Natalie and her team are experienced, hands-on and attentive to details. In addition, she is a tough cookie who doesn't take no for an answer by opposing counsel. She will wrestle a win in court for you or get you a settlement many times greater than that offered to you by the insurance companies. I made the mistake of using a public defender when I caught my first case. That taught me that public defenders dont care and are really just there to process you thru the system. Please don't make the same mistake I did. When I ended up catching a bogus second dui case, I hired Chudnovksky Law and they assigned Kareem to defend me in airport court. He was a bull dog and did not give up.
Retaining Kareem Aref was well worth it. He got my case dismissed and I didn’t even have to go to court. Kareem had my back!!!!

My case took about sixteen months to settle and during this time I never regretted choosing them as my lawyer.
They always been on top of my case even though was a small one.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to David Olan and Olan Law for really stepping up to the plate with my personal injury case. David has been directly working with me and handling my unfortunate accident I had about 2 months ago when a car took a right turn into me as I was going south through the intersection on Pico and Ocean. Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them:
1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case.
2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024.
3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely.
I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case.
4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well.
I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised.
I’m grateful for my case worker team for all the attention you paid for my case: Jan, Mario, Mary, Jackie, Busola 🙏🏻🎉 overall, I highly recommend this law firm for your EB1 needs. They are legit!

He did nothing for our case. We paid him nicely to get up to speed on the issues and facts on our case, and then he went on vacation right when we needed him to take action. We had to hire another lawyer. Also, when we simply asked him if he was familiar with a rather complex area of law relevant to our case, he charged us even more simply to respond to that email.

If this attorney wasn't away on a ski trip, giving excuses for extremely poor communication, or made an effort at all, then I could have something good to say. The initial meeting was pleasant but it was a complete bait and switch with regard to following through on discussed expectations. I spoke more to the receptionist to get updates more than this attorney. Overall, dealing with this attorney was a terrible experience and a huge headache. Would advise you to either take caution or strongly consider finding someone else.

Daniel didn't know anything when it came down to my case and the laws that applied.I was the one doing all the research and work. Aren't lawyers supposed to know the law? Well this one hadn't the slightest clue. The work he put in was nothing more than emails and emails and maybe more emails. back and forth between him and my new landlords lawyer. My case wasn't even with my new landlord. I hired him to sue my old landlord for harassment. So when i found out he was emailing the new landlords lawyer asking for the relocating money in escrow, which he played no part with me getting, in order to keep 30 percent of it before handing me the rest.I felt completely betrayed and when i asked him about it, he quit. So, obviously Daniel isn't too concerned with practicing law in an ethical kind of way. If you choose him to represent you, all i can say is watch your back.
