My wife and I are delighted to work with Chris Smith and his team (Jane and Catherine)! I am the son of a (retired) estate planning attorney, so I appreciate the importance of having Trusts, Living Wills, Last Wills and Testaments, and Powers of Attorney in place. We have had significant changes to our personal and financial lives (and relocated from California to Florida), so it was really important to update all of these documents.
Chris Smith is both very competent and very easy to work with. His documents are well written and easy for a non-lawyer to understand. He was very thorough and patient as he addressed all of my questions. I am also happy that I did not have to wait weeks to get onto his calendar, which is sometimes a problem with professionals.

David at the Law place in Sarasota is fantastic! I had two traffic violations, one of which was pretty serious. David handled both cases with incredible professionalism and skill. He resolved the serious violation with no points on my license and a very low fine, and he was able to get the second, less serious violation completely dismissed. Excellent legal representation. I highly recommend the professionals at Fowler Law Group. They are respected, professional, honest and fair. I definitely got my money's worth. Andrew Pouget out of the Sarasota Group took my case and handled it very well. He kept me informed and involved at every step. He had the patience to answer my never ending questions, both promptly and professionally. I did shop around for a defense attorney. I found that The Fowler Group's quotes were not the low ball, but neither were they the highest. I accepted the fact that a quality defense attorney would not come cheap. That said, Andrew gave me an excellent return on my investment. He took the time to find resources that I was unaware of. He used those resources to investigate the case against me. He deposed witnesses and defended my rights. That diligence lead to a plea that was for more favorable toward me than I had imagined going in.
Thank you Andrew for a job well done. In the big picture there are only two things that will cost you more than a good attorney: 1) a bad attorney, or 2) no attorney at all.
No one wants to find themselves in need of their services, but if/when you do, don't opt to go from a bad situation to worse, by under valuing what a good defense attorney can do for your case.

When you are the parent of a child with special educational needs, and you begin searching for a civil rights attorney, it probably means you’ve had some pretty horrible experiences. When I got a call from our young son’s principal, and she began using terms I could not understand, I knew we needed help to get him an IEP immediately. Windsor Law is an incredible firm, and hiring them was the best decision we ever made. Jane and Mitch are the perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and compassion. They will do whatever is within their power to get your child the support he or she needs and is entitled to. Not only do they represent you, but they also teach YOU how to advocate for your child. That alone tells you the type of people they are and what they prioritize. They give practical advice, such as “make friends,” which is not always obvious in the chaos that often surrounds education-related issues. This simple advice helped us get into a problem-solving mindset, which proved to be helpful and productive in the long run. They also are not in the business of making false promises. When we were asking for things that were outside the scope of what is allowed, Jane’s response to me was “I will do my best, but I am not God.” It made me laugh, because we needed that kind of real guidance. It’s scary to hear certain things about our kids. Jane and Mitch do not shy away from having the tough conversations, and I am so grateful for that. Of course, they will also guide you through the entire process. I am an attorney myself, and there were times I talked to Jane about deviating from her proposed strategy. In retrospect, I am so glad I followed her advice instead of thinking I knew better. Jane and Mitch know the system. They are experts in this field, and no one knows it better than they do. They never steered us wrong. In fact, our son is now in a school he loves and where he is loved. He has a 100% attendance rate. He has a teacher that includes him. He completes all his classwork and participates in activities. He’s gone from being in the 1st percentile to being in the 50th percentile in English in less than a year, because he has the support he needs to thrive. I have no doubt that he will soon move out of the middle and into the higher tiers. He is so smart and is finally able to shine. He comes home happy every day and even asks to go to school on weekends. I cannot express how much the simple decision of hiring Windsor Law has changed all of our lives for the better, including our home life, which is a lot more positive and hopeful nowadays! We are so grateful to everyone at Windsor Law for their patience, guidance, and support.

I hired Scott Miller after I contacted a different criminal defense attorney which didn't get back with me until three days. During that time I contacted Scott Miller, his assistant Holly took my call and was very professional and assured me that Scott would get back with me promptly as he was in court at the time. A few hours at the most Scott Miller called me back and after explaining my case to him and him reviewing it I hired him on the spot. I felt that he was the right one. That was one of the best choices I've ever made. After a couple of months fighting the case Mr. Miller had the case dropped on July 1st 2024 a third degree misdemeanor with up to a year in jail. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Scott, you're amazing!

I got into a bad accident. My car was totaled and I was out of work for weeks. Michael Ortiz ended up being a big mistake. He was friends with my chiropractor and both of them made a pretty penny while I got peanuts. He insisted that I accept the first offer from the insurance company which left me with 2500 dollars. I lost more than that the first week of work that I missed. I feel strongly that ANY other lawyer there is could have done a better job. I am also convinced that he needed the money more than I did. Do yourself a favor if you have an accident and get ANYONE besides him to handle it. I would have been better off by handling it myself and that is a fact.

Anne Toale is one of a handful of lawyers who work on National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program cases. My previous lawyer told me "I had a snowball's chance in Hell" of winning my case. Anne took my case & won it! I am a R.N. who developed an autoimmune disease after taking the Hepatitis B vaccine.
She walked me through every step of the process - from pretrial motions and prep, to the actual trial, and the long evaluation process to determine compensation. She was always available (mostly thru emails) to answer my endless questions about this process!

As a Paralegal for 25 years, when I was injured this year as a victim of a rear-end collision, I knew exactly what type of attorney I wanted to handle my case. I hired Anne for a short sale which she represented my interests succussfully. She was also called again to protect my interests again when one of the parties failed to fulfill their agreement and was posting inaccurate information on my credit report. She boldly went where other attorney's failed and again, corrected the situation in short order. I think she is awesome and highly disappointed that this legal challenge went against her.
