they still billed me to correct THEIR mistakes. There is a long laundry list with this law firm.
If I can help at least 1 person avoid this law firm; I have done my job. You don't want to add to your problems during your hard times looking for a capable lawyer. Don't waste your time and money with this law firm.

When the proposals came and I so much had disagreement to some claims that were so absurd as we went along each proposal. Some I had no idea whatsoever how to proceed I asked what can you say, what legal advice can you give me. The best answer he has made was " well I do not know you are the one who has to decide what you want to do with it I am just putting note to make sure that we represent exactly what you want and how you wanted. One other answer he made was I do not deal with those financial stuff. It is not my line of specialty. So I asked maybe he can give me recommendations who to contact after all he has more than 2 decades at least of doing his job. But no he referred me to his secretary. First secretary left a few months after . I have a pending heart surgery. My job security is non existent, there is an active deliberate operation to try to get rid of me. My lawyer knew this so I am lagging with my payment of his services which is just about the only thing they are good in communicating with me. Now he is asking to be relieved from being his representative due to an irreparable relationship and an outstanding service fee. There never was an representation nor there ever was a relationship. I know nothing about law but I have common sense and I am in customer service. I am actively looking for a new lawyer that can simply just represent me for what is legally fair for me, the wife and the kids.

I believe Mr. Collins sat on my case and waited for the Insurance to just pay. He didn't go through the negotiations process and pretty much sat back & waited. I was promised things and never received them stating the law now changed. Mr. Collins also sent me for a mandatory physical exam by a worker comp. doctor whom then tried to blame me for the personal injury. Mr. Collins apologized stating it was his fault in sending me to that MD instead of choosing his own. He is personable, kind, and attentive, & returns calls. Once your claim has settled and need further assistance RE: insurance not paying remainder of claims as promised he doesn't respond to your calls.
