I met with Ben for an initial consultation at 9:00am and my divorce paper work was ready for signatures at 4:00pm. The papers were filed with the courts the following day. When going through legal and personal issues time is presious. The hurt is bad enough without spending additional time in the attorney's office, not to mention expensive. The cost for the service was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges. I would highly recommend Ben and his firm.

Although the case took longer than expected due to circumstances out of his control, I thought Mr. Price did an outstanding job negotiating for my best interests throughout the process. He was knowledgeable about the divorce process in particular about the specifics in Georgia. When needed he also showed a no nonsense approach when the opposing party was not rational, all without ever losing one ounce of professionalism. The last thing I will say is that I liked that he would explain legal terms, paperwork and processes in terms that were easily understandable. I hope that I won't need his services in the future but if I needed legal representation, I would retain him again.

I was hit from behind on my way to work on January 22, 2014. My 2 year old car was totalled. I incurred neck pain and a pre-existing back condition was aggravated by the impact which eventually resulted in my having back surgery. The auto insurance companies, as they are prone to do, were being difficult and I felt I was being rail-roaded due to my lack of knowledge in this type situation as to responsible parties to injuries and damage incurred. Also, my medical insurance provider was being difficult since a 3rd party was involved. Dwight Feemster was recommended to me by someone I totally trust and so I gave him a call. At that point Dwight took over; he handled each issue promptly and professionally. I felt at ease knowing he was working this out for me. The entire process was completed in just a few months time, not years as I had expected. In short - Dwight Feemster is awesome! I would (and will) recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

I could never understand the magnitude and depths of their motto “Aggressive Representation” until I found myself indicted on federal charges in which the court reassured me with all certainty that I would face several years if found guilty. I was immediately made aware that most federal cases do not avoid going to trial, regardless of whether they have little or much evidence. The chances of the government dropping the charges, as cited in past cases involving the government, were slim to totally impossible. I was in dire need of an attorney with “Aggressive Representation.” I had never been in trouble with the law before, and could not image going to prison for something I did not commit. Fear and anxiety kept me awake at night all of these things are in the past now, because today, against all odds, I am free, and I owe that to the “Aggressive Representation” of Nye and Siamos Attorneys at Law. From the very beginning, my attorney, Attorney Nye, proved that my best interest was of primary importance. We built an attorney/client relationship from the threshold of the legal process. Communication, whether through phone calls or visits to the firm, were consistent and meaningful. He helped me to understand all of the particulars of my case, and kept me informed of our progress. He examined and reexamined witnesses to get to the truth. He spoke to necessary persons with boldness, confidence, and competence concerning me. I am a 1SG in the United States Army. I was falsely accused of abusive sexual contact by one of my platoon sergeant’s. I contacted Mike and hired him right away after our initial conversation. Eventually I was charged with an article 120 and article 93 UCMJ. When it seemed like the Army said I was guilty before innocent Mike was there by my side fully explaining everything to me and my family. He worked countless hours as this case went on for 17 months, he never wavered from my side regardless of the mountains we faced and the uphill battles we faced. Finally our day in court came and Mike was flawless even having to adjust in court when we couldn’t give the jury the entire story due to legal stuff I have no idea about. Mike took it in stride adjusted fire and destroyed the prosecution even when it seemed like he had one hand tied behind his back. Mike’s work resulted in the truth coming out and me being found not guilty of all charges. Mike has allowed me to continue my career and given me the opportunity to move forward from this unfortunate situation and work towards my retirement. Again I want to thank Mike for everything he did for me and my family over the 17 months of this case, if it was for his great work The truth probably would not have came out and there would have been a different outcome.

Pat O'Connor entered my life at the lowest point in my life: my son had been killed a few days earlier in a collision caused by a woman driving in the wrong direction on an interstate highway while allegedly intoxicated. The collision occurred near Savannah, Georgia, while I live in Virginia, a circumstance that presented a myriad or problems for pursuing a civil action against the defendant. Fortuitously, my son had a friend familiar with the legal community in the area. The friend recommended Pat and I retained him; I could not have made a better choice. John was referred to me by my Father and Step-Mother after I was injured in a car accident. He had helped them a few years before and they insisted I call John, even though I don't live in Savannah. (I do live in Georgia)
